  This company and its online tax preparation software are awesome! I have been a tax preparer since 2007 and it's never been easier for me to run my office. This is my second year using MyTaxPrepOffice for return processing and I'm so excited to use the marketing materials to promote my business. The online tax portal makes it so simple to communicate remotely with my clients and the ability to present copies of returns for review to clients is amazingly simple. Clients have the ability to upload documents and receive responses from me quickly which makes early return prep straightforward. I can also offer refund advances and loans just like any other tax prep business in addition to providing direct deposit and prepaid cards for receiving returns electronically. Couldn't ask for a better option for a small business owner.

  We take customer service excellence very seriously and provide the best possible support for all of our customers. It's important to clarify that the reason for this customer's  dissatisfaction is only related to the fact that we could not offer a lower price on her software renewal. Our software plans are already priced affordably, and while we couldn't offer a further discount, we did make an effort to assist by offering a payment plan to help make things more manageable.

  At the core of our values is providing helpful and friendly service along with a superior tax preparation software at a great price and we stand by our commitment to delivering that. Our consistent record of 5-star reviews for our support speak for themselves.

  I appreciate your response, but I need to clarify my experience further. My dissatisfaction was not solely about the pricing; it was primarily about how I was treated by the manager. They were disrespectful, refused to let me speak to someone else, and even mocked my concerns. I made it clear that I was fine with the payment plan and simply wanted to discuss my situation with another manager. Unfortunately, that request was ignored, and I felt dismissed. While I acknowledge the software is good and the onboarding team was helpful, my recent experience has left me feeling that the company does not prioritize genuine customer care during the renewal process.

  I have been using My Tax Prep Office after my First Year of opening my Tax Preparation Service (which was in 2015) One of the things I love most is that you are able to get help from a Live person in a matter of seconds. They are all super helpful but I do have my favorite...ENRIQUE R. really goes above and beyond. I have been able to ask for him which makes my life so much less stressful when I can communicate with someone who already knows my situation. I am not the most tech savvy person and even with the great training videos they provide, I sometimes need further help. Just this morning, Enrique personally helped me get two factor authentication for my User accounts. Being on the cloud is also great as I was at home on my personal computer. We were able to do a three way call with my IT Tech person also which was super helpful. As long as you know your way around a Tax Return, My Tax Prep Office and their awesome Staff are as good as it gets. I really needed the extra help one season and my Best Friend who had been working for a major Tax Company prior came to help me. She was able to learn the program in no time which made my life that much easier. I used to work for a differerent Major company than she did and when we had an issue, we would have to wait up to 48 hours (and sometimes even longer during Peak Season) to get an answer from Tech Support. My Tax Prep Office even off season, will get back to you in a jiffy.

  So far I love My Tax Prep Office! Software is fairly straight forward and not hard to navigate. The training I received was very informative and enjoyable, and looks like it will have a great support system as well. I look forward to putting this software to work.

  I have been using MyTAXPrepOffice for several years. I am happy with the software. It is user-friendly and easy to navigate. If I encounter any bumps, the customer service chat and live are extremely helpful in troubleshooting any issues. I highly recommend this tax software.

  THIS SOFTWARE IS TRASH AND DANGEROUS TO HAVE ON THE MARKET!!!! EVERY SINGLE RETURN I HAVE WORKED ON WITHIN YOUR SOFTWARE HAS AT LEAST ONE SUPPORT TICKET ATTACHED TO IT. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT IT WILL COST YOUR CLIENTS THOUSANDS AND EVEN CAUSE THEM TO GET NOTICES (THERE WAS 3 OTHER YEARS THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED TO ALLOW THE CREDIT TO PROPERLY FLOW AS WELL!!!) THIS RETURN IN PARTICULAR IS CURRENTLY COSTING MY CLIENTS $1274!!!!! I HAVE IGNORANTLY USED THIS SOFTWARE FOR YEARS, BUT UPON FURTHERING MY EDUCATION I REALIZED HOW DANGEROUS THIS SOFTWARE IS AND IT SHOULD NOT BE ON THE MARKET. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY AS THEY WILL USE IT TO DEVELOP THEIR SUBPAR INCOMPLETE SOFTWARE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND PURCHASE PROFESSIOBAL GRADE SOFTWARE !!!!

  Due to the age of this return, it is not e-fileable. Our Customer Support department immediately recommended that the tax preparer do a simple override of the field to complete the return which could then be printed and paper filed. We pride ourselves on quick turnaround of software updates for more current tax years, but this change took a bit longer because of the age of the return.

  E-filing has absolutely NOTHING to do with the issue at hand, so I'm not sure why you are even mentioning this ?!!! Why should I have to CONTINOUSLY override items in the software?!! AGAIN, if I have to MANUALLY calculate everything, that literally defeats the purpose of the software! I could have just done the return with a pencil and paper if I have to consistently override everything. And I can careless what year the compliant is for, THE PRODUCT SHOULD WORK indefinitely!!! I have support tickets for almost every single return, for every single year that I purchased your software. Like I said, stand clear of this software if you want to prepare accurate and compliant tax returns. Also stand clear if you intend to pay full price for their product, but still have to wait for them to develop the software. Lastly, stand clear if you do not want your clients to receive notices/letters from the IRS and state taxing agencies. Too funny, their support section literally has a "IRS/State Notice" section, in case your clients have received a notice from the agencies. LOL Start a 501c3 if you're trying to raise money for your company, don't rip off consumers!!!!! !!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
