    This is total scam and not what it looks like in ad's.
    They don't tell about the mandatory 120 mins presentation for which you have to pay $150 and additional $99 for insurance.
    The customer support # they have is a loop. IF you call them it redirects you to ********* site (which is the booking partner) and they cannot refund. If you call the it's another company which will ask you call the previous number.
    We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. For any cancelations or refunds, you are required to speak directly with our servicing department who will be happy to help with all situations.

On each hotel offer web page we list the “Resort Preview Rate” as well as the Terms & Conditions for the discounted price
    The resort preview is designed to be fun and informative and will showcase all the resorts’ amenities and benefits of their frequent travel program. There is no obligation to purchase anything.
    Additionally, the travel insurance is optional and as outlined in the Terms of the offer, the $150 is a refundable security deposit. We apologize this wasn’t properly conveyed to you.

    The company is not transparent and is a scam! The flyer doesn't state its requires a 120 minute timeshare lecture. In fact, it is buried in the web page terms a few clicks in. It also states a 90 minute lecture when you call its 120. Bait & switch. Doesn't want to refund if you do not wish to attend a lecture they hold your money hostage. Extortion! They claim on there policy page:
    "TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH CAN-SPAM, WE AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
    NOT USE FALSE OR MISLEADING SUBJECTS OR EMAIL ADDRESSES. - (very misleading no mention of any requirements)
    IDENTIFY THE MESSAGE AS AN ADVERTISEMENT IN SOME REASONABLE WAY.(they do not on the flyer. The flyer is only claims a disc family vacation)
    INCLUDE THE PHYSICAL ADDRESS OF OUR BUSINESS OR SITE HEADQUARTERS." (not on the flyer only if you dig to a policy page in grey)
