    I tried to take of advantage of an offer to travel to Gatlinburg TN. Lots of promise. I knew it was a timeshare offer but that was ok. We are retired and love to travel. I paid the $225 or so to book our trip. When we tried to confirm our trip the problems started. The total incompetence and lack of training and information I received was amazing. After 2 hours on the phone, dropped calls, not being able to confirm or trust the person I was talking to I decided I wouldn’t trust this company with my trip, nor my credit card. I want a full refund for the 225$ from booksi. Their e-mails don’t go through, they have no phone #, and I feel like it was a complete and classic bait and switch. I want to hear from someone ASAP. I talked with Tyrus 1st. Call was dropped. I talked with Jollette next. She was complaining the entire time, was incompetent and unprofessional. My reservation # was ******. I have ZERO faith in these companies and again want a FULL REFUND. It’s folks like these that have always given time shares and the “Vacations of a Lifetime” a bad rap!

    My mother got very excited about a deal on this site, purchased the tickets, and then found the reviews here. She immediately started contacting them for a refund (there’s a 14 day refund policy) through customer support and IT ISNT WORKING (?)!!! The customer service number goes right to voicemail and no one is returning the call!!!! Other reviews said that Booksi waits until the 14 days passes so you lose your money deliberately. THIS IS A SCAM AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

    Absolutely refused to honor their very clear 14 day refund policy. Horrible experience. It’s a complete sham. I should have checked these reviews before purchasing. Will not make that mistake again.

    They are a well organized and well marketed, but it is a complete sham. We called the hotel that they were offering a wonderful deal on and they had never heard of this company and said they'd been flooded with calls all week about it. It is a bad thing. Don't do it

    Total scam. Don’t fall for it. I booked a vacation in Florida, paid for it online and when I called to book the dates I was told there was a mandatory timeshare presentation based offsite with a $250 deposit required. When I told him I changed my mind they said they would reimburse me. But they only reimbursed half so I lost $148 on the deal.

    Booksi was recommend by a co-worker who used them in October and a good experience My wife and I are first responders, we don’t have a lot of vacation time so need to make it count. We saw the ad on ******** for an adult only all inclusive in Punta Cana. We did some price shopping on ******* and found the price was less expensive however the catch is you have to take a presentation during your stay. I convinced my wife to do it and it ended being a breeze – they just showed us how we could come back in the future at a lower rate. We declined but still might go back as we loved Breathless and the all inclusive. We had personal butler named Edgar that helped reserve our beach chairs and make all dinner reservations – he was awesome never been pampered so. Transportation is not included in the package, however the resort fees we paid cover the private limo – Edgar even met us at the airport. Definitely recommend the Catamaran snorkeling tour.

    My husband and I used Booksi for our 20th anniversary trip to Cabo San Lucas during Christmas. We stayed at the Villa del Palmar. We didn’t know you had to pay the resort fee however it included transportation from the airport to the hotel. The San Jose is 40 minutes from the hotel in Cabo San Lucas – we didn’t realize it was that far so that ended being a good thing after all. To get the savings you do need to sales the presentation however it wasn’t high pressure and glad we did it as otherwise this vacation would have been much more during the holiday

    Being in the RE legal field within the State of Tennessee a company is required by State law to both be registered and licensed to be directly of indirectly engage in the sale of timeshare thru the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. Also they are required to disclose withon their advertising that they are engaged in the sale of timeshare. Even if they are a fiduciary or any other 3rd party working with a company that is licensed to do so. If you have financial loss thru deception in Tennesee contact the Attorney General Office, Nashville, TN.

    I bought a vacation package for $167 and when I called to book my vacation dates, they were requiring an additional $150 deposit just to book the dates. They say it’s refundable but if I change my dates at any point, I would be forfeiting the deposit. I felt that to be very deceptive and did not read that on the terms and conditions. I asked for my initial purchase be refunded and was told no.

    Booksi was recommended to us my son's teacher who had used them to trip ******* ******. You do have to take a 90-120 resort preview however we will save over $1500 on this all inclusive so that is definitely worth our time My family is on a tight budget so we need to make sure our vacation dollars stretch especially in this economy.
