      They re-booked me on a flight with more complications. ********************** was a sh-- show that nite of June 24, 2023. Kios! Bunch of kids making decisions with no regards for customers" needs. They did not re-book my luggage. On a 15 day trip to ***** they informed me of my lost luggage on day 13. They also refused to compensate. The service is so bad---they need to be shut down!

      Following a massive meltdown at ******** Airport on 02 JUL 2023, I missed a connection at ********** (***) airport.Air Canada put me up at a hotel near ***********. So far so good, but they gave me a taxi voucher to go back to *** the next morning which turned out to be useless: it had no contact information whatsoever:no telephone number, no address, nothing. I cannot blame the several taxi drivers who refused it. How would they have proceeded to get their money for the fare?I tried calling them on their general number, was put on hold "Your call is important to us..."for more than half an hour, both on the English- and French-speaking lines.Printing a voucher with no information for redemption clearly constitutes a deceptive, unprofessional business practice.I filed a claim for the *** 45 taxi fare, which they denied.I believe the public should be aware of this blatant failure in customer service. If this was unintentional (after all, error is human !), it raises questions about the level of quality control in the company; I just hope a better one is applied to their airplanes. If intentional, well... no comment!I will be pleased to provide a scan of the incriminating voucher should you request it.Sincerely PS I wish there would be a zero-star category!

      They charged my credit card more than my receipt says. I can't get a hold of anyone to help me. This is theft outright.

      Air Canada has sunk to a low. It's customer service is TERRIBLE and pretty much non-existent . Corporate style and culture flows from management down. Maybe ******************************* is focusing his attention to how he may continue addding to his already over-inflated salary. I say this due that customers, evidently are of minor concern as it's impossible to speak to anyone at Air Canada if you try to call them. Air Canada used to be a great company and a pleasure to fly with. It is no longer what it once was. Isn't it ironic that the *** and executives are so extravagantly compensated?

      I asked for services: WCHS - WHEELCHAIR UP/DOWN STAIRS REQUEST - CONFIRMED LANG - PASSENGER LANGUAGE INFORMATION - CONFIRMED to my Mother in Law who is 80 years Old and needed help during the connection flight at ******** Airport and she didnt had any help and needed to find the gate by herself without knowing a word in English or French. We are so so disappointed with air Canada services that we will not buy any other flight with them. Do not recommend Air Canada

      Air Canada lost our suitcase, delivered after 3 days during our family vacation in *****. Our family of 4 had only one suitcase with all essential items including all clothes. At **** airport, they gave us a number to call, busy all the time. They said we get our suitcase next day we were tourists and had bookings to visit places. We waited at our Airbnb the whole day, nothing happened. After 3 days, the delivery showed up. We all suffered for not having our stuff for 3 days, did not know what to do! We could not buy everything we had in the suitcase. Also we were headed to another city after Rome. I filed a claim after we got back CAS-*******-C1X9Z4. After 3 months they responded saying they will only pay for items we purchased with receipts. We purchased some items but did not keep any receipts. Major damage was ruining our vacation. We were in a foreign country without our stuff for 3 days sitting in the dark. Air Canada says they will not pay for any "intangible".

      Expedia is a SCAM. I booked a flight on Air Canada to ****** in Nov 2021 through Expedia but had to cancel the same due to COVID restrictions. A credit was issued and is available till Oct 10, 2023. Since I had no plans to travel, I called customer service to convert my airline credit to an Air Canada Voucher in April 2023. The agent advised me that it would be done and Air Canada would send me the voucher details, I waited but none came through.I again called in June and was advised to contact Air Canada. However, the airline did not entertain me as the ticket was purchased from Expedia. I once again called Expedia on ************************************************************ on 22 August as they no longer can convert airline credit to a voucher.I again waited in vain and decided to take a trip to ******* (for which I don't have a reason) to redeem my credit. The agent first advised me that I had to fly to the US; the credit could not be used for a flight within Canada. On my persistence that it was never clarified to me, he proceeded to apply the credit to my desired flights and said it would be around $1700 and I have to cough out $1419 to redeem my credit of $495.The same ticket is available for $281 on their website and for $243 on the Air Canada website. I was further informed that this price cannot be offered to me as I am not making a new purchase. I once again requested the agent to issue me a voucher which he said that he was not in a position to do. Now Expedia wants me to contact Air Canada for assistance.What a SCAM, They want me to either pay $1419 to buy a ticket available for $281 or lose my $495.Is there anyone in Expedia or Air Canada who can help me or do I have to go to Small Claims Court?RD

      Terrible customer service. Left my luggage in ***** and said I might be eligible for refund. I didnt pay them to have my luggage left in Vegas. I paid them to put it in a plane. I will not be flying with them again and will fly back with west jet. Absolutely terrible

      I wish zero stars were an option.Cancelled my flight forcing me to leave a day early or miss connecting with my group doing charity work.Refuse to compensate me for me having to book a hotel or any of my extra travel costs. Apparently they dont legally have to despite their CSR literally promising me I would be refunded if I submitted receipts.Of course they arent BBB accredited.

      ZERO stars Our flight was cancelled by Air Canada (AC8664) on July 9- 2023.My companions have called, been held on hold 3 plus hours MULTIPLE times, told the refund is "in queue", then told it was "not processed" and they were starting over again, and "would be refunded in seven days." August 22nd, and the four of us are STILL waiting. Unacceptable!! I wish I saw this F rating prior to booking!AVOID THIS AIRLINE! ******************
