      Westjet is the worst airlines that i had to deal with. There were several times flight delayed amd suddenly canceled. They don’t have amy customer service at ottawa aorport. I love in ****** and booked westjet flight to **** ***** to joim with my wife a month ago. They canceled it yesterday and flight is today. Snowstorm is settled today they could have flu. I jad to book air canada payimg very big amount and i had to drive in dangerous conditions to *******l and flyimg with air canada. I waa terrible drive. I hate westjet Thanks

      Used to be the best airline in ****** but now the customer service has gone downhill and the amount of delays and cancellations over the last while seems to be at an extravagant level. I flew with them recently and they changed my return flight about a half a dozen times if not before going on the trip and changed it while we were stuck for a layover with no explanation or follow-up from customer service. Getting a refund is **** near impossible and trying to navigate the phone system they have to talk to anyone is not practical and the wait times are usually very long. Used to be my favorite now I'm no longer sure that that is the case.

      West Jet cancelled our flight with no explanation and no staff available at the airport and then rescheduled only HALF of the itinerary leaving ** abandoned 3 hours from our destination with no options for another flight and no offer of a refund of coverage for a hotel. Family was required to drive 6 hours on winter road in *******.

      West jet cancelled my flight and would only give us travel credit. I then received warning travel credit is expiring and I need to pay to extend the expiry date. They basically stole from me. They should be investigated, fined and have their license revoked.

      West jet gets no stars! I booked a vacation with them, their agent on November 18th, my friend was on the phone with me at the same time we booked 5 minutes apart and I was overcharged ****** for the exact same departure day, same time, same ****** resort Canto! I was chatting with the agent online and was having problems with their website. The agent said my booking will be held for 24 hours! I sent in a refund request right away and did not hear back at all. I called this morning and the ****** I was talking to refused my request. I asked that it be escalated, was on hold for a good 10 minutes, she came back on and said the escalation team refused my call! **** ****** ******** ****** The customer service sucks! I feel like I should make a small claims against them!

      EVERYONE DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE 5 STAR REVIEWS THEY'RE LIES BY WESTJET EMPLOYEES.Anyway WestJet is the WORST airline in ****** and they should have stayed out of business. If you're usually a ***** * *** ****** customer ********************** has always been subpar to the both. This is because westjet uses outdated planes (*******, etc) with no access to TV except for mobile devices. If you're in the air DON'T EXPECT DRINK / FOOD SERVICE EVEN FOR FIRST CLASS. because these guys are the absolute laziest bunch of ******. I mean who shuts down the drink/food service an hour into a 4 hour flight?When you ask for just a simple cup of hot water and a tea bag Westjet refuses to give you that after they've served you once (Remember WestJet shut down the drink service an hour into their 4 hour flight). Stating that "We shut our service down". There's no turbulence or any other reason to shut it down so why would they? The next horror I received was a pleasantly filthy seat. It was sticky with juice from the pervious person and westjet claimed they cleaned it but they didn't. Finally after all that hassle I land and these ****** broke my bag, destroyed the seam that held my bag together and closed. Claiming that it "wasn't their problem because it's not a wheel that's broken". Excuse me but when is it only a wheel that can be considered a broken bag and not when they destroy other features of that bag with no care in the world. Then the woman at the counter just showed us a little card saying that we need to contact online for a baggage claim and they refused to deal with us. Overall this airline is a disgusting bunch of individuals. The only positive that they bring is when they're gone.

      Flights constantly felayed and then canceled. Our 8 PM flight we could not book on time it was an hour before we could book in only to realize the next day the flight had been delayed that morning. delayed by an hour they said it was weather but it turns out that it is now under investigation why it's delayed. then 2 hours before the flight it was canceled. With out explanation. Not a safe nor reasonable way to travel.

      On the way to *************** from ********* was good. our return flight from *************** was not good. We missed our connecting flight. Our luggage was delayed in ******** for over an hour. no one seems to have an answer why it was delayed. Our flight was rescheduled until early the next day. We were only compensated for $15.00 food voucher and WestJet will not reimburse or compensate for our hotel bill. I have emailed and called them numerous time - no luck at all. this has been going on for the last two weeks. First time that I flew with this airlines - I need to ******* if I will use them again for my future travel. Bottom line is Westjet *****..

      They need to hire more staff at the ticket counter to expedite ticket processing. The maybe there flights wont be delayed/cancelled. The CEO should travel on their own airline and experience the frustration first hand. After of course spending their big fat bonuses.
