      They simply threw you under the bus. My flight was cancelled when trying to fly out of *******. When talking to their staff at ***************, they said I have to call their customer service by calling. But nobody can reach out to their customer service. No email communication either. We had to get hotel by ourselves. Do Not fly with WestJet.

      So upset with @westjet!!! Went on our honeymoon and they delayed us 3 hours (sitting in the plane almost that entire time) before they could fix a communication panel issue. 3 HOURS! Not only was this a VERY long flight to ****** from ******, and a special trip at that, because we were delayed so long, we missed our next flight and WestJet isnt doing anything about it. It says under Canada passenger rights that we should be compensated and they rejected my claim. Like this is YOUR FAULT WESTJET. I have been a WestJet member for YEARS and always promoted you guys, I even have the WestJet credit card. This has definitely changed my point of view with their customer service. So unimpressed and will be posting my review on every site you have, as well as *******

      I have a disability and called the special services desk and they refused to add my service dog to my resesrvation becuase only IN HER OPINION, my dog is too large. He has flown with me several times and I paid extra for premium seating and bought 2 tickets and yet, she said HARD NO. She also asked me WHAT MY DISABILITY is, which is literally against the law. When I asked why he isn't allowed to accompany me when he has flown with me multile times, she said he is too large so NO. When I asked what guidelines she was following she said I am not giving them to you, he is too large, larger than an XL. Then when I asked for escalation, she escalated the call to someone who refused to help and ended up transferring me BACK TO THE SAME ************ lady in the first place. What a joke! FYI, I looked up the *** guidelines and he falls squarely into the XL category so... she was simply ************ becuase she didn't think I needed to bring him, not becuase he truly is TOO LARGE.

      WestJet now routinely lies to, and ********, its customers, and refuses to comply with **** Regulations? They are now the worst airline in ******.

      After working from 7am-1pm I was more than relieved to hop on my WestJet flight. After ***************** I ordered a beer at Burger King while I waited for my flight home to ********. As anyone who works long days would understand, I fell asleep while waiting for my flight and happened to have my beer nearby. Upon waking up I was informed that I was deemed intoxicated while I slept and that I would not be able to catch the plane I had booked. This is not only a reflection directly of WestJet, but of the people they hire that have limited training and discount travellers based purely on assumption. This is unacceptable and unbelievable.

      I was flying WestJet to ******, as my first leg of a trip to ******** for a religious pilgrimage. Due to the current literal WAR and several friends of mine being stuck there and unable to get a flight out, I had to cancel my trip. WestJet stated that since the flight was not cancelled on their end, I would need to provide documentation to justify why I was cancelling my trip. I wasn't sure why I needed to prove that there was risk to take a trip to a war zone, but even when I did that -- by showing the US travel advisory to not fly to ******, as well as documentation from the pilgrimage office acknowledging the risk of travel and constantly changing circumstances -- they still denied my request. It is beyond disappointing that an airline would choose to keep a few hundred dollars over acknowledging the need for their customers' safety.

      WENT TO ******* ** ***** ***** ******** IF THERE WAS A ZERO STAR IT WOULD BE HERE THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN ******* WE HAVE BEEN 7 TIMES BEFORE NEVER A PROBLEM BUT THIS MAY 3RD 2024 LOOKED FOR WESTJET REP AT THE HOTEL NO ONE A SUNWING REP SAYS SHE DOES BOTH BELEIVED HER WE TOOK HER NUMBER TEXT HER FOR INFORMATION NO REPLY NO ANSWER NO INFORMATION WHAT SO EVER FLEW MANY TIMES WITH WESTJET THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS DECLINED DRASTACTLY WILL NEVER FLY AGAIN WITH THIS AIRLINES FOUND NO INFORMATION AT ALL FROM A WESTJET REP IN ******* FLYING BEWARE BEWARE !!!!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN ZERO STAR ZERO STAR FOR SURE

      Without warning they changed our flight from Westjet to a Swoop plane we had premium seats to economy only airplane Corporate mumble gumbos reason ( saves them money)Everyone was quite Canadian and repeatedly said sorry.Never again

      The charged us 2400$ for two extra tickets. They could have fixed the issue but played us. Wife did want to destroy the vacation for the kids. Shame on you westjet. On the way back the fixed similar issue on the return or original ticket no issue. Shameful
