      IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN HALF A ? I WOULD DO NOT USE NEO FINANCIAL!Worst bank ever, I had my phone stolen so I bought a crappy one and it was not esim compatible that's fine so I reconnect my old number try and change number on neo account because I couldn't verify through my esim number costumer service if that's what you wanna call it said my number was connected to a previous account and I said ok well iv had this number through fido for well over a year so I want my number connected to my neo account because I had an e-transfer sent and my daughter needs formula, after sitting on hold for 3 hrs and being redirected to multiple people they had me verify my identity so fine I did that that spoke via email to the person that previously (2years ago) had my current phone number validate they no longer had my phone number the lady is elderly and refused identity verification I had enough I said I'd like to speak with your supervisor or someone anyone that is above you that has authority and are capable of comprehending what I'm communicating to you they said sorry we cannot redirected WTF? After being redirected at least 6 times your unable to redirect? Holy Sh&+ F#$& Sh&+.... I offered to send in a whole year of fido bills showing my account under name with both esim number and my number! Nope wouldn't work with me at all than they froze my account and said until the owner of other account validates she no longer has my phone number I cannot access my account like this is bs so I said fine f&-+ NEO I want to close my account and have my money transferred to my koho I was told NO ? Are seriously saying no I can't have my money like pardon you? Than I asked for her name or her rep number and she said I don't have one and I'm not giving my information and no u can not speak with a supervisor! LIKE WTF My 2month old daughter needs formula and all I wanted to do was change my number so I can access my **** account IM SO DONE!!!

      This is a ********** company that tries to entice and keep you on the hook then can never be reached when their is a need to talk to a customer service representative. Embarassing that they are associated with *************.

      After contacting them again they still have not been able to assist me in any proper way. All I keep hearing is the matter is being escalated and it's now been 17 days. I'm reporting this to the better business bureau, and filing false advertising claims against them. They already have a C on the better business bureau website from all the negative reviews recieved. I need to contact a lawyer against these people because it looks like this is the norm for them You can NOT trust these people to protect your money. Or do as they have promised. My card was used to make transactions I know nothing about. I made a dispute for a return of my money. On the website it tells you within 5 days your account will be credited. We'll now it's been 15 days and they still can't tell me anything. Don't trust that your funds are protected or respected by these people. The service is disappointing to say the least. I would give negative 5 stars if I could

      USELESS customer service. Had a refund on my closed credit card and they want me to wait weeks to get my money back even though it's clearly already been sent back to Neo. Don't bank with them ever! Absolutely useless

      Nightmare Company! I got the card on impulse while shopping at the Bay. I decided I did not need another card and tried to cancel a couple of weeks later. After numerous hours on hold over the course of a week, I spoke to someone and asked to cancel. I had paid my account in full. I confirmed by email that I had cancelled the card, cut it up and would not be responsible for any more charges. That was months ago. Yesterday I received a VM that someone had tried to make fraudulent charges and they shut the card down. I hope that is true, but everything else about this company is total BS. Luckily for me, my credit rating is so good I'm not concerned about a bad rating from them.

      I think Neo representatives are in a foreign country and are unable to communicate effectively. Pathetic, disgusting service. I will no longer shop at T** B**, too bad it was a great company for decades, that 3 generations of my family loved. Is there a zero star.

      Pathetic! I have tried calling them waited for hours and the same thing happened to me. I want to cancel so when I try logging in they send a secret code to my landline! Skip the dishes? Give me a break????why would the H****** B** get involved with this company not even BBB approved! Shocking!

      Hours spent trying to reach Customer Services. Credit Card Stolen. I am trying to cancel. I can't get into my account as when I try to log in they ask for a code to verify and they send it to my landline not my cell phone!!!!

      I am struggling to get my money back . Its worst customer service i ever seen, so many email i sent and for last 3 days they keep promising end of the day . Do not open any account? its worst financial institute for any banking or credit stuff if you are looking for. worst customer service if you call. I called 3 times and keep on hold for 35 min but no answer then call back and again 45 min and same for 3rd call ...it look like they don't have anyone in the customer support ,,,,,no value for customers.
