      Worst customer service.They are not concerning the customer issue.I have fraud charges on my account .I am trying to contact from month and still no resolution.I sent them email,tried to contact on chat and call also no answer nor any solution.Very disappointing.This should be out of business

      If I could give a lower rating I would. I only got this card because I have a 45+ year relationship with the B** and this is their new 'B** card'. The documents sent stated that my "preferred" rate (of 19.99% so not that low) would "only go up" if I missed a payment or was late. Then I got an online notice in June that my rate (and my husbands partner card) were both going up to 21.99%. I thought there must be an error, never missed or was late with a payment... After multiple attempts to speak with someone and on hold for over an hour I was informed by their call center that no issues with my payments, it was just that "well everything is going up in cost, so we decided to put our rates up too". Great, so they aren't making enough bank already at 19.99%??? Then, Last week SURPRISE - 3 months after the last hike - now they are putting their "preferred rate" up to 24.99%. Seriously. Disgusting greed in tight times - awful business and after calling the B** to complain, I am cancelling this card and putting 45+ years of business behind me.

      God, this is a nightmare for a week, this bank feeds me breakfast, that they will open an account, I have experienced such stress, I just have no money, I have nothing to feed my children, I got into debt, a nightmare people pay attention to my review, do not mess with this bank.

      Initially customer service was not bad, but overtime it has gotten worse. Wait times to speak to a customer rep takes forever. You leave your phone number and there's never a call back. Online chat wait times are also long. I was a victim of credit card fraud. *** didn't catch this. Multiple transactions over and over again for same amount and same vendor. I had to call in to notify them. Was told by customer rep that as transactions were pending, nothing they can do. Have to wait till transactions are either declined or accepted. If accepted, then have to all in again to Neo to dispute. When it was processed, I called in to dispute as instructed and initially was told to contact vendor myself to dispute. Baffled my mind that as my financial institution, after declaring that I did not make these purchases, I had to dispute with vendor myself. Then was told I have to wait for Mastercard to investigate transactions. Eventually I was refunded the fraudulent transaction amounts within a week.Recently, I was a victim again of CC fraud. This time from 1 vendor and a much higher amount (a few thousand). I reported to *** immediately (same day) and again was told nothing they can do with a pending transaction. Unfortunately transaction went through and I had to call in again to dispute. Was told they have to open investigation and wait till decision is made by Mastercard. This is the only financial institution I've ever dealt with that does not clear the fraudulent transaction while they deal with Mastercard themselves. Meanwhile investigation is still ongoing, and I keep getting notices of outstanding balance, accumulating interest on a high value fraudulent charge, and perhaps even affecting my credit score due to nonpayment. Beware of the wait times, higher chances of fraud and how they deal with fraudulent charges.10/10 would not recommend.

      Love Neo Financials and all their products.Special mention to their mortgage depart. I had few issues with my case but ************************* helped me all the way and they were the only one eventually got me my mortgage.It was a lengthy process but worth the effort. Really appreciate everything about neo.

      I emailed the business and they said they sent me a gift card to re-purchase the item. I haven’t received a gift card by email so I’m not ready to accept yet as I’m not sure if they’re mailing me a gift card and if I do re-order will I receive the item as they normally take months to arrive 

      I’m hoping this can be resolve

      Lost my credit card May 22 2023. I requested a new card through the app and paid 25 dollars for an expedited card. 2 to 3 business days was the promise and after 2 weeks I had no card. I contacted them asking what the issue was and they told they can take up to 14 days. I requested a new card and had the fees waived on June 06 and by June 16 still no card. They promised to escalated the situation and promised a new card again with in 2 to 3 business days and was told I would receive a tracking number.... it is June 28th I have filed complaints called the courier company and my card is being held at DHL and no one at Neo can explain why. They do not have a branch in my city and continue to ask me to have patience and still no answers... worst credit company ever do not apply for a credit card with neo they take no responsibility and do not care for their customers.

      I only signed up to get a discount at The Bay. I gave my home phone number (I don't have a cell phone - shocking!) and later I was unable to sign up for Neo online because Neo needed to text a verification code to a cell phone, but because my home number was on the account that's where they're trying to text me (The Bay didn't mention this...). No option is given on the site to change the phone number. Why can't they send a verification code to an email instead, or to a home phone with a digital voice (as may other organizations do)? Apparently not having a cell phone means their card is not available to me. so I called and cancelled the account. It can't just be me that's excluded by this limitation, surely? Of course they were happy to send me an email to confirm the account cancellation...!!

      I thought all Canadian financial companies were safe but evidently this one slipped through the cracks. This is a really slimy and shady company. They will not honour chargebacks even though you are in the right. Also, you have to jump through an immense amount of hoops to even reach their customer service. It's like they are actively trying to dodge you. I canceled as soon as I could.
