Had to have a leaking pipe repaired. The technician arrived on time, earlier than expected but he did phone to let me know. Extremely efficient and provided the cost up front. Explained what he was doing all the time and would ask if I had questions and answered them. Professional, respectful and friendly. **** and **** came out and solved my sump pump issue and also explained it to me so I know when I need help and when i can do it myself in the future. Excellent service, very knowledgeable and thorough. This is the second time we have called Knight Plumbing and they are excellent! We will definitely use them again. This is the first time I have called Knight Plumbing. My heater wasn't working so after looking at the reviews on the BBB website, I decided to try this company. The technician was quick to diagnose the problem and he explained the cost of the part that was needed for the repair. I felt that the cost was fair so I gave the go-ahead to complete the work. The technician took no time to complete the job and he was done in no time. If there are any further issues, I will be sure to call Knight Plumbing again for future repairs. We called Knight Plumbing for a blocked main line. It was late at night on a holiday weekend, the gentleman I talked to was open and honest about the cost and suggested if we could wait to do so. We made adjustments for the night and happily waited, and called the next morning. The lady I chatted with first was perky, friendly and very easy to understand. The plumber actually called when she thought he would. He clarified our issue, our address and arrived when he said he would. Upon arrival graciously did not ring the doorbell (sleeping baby), went through the expected costs and upon permission went about his work to fix our issue. Very friendly, wore his "special" booties and was in and out with minimal disturbance. I work from home so that was greatly appreciated.Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

****** and ***** completed furnace, vent and duct cleaning in my home on March 24. They were friendly and professional young gentleman. They completed the job in a very efficient and thorough manner. Ive been using Knights for all my plumbing, furnace, AC and Water heater requirements for the past 10 years and will continue using them in the future..Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning
