This is the second time I have called on Knight, the first being last November to fix my very old furnace. Last week it was to replace all the old copper plumbing in my house. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! From the cheerful greeting by the helpful receptionists to the professional, prompt & highly efficient service technicians, it is clear that ******************** care are their top priorites. ***** was out in a couple of days to evaluate the job & gave me a very reasonable quote & the job was booked within a week. ************************* were prompt, super efficient & got all the plumbing changed out in a mere 2-1/2 days, as scheduled. They walked me thru everything they had done, explained it all in clear terms, & made sure to label all the new ************* for me - very much appreciated & not something most service techs ever think to do. They removed all the debris from the job & left the basement cleaner than it was before they came. There is a reason Knight is rated so highly by the BBB, which is why I chose them in the first place. Thankyou for such great service.

This is the second time I am using Knight Plumbing. The first was to replace the hot water heater and this time is for replacing three toilets. Technician recommended a specific brand of toilet. After checking Consumer Reports, it turns out this was a recommended unit by that organization. Went with the recommendation from the technician. Knight Plumbing is not the cheapest but you are paying for their knowledge and professionalism. Technician showed up on time, and did the work efficiently and professionally. Left the area clean and tidy. He even brought ear plugs to be able to concentrate in spite of my two barking dogs. There were no surprise charges and the quote was exactly what the actual cost was. ************* crapped out at 4:30 AM while it was -22C, so I called Knight's 24/7 emergency line & had a call back & technician at the house by 8:20 AM. He determined what the issue was with the furnace, acquired the proper parts & had the furnace operating by 10:30. Very fast response time is impressive & appreciated. I have previously used Knight's services, will continue to do so & recommend them to anyone needing the services they perform.Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

Our new tankless water heater install was very painless from a customer perspective. From my initial inquiries, I was impressed with the response and scheduling. Dispatch (?) was very pleasant and answered immediately and was knowledgeable to answer my questions. The work and process was just as explained by ****************** at the start of the day. The quote made by ***** was accurate and they clearly used it to plan the day as a team. They were prepared. ***** and **** worked well together and were very courteous and positive with each other. Even though they had to core some new pipes through a cement wall - my toddler napped peacefully and I was able to take make some calls without disruption. The only grumpy customer was our cat but she'll get over it.... Quick test after work is completed and we can run our two showers and two sinks with full water pressure simultaneously - so I'm sure the family will be pleased with many future hot showers our old tank couldn't provide us. I have no complaints and will be happy to use KNIGHT in future for some upcoming furnace work.Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

We were very impressed with the service and consideration we received ***** explained everything to us and the work was done quickly and, it seems, very competently. The work was just finished this afternoon so can make no comment on how the system performs. I am certain that we will be happy with the new water system and if any issues arise they will be dealt with quickly and properly. We did not expect to see **** again so soon but our flow-through tank bit the dust so we arranged Knight Plumbing to install a new 50-gallon water tank. **** showed up with his partner ***** and both fellows went immediately to the task, working like a smooth team, one helping the other, really omplementing each other with their considerable knowledge of matters. The job was done in 2 hours, everything cleaned up and left as before. We couldn't be more pleased. Both **** and ***** complete professionals but not without the odd jokes passed around. What also impressed me is that neither of them had any issues with me hanging around asking questions, quite the contrary, they welcomed it.Once again, Knight Plumbing is my company to do businesswith and I'm sure we'll cross paths again in he near future.
