We had **** come replace a kitchen faucet for us. I had purchased a $400 Kohler faucet and he told my wife that it was junk. He would find the best faucet for the job. He phoned her back and said he to get the best one but it would be $1100.00. She said go ahead and install it. After a couple of days of using it she wasnt happy with the faucet. I did some research and found the exact same faucet for $331.00 and I wasnt even a contractor. When I called Knight they said they were very upsetCause that was $200.00 less that theyd pay. He never said he would look into it cause they already had our money. Dont ever get something done from them without doing some due diligence.

Good day *****, We have looked into the notes with the supervisor and the price you were provided by the ensuite was a tap that was not the same finish that you were looking for, as it was a mat black finish. Also this was their showroom model it was on the showroom floor and had been there for a few years so it would not have been a new faucet as people have been touching that one for years so there as no way to tell if it was still in good shape. Knight Plumbing and Heating have never let us down. They are hands down one of the best and possibly the best plumbing and heating outfit here in ******************* and **** were great, very nice, polite, respectful, easy to talk to and explained everything in detail, I have absolutely nothing to complain about.
