First time I've used Knight for furnace maintenance servicing. ****, the service technician, did a very thorough job. He took the time to explain a few things as he went throught the servicing process. I was very pleased with the service and will use them again.

Knight Plumbing is always helpful, reliable, and wonderful to deal with. They provide excellent communication and service. ***** came by to look at my broken toilet, he assessed the situation, provided a quick solution, and Im very happy with the result. Knight Plumbing is always fast and efficient. ***** and ****** arrived on time, explained all options and had a new hot water tank installed and functioning within an hour. I am never disappointed with Knight Plumbing. I have been using them for at least 20 years. Very friendly from first phone call this morning. My furnace quit on Sunday Oct 29. Knight could only get to me early Monday afternoon. Geoff and his cohort said that they could replace the blower and mother board for about 3k$. There was no warranty on this replacement so we decided to get a new furnace. Geoff called Ty (Knight's furnace rep) to have him come over and map out the new furnace requirements. Ty got to our place within the hour and we selected the right replacement furnace. We did not want to use space heaters rather use our fireplace and basement infloor heating system. Geoff's cohort noticed that the inflow heating water expansion tank was full of water and had we turned the in floor heating on the basement would have been flooded. The team replaced the expansion and quickly the same afternoon. The following day, Steve J. , Dave and Jose installed the new furnace within 4 hours. Karl brought in the humidifier 2 days later and installed it quickly. We now have a heating system that has a ten year warranty on parts! The teams were very professional at all times and really demonstrated Care For The Customer at all times. I strongly recommend calling Knight for all of your plumbing and HVAC needs.Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

Knight was recommended by our neighbours, calling to book an appointment was a pleasant experience. I believe I spoke to ******, she looked after me and asked how she could make me smile ?? Cant say enough positive things about our serviceman technician ******. Our furnace quit of course in cold weather. There was a strong odor, not gas, the app showed temp had dropped indicating a problem. ****** arrived on time and assessed the problem straight away, we were very lucky we didnt have a fire as the control board was burned right through. ****** said hed order parts and someone would come and install it tomorrow. We very much appreciated the professionalism, courtesy, ***************. Thank you Knight Plumbing and Heating for hiring such a very personable and very knowledgeable employee.
