**** did a wonderful job of inspecting and cleaning our furnace yesterday. He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and explained clearly what he had done and why. I had forgotten to ask that the humidifier attached to the furnace be checked as well, but he noticed it, did an examination and replaced the filter. We were completely happy with the service we received from **** and Knight Plumbing. We will use them again and would recommend mend them to others.

This is another great performance from Knight Plumbing...**** from Knight Plumbing was very knowledgeable and professioal. He replaced the hot water tank and water softener. He redesigned the shut off valves for the outside water faucet, the hot water tank and the water softener to be user friendly.ThanksKnight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

My total experience with Knight Plumbing and Josh and Bing was exceptional. They were able to solve multiple problems when dealing with the complications of an old house and old plumbing. We've been using Knight Plumbing for years. They've always been fast, knowledgeable, and very personable. Our latest technician, *****, was all of the above. He tracked down the parts we needed, picked them up and was back at our house within 30 minutes. The repair was finished within 20 minutes. He also mentioned Knight's membership program and left us some literature detailing the benefits of the program. He was not high pressure selling in any way. I read over the details on my own time and decided that the program would work for us. That's the other thing I appreciate about Knight. They never pressure you to buy other services. They seem genuinely interested that you get only what you want from a service call. We'll continue using Knight for all our plumbing, heating and HVAC needs in the future.Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

I recently experienced a major water leak from a recently installed ******* Furnace. The response from Knight was exemplary................. *********** Desk promptly located the next available Serviceman - ****, and informed us of his probable ETA. Less than 2 hours later a phone call was received from **** to advise that he would be at our house in about 20 minutes.......**** quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repair. He was at all times very professional, courteous, and took the time to explain what had been the problem.Based on this experience I will have no problem in recommending Knight Plumbing for resolving any plumbing and heating problems.ps. My decision to choose Knight Plumbing and Heating for the supply and installation of my new furnace was based solely on the fact that of the 4 quotations that I received, Knight Plumbing and Heating - ***** - was the only company to follow up their quotation................. ************Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning
