      I love how the staff is very professional and dedicated to helping you find the perfect flowers. I wanted a special bouquet of flowers colors pink and blue for my great grandma tombstone. They didnt disappoint me I was very pleased with the bouquet.

      I usually don't take the time to leave reviews but the service was so outstanding I had to speak on what a wonderful smooth ordeal this was. Thank you so much for your generosity and understanding. Fresh flowers..great ordering process..everything worked out great. I will be sure to recommend to all my neighbors and friends and family.

      I cant even select a star. Four times I have used Bloomex because apparently I dont learn. Two different funeral homes at different times. Both arrangements were over $100. Did either funeral home receive them? Not at all. When I contacted customer service they said my 24 hr time frame was over for complaints. I never thought to text the families during the service to ask if they got their flowers!!!No refund, no compensation no further contact from them. Last week again a family funeral. I chose two beautiful arrangements.(the same arrangement to both places) One to go to *********** one to go to ***. Bloomex did contact me to say that Lillies were not available. Had they gone to ****** or the farmers market, ******* is full of Lillies. Anyhow they assured me a suitable flower would be replaced into my arrangements. I was fine with that. Upon receiving photos of what was sent from the recipients I was horrified. I wish I could post pictures. Both homes received a bouquet that must have been picked up on their way past Superstore and put in a vase. I had ordered a chocolate brown basket with Lillies roses babys breath set in a high setting surrounded by greenery. What was delivered were a few daisys most likely some dandelions for color and a few carnations. I am devastated that these were sent to family from our home on the death of our beloved family member. Our family must think that I had a spare $12 to send condolences Did I mention I was charged the full amount of $85 EACH for bouquets that are found in grocery stores. I was offered a credit for one delivery which I took as I wasnt going to get anything back from them if I didnt. Currently I am now going after them for the second delivery but I know their response will be its past the 24 hrs they give to receive complaints I will admit that their response time to my many emails had been answered within a day of sending them. Dont use this florist! 4 out of my 6 orders were a disaster!

      I was skeptical about trying this at first, but I am so glad I did! This was easy, fast with a great selection. I would highly recommend this to anyone of all ages! It's a must have!!! Try it, You went regret it!!!!

      I ordered flowers for my mom's 80th birthday, which was on May 19th. I placed the order on Tuesday, May 14th for delivery on May 17th so they would arrive before the long weekend. Today is May 26th and the flowers have still not been delivered! I have sent three email to customer service requesting my money back, and also messaged with online chat as well, with no resolution. I even tried to leave a review on ****** to warn others, but can't log in to do so and I suspect they have somehow blocked people from being able to leave comments. When I log in to my account and look at the order it says that my order has been updated, but does not give any further details. I feel like I have been scammed out of $75, which is no small amount to me, but worst of all is that I missed my mom's milestone birthday. I would give zero stars if I could, but I am reluctantly giving one as I must select a rating for my review.

      Bad service and not great flowers. As it is just upset we fell for this not great of a company.
