      If I could give zero or less than zero that what I would give. Christmas ruined because of Flair Airlines. 15 hour delay to cancelation with only option earliest flight next day at ****pm. I couldn't even book another flight out the same day through flair another airliner. Just so happened to be that flight they were trying to rebook us was the one and only next direct flight. Missing Christmas with my family my main disappointment plus all the fun we had reserved and planned..... what a joke of a airliner company.....

      This company is terrible, before the pandemic I booked a flight, then they canceled it twice, and would not give my money back, they gave me a 2 year credit, but the pandemic was still going on, when the 2 years expired, they would not extend the credit or refund the money. This airline like others could have applied to the government for money to cover refunds, but they did not. This is a terrible company, I will never use nor recommend again.

      I can't even begin to express my anger and frustration over my experience flying to ********* in March 2023. Not only did my luggage arrive completely damaged, but the airline's initial assurances of a hassle-free replacement turned out to be nothing more than empty promises. What followed were a grueling nine months of sheer madness as I constantly found myself going in circles with their inept customer service. Every time I reached out for an update, I was met with the same excuse: my claim had mysteriously vanished into thin air within their system. And just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, they had the audacity to inform me recently that my claim has been outright declined! I am beyond livid. After months of being strung along, believing that my case was being handled, they casually drop this bombshell on me. The utter lack of accountability and indifference displayed by the airline is absolutely outrageous. Oh, they may be a cheap airline, but this level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is downright unacceptable.

      NEVER Fly this airline! They charge even for a carry-on bag so I paid for 1 checked-in bag and 1 carry-on for 110 dollars months before my scheduled flight.On the day of my flight (Nov 25, 2023) to ******, there was a long lineup and waiting because everyone was repacking their bags to fit into these ridiculously small sizing/ measurement gauges. I am pretty sure a lot of people will recognize this date. Complete chaos!So they decided my carry-on was NOT a carry-on, the same carry-on bag I had been using for 15 years flying internationally. Their sizing equipment is way smaller than a standard carry-on bag! When I fitted my bag it fit except for the 2 wheels sticking out! And still they made me pay $94 to check in a 10kg carry-on! When I got back from my trip and called customer service if I could get refunded for the carry-on payment I made before my flight because I was asked to check it in regardless and paid $94. The simple answer is NO - there is nothing that they can do and it was my fault for not complying with the baggage allowance policy. And that all fees are non-refundable. And the customer service is rude and useless. Traveling with 3 kids - not flying with this airline ever again!Coming back - I am glad I didn't book Flair. I booked Canada Jetlines. That same carry-on bag I didn't have to pay any additional dime! Plus I don't have to pay to get us seated together with entertainment on board and complimentary drinks! If you want peace of mind - don't FLY FLAIR! 1 STAR is too generous of a rating.. I would have given NEGATIVE

      Absolute predatory price gouging at the gate. Flew from ******** to ********* without a problem my personal item was fine. Get to the gate on my return flight and Im forced to pay 77$ right there or I cannot get on the flight. All of a sudden its an issue now? Get on the plane and the storage above is less than half full. My bag doesnt weigh any more than anyone elses and was a non issue 4 days prior. You get out to a separate line and have no chance to change bags. Why is the carry on charge as much as the flight fare. Absolutely complete BS will never fly flair again or shall I say unflair

      False advertising for a Black Friday discount. Flair website indicates 50% off ALL flights. I attempted to book a flight and there was no discount. The price is the same as it has been for over a month. I live chatted with an ambassador who checked it out and says there is limited number of seats available so the discount doesnt apply. The flight I wanted is not til May 11. I doubt if the plane is *************.

      I will NEVER use this airline again. It was absolute h*** from start to finish. They have massive lines to check in, with everyone who gets up to the desk being asked to re-pack their bags right there. So everyone's really stressed with all their belongings out all over the place right from the get go. When you finally get up to the desk, they threaten to charge you for checking in, and say you can avoid this by using their check-in app. So you have to stand off to the side and struggle with this app that absolutely does not work. They charge $80 to check a bag, and they also charge you for your carry on bags, which they invariably make you unpack and re-pack so they can fit into these ridiculously small test compartments. I had a flight with a layover in *********, and they made me pay that $80 twice because it was a long layover. At the gate, it's the same story. Everyone stressed out, being forced to pay extra fees, unpacking and repacking. On the flight, you don't even get water.

      Worst airline with worst customer care , deceive and overcharging on changing reservation.Booked orignal ************ 238 dollars along with travel flex which allows free one change plus differnce in fare.I called and requested to make change as this option was not available to me on line .The agent tried his best to waste my time and took 30mins and keeping me on hold again and again deliberately to pass the time , which was time bar 3 hours before flight departure ( which will result in no refund of change situation).The new flight which I was requesting to change with was 174 dollars .He was asking me to pay 174 on top of 238 dollars .He advised me you have to pay difference in fare which is 174 .That's how they make people fool and take their hardened earn money away .These corporate companies are taking advantages as they have no regulations and not accountable to any authority Unfortunately.
