      Flew Flair out of ******** direct to ****** in December 2023. Outgoing flight was delayed multiple times, eventually until the following afternoon. They put us up in a hotel and provided food vouchers. Had to checkout at noon for our flight, which was delayed again from the afternoon until evening. Sat at the airport from noon until 7pm, at which time our flight was cancelled. Drove home 2 hours and had to rebook for the following night. Finally flew out at **** that night, 46 hours later than we were supposed to depart. Filed a compensation claim and to date have not had any response.On the return trip January 1st we paid for the front row(booked in late August). Upon online check-in, we learned that we did not have those seats. Sent an email to Flair, no response. Checked in the next day at the airport, the staff there stated they could do nothing about it and that this happens on a regular basis.To date there has been no response from Flair Airlines. I will not be using this airline again.

      This airline is horrible. This was the second time I booked a flight with Flair. The first time luckily they cancelled my flight a couple of weeks before so at least I could make a new plan. This time, Jan 6th LA to ********* my family showed up at the airport to find out that the flight was cancelled. No notification, no explanation. I looked into it and the plane that was supposed to come from ********* to LA in the morning was also cancelled meaning there was no plane to fly back to *********. After many hours on hold I spoke with a Flair rep who told me that they would cover the cost of a hotel and food for the night so we stayed and re-booked on the flight the next morning. We arrived home the next day and I immediately sent an email to compensation @ flyflair.com as they said to do during the phone call. I received a response within 30 minutes saying that our cancellation was due to weather and therefore was out of the control of the airline despite the weather being beautiful in both ********* and LA on Jan 6th (look it up and you can see the weather history). I told them that the weather was not a problem and I don't understand this excuse and received no further response. Also I found it very suspect that they were able to book all of the Jan 6th passengers that were cancelled onto the Jan 7th flight and the row behind us was still empty, probably ***** seats not filled. We saved about $400 by using this low cost airline and then paid about $500 to stay the extra night. My advice to anyone is avoid Flair airlines. Even if it's more money up front to book with a reliable airline you will be glad you did. Don't let them fool you into ruining your family vacation.

      Flair airline is absolutly AWFULL!!! Never take that airline . Delay of 1.5 h on the way in with wait at check in 3 h in advance wait for luggage wait at every corner you can imagine for the return it was more than 4 hours and they did not even give water for free to passager and refuse a refund . It is really worst it to pay a little more but have great service and arrive on time.I will NEver never take that airline again.If I could put zero star I would

      My flight F82916 on Dec 27 2023, from ********** to ****** was delayed 1h40 in the departure, most of this time due to the pilot to be waiting a passenger that should be boarding. So disrespectful, mainly because the plane was packed and so unfair that all others passengers need to be inside the plane waiting for ONE individual to board! Additionally, when we landed in ****** we needed to wait about 1h30 inside the airplane because there was no equipment to attach the aircraft to the platform(where passengers could safely access the airport). I understand this is a time of the year with a high demand for flights but keeping people stranded in an aircraft, thirsty and starving, is not acceptable. Moreover, after all these setbacks, no formal apologies were made to the clients(no email sent, for example). To me shows some lack of respect not even serving water to people while waiting in the "limbo". Correct and honest attitude from FLAIR would be refunding clients immediately, after a such nightmare hundreds of people were exposed. Similar situation happened in the flight back from ****** to ******: flight was transferred for 12 hours later and, after that, departed with more 2 hours delay! Other airline companies did not have issues like that. Overall, FLAIR is extremely disorganized and customer service is poor. I'll certainly never fly with you again!

      Flight delayed by many hours - no water provided to anyone aboard. They lost my bag, which they found on the last day of my trip and returned to me at the return airport after arriving home. Have been waiting since March 2023 for payment (9 months and counting) - and they are refusing to refund the $155 baggage fee because they didn't lose the bag entirely (even though I did not receive the bag at the destination). Just an unbelievably shoddy airline.

      Fraud Airlines, I mean, Flair airlines has scam policies and has fraudulent charged me unrelated costs on my credit card. I also decided to immediately (within 20 minutes of booking) cancel a flight due to their trickery of charging me in USD even though that wasn't anywhere visible. Even though the rule for all airlines is 24 hr cancellation and their own policy says "full refund" they withhold a credit card fee. It's impossible to get into the chat bot, you get disconnected. I also was on hold almost 2 hours and gave up on waiting to hear from a human. Absolute scammers! Its deplorable our hard earned tax dollars bailed out this scum!Book any other airline!!!

      Today, my 18 year old was not allowed to fly on Flair due to insufficient ID. She has a public school high school ID, ** Care card and a BC fishing license (which requires government ID). Of note, West jet accepts fishing license. Apparently ******************** accept only gun license for additional ID. I talked to 3 representatives about official id. 2 said a learners license was o.k. and one said it was not. So, if an 18 year old does not drive, does not have a passport, I guess they cannot board a Flair flight. In addition, I had pre paid for a bag, $69.00, of which they would not refund me despite not being allowed on the flight. We are not impressed.

      Horrible. No charge for personal bag one way, brought same bag back on return flight and charged $155 as carry on. Will never every fly with them again.

      Personal carry on can only be the size of a lap top bag. Dinged is 77.77$ at the gate. Money grab; our backpacks easily for under the seat. Flying with WestJet moving forward.
