      I called to this company, and the agent spoke very rude to me ,because i couldn't find the flight number.. Don't buy ticket to this airline..

      Very deceptive with online booking prices that DOES NOT SHOW CURRENCY. They do not list what currency you are paying until the final "Review" stage and you need to scroll down to the bottom and in fine print. I assumed I was paying in Cdn dollars since I'm based in ******, it's a ******** airline and I called to confirm exactly that. I saw my credit card the next day the flight was charged in USD not CDN. When I called customer service they told me because I was booking a one way FROM ******* to *******, they charge in USD from the destination country. Almost $1000 more for a family of 4 extra.No where on the website do they indicate you are paying on the currency based on the departing location. Very deceptive and unethical business practices. All other airlines list what currency you are looking at up front. I have submitted a request to refund the difference, but I don't anticipate that will happen.

      Baggage Scam. This airline has so many bad reviews they simply do not care to turn it around. I should have went with my gut and avoided them but I went ahead and bought a ticket for $81.05 ******** to ******* and pre-paid $51.45 for a carry on bag that met their size requirements on their website. Show up at the gate and the sizer is smaller than dimensions online and so now they have me against a rock and so they charge me another $82.95 to check the bag. We can't reverse the pre paid charge at the gate they say. Call customer service for a refund they say. So I call customer service, cannot reach a human but surprise surprise receive an email largely cut and paste where they refuse to refund anything and say nothing about the under sized sizer used at the gate. Ended up charged $134.40 to transport my carry on bag.....cost $81.05 to transport my body. First and last time I or anyone within earshot goes anywhere near Flair Airlines

      Inconsistent and scammy luggage policies that keeps making you pay more. Will give it zero star if I can.Will never fly Flair again nor recommend it to anyone. The online payment system doesn't work, the online check-in page is half working and confusing, lots of hidden costs depending on which airport you fly out of, and the staff are rude and unhelpful.In the ***************** they brought out a luggage measuring cage that's quite small and made everyone put their luggages in. Even if your luggage meets the online size requirements, if it's slightly off and won't fit in nicely, they'll make you pay $88 at the gate to check it in, despite having paid for the carry-on luggage already. Boarding was slow and painful as many had to remove contents just so their bags fit. For me, I had a hard case luggage so it doesn't squish in so I had to pay again. The same suit case was fine as a carry-on on a previous Flair flight only 2 weeks ago.Food is low quality and expensive, as expected of a budget airline, but what's worse is they don't even serve water on board. You'll have to buy a bottle.

      Flair Airlines is fine, until there is a problem. I suffered through a flight cancellation with Flair, and it was absolute pandemonium.From what I can tell, Flair is actually trying to make money off the cancellations. Here is what I observed:1) they dont announce a cancellation until the absolute last minute despite it being obvious hours earlier.2) they rebook everyone on the latest possible flight within the regulated 48 hour window.3) people who want to take a flight earlier must buy a new ticket, at now inflated prices (and many do since they cant afford to stay for 48 hours).4) any add-one like carry on bags or seats must be repurchased on the new flight (even if you wait 48 hours).This is obviously upsetting and feels like robbery. The customer service staff are both trained to be rude and incentived to get as much money from possible as customers when these situations happen.I experienced this in Halifax on September 30th. Our flight to ******* was canceled around 11pm. My flight re-booked to the night of October 2nd. I was told if I wanted to change it, the cost was $1,700.The chaos in the terminal from the plan full of angry people resulted in the police having to be called. Just before the flight was cancelled, the flair staff on sight promised everyone vouchers. That promise was immediately retracted. Without hotels available, and a high cost to get back to the city, just about the entire plane slept at the terminal. As for flair staff on the phone, they had no sympathy and just asked for credit card numbers.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband was forced to check a lightsaber case at the boarding counter, when the check in agent said it was fine. They lost it, and it had the blade in it. So the $400 we paid at ****** is now useless. Someone either stole it or they lost it as it's such a small item.DO NOT FLY. Do not stow anything valuable as they will "lose it"

      Their customer service is absolute garbage! It is absolutely not worth the cheap airfare to fly with flare. Their baggage policy is completely misleading. I was traveling with my two young children and packed their clothes in one bag to save myself from carrying two car seats and 3 bags. I tried to call and verify if this would be ok but could not get through to anyone. On the first flight my baggage was fine and the staff let me through seeing I had a lot to manage alone with two children. On my return flight (feeling upset after having just been at a funeral) I was told I had to repack all of our bags or not be let on the flight, that 1 bag for each person meant I was not allowed to pack the two childrens bags together. Without another available bag I had to pay $80 for the slightly larger bag that I had packed for my kids. Once boarded I fit all of our bags under the seats in front of us not taking up any overhead storage.Honestly the baggage issue was the least of it. The staff were horribly rude the whole time even when I explained that I was a bit upset because of the reason for our travel. The woman checking us in was snide and snarky. I will never travel with flare again.

      If I could give them 0 stars I would. The do not fulfill any of the legal specifications airlines should and have Breaked the contract, we're Neglagent, and are Liable for emotional stress. A lawsuit will be taken out on them. Total fraudulent company.
