      If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband was forced to check a lightsaber case at the boarding counter, when the check in agent said it was fine. They lost it, and it had the blade in it. So the $400 we paid at ****** is now useless. Someone either stole it or they lost it as it's such a small item.DO NOT FLY. Do not stow anything valuable as they will "lose it"

      Their customer service is absolute garbage! It is absolutely not worth the cheap airfare to fly with flare. Their baggage policy is completely misleading. I was traveling with my two young children and packed their clothes in one bag to save myself from carrying two car seats and 3 bags. I tried to call and verify if this would be ok but could not get through to anyone. On the first flight my baggage was fine and the staff let me through seeing I had a lot to manage alone with two children. On my return flight (feeling upset after having just been at a funeral) I was told I had to repack all of our bags or not be let on the flight, that 1 bag for each person meant I was not allowed to pack the two childrens bags together. Without another available bag I had to pay $80 for the slightly larger bag that I had packed for my kids. Once boarded I fit all of our bags under the seats in front of us not taking up any overhead storage.Honestly the baggage issue was the least of it. The staff were horribly rude the whole time even when I explained that I was a bit upset because of the reason for our travel. The woman checking us in was snide and snarky. I will never travel with flare again.

      If I could give them 0 stars I would. The do not fulfill any of the legal specifications airlines should and have Breaked the contract, we're Neglagent, and are Liable for emotional stress. A lawsuit will be taken out on them. Total fraudulent company.

      made a payment for a round-trip flight from *********** to ******* through your website. However, since then, I have not received any information or confirmation regarding my booking. To my surprise, when I checked my booking status on the website, it indicated that both my outbound and return flights have been cancelled.I am extremely disappointed and concerned about this situation, especially since the payment has already been deducted from my bank account.

      Why are airlines allowed to cancel flights and not offer another flight at a reasonable price. The government needs to address this.

      ********** Book a flight for my daughter from ******* to ********* for $459.95 but entered the wrong dates. Change the dates online. Flair charged $680.90 to make the changes!

      Disgusting, fraud, rude staff, supervisor is so rude, unprofessional. This airline should be banned. This is a scam. They are all bunch of idiots. Stay away from them. Will never use this airline. Supervisor ******* Notre at ******* airline does not know how to speak to customers. Very rude. She is basically a threat to us. Must be sacked from her job. She does not know what is the meaning of customer service. Even other staff is rude too. Unprofessional behaviour. Unethical business practice. Just charging for everything even it says cabin luggage is free. SCAM FRAUD.

      Their baggage policy is deceitful and makes customers not trust airlines in general. Don't charge the full price to check in baggage, charge the difference especially when you are already charging for carry on and the size allowance is smaller than standard. They are clearly trying to nickel and dime you when you've already paid for baggage to be on my he plane.

      I would put 0, but it's not the option. Flew with them *******/********/*******. In ******* we had no problems, airport service is great! We had prepaid carry on trolly, that fit into the bin perfectly ( always traveled with everywhere). In the ****************, we dare to ask Flair's employee how to get to security , and she ( old,rude lady) yeld at us,vtgat we need to pay for our carry on, because the weels of the trolly didn't fit in the measuring bin. Interesting, how we didn't have problem in *******, and the trolly was in the overhead compartment without broblem. We told her that we just came from *******, 3 days ago. She was still yelling, if we won't pay now, she will make us pay at the boarding gate! It was another couple behind us and she dud the same. We paid each $82.95!!! Never again we'll fly with you and we will let all our friends and family know about "great " service at Flair airlina in ****************. Terrible customer service!BTW, the bugged bins in your gorgeous new plain were half empty.

      Like others, I wish there was a no (or negative) star option. I will NEVER fly Flair again. In addition to crappy planes (I get that this is a bargain airline, but no charging ports on the plane? Pay for some water on a 4 hr flight??)I experienced multiple hour delays and have filed for a the flight delay refund but highly doubt I'll ever see it.Here's the criminal bit. I kept trying, online, to change my seat (for a charge) and it kept rejecting my credit card, saying the info was wrong (which it wasn't). I gave up. For my return flight, I tried again. Rejected. Tried another card. Rejected. Not once did I receive confirmation on website that my transaction had gone through, or a confirmation email, although on my last flight, I did indeed get the seat I'd been trying to purchase. Upon returning home, I see multiple charges to my credit cards. On my last fight, there are two charges for the same person, on the same flight, for the same seat, yet they say that because they were purchased (the same seat, sold twice??) they are not refundable. I can't even explain it well because it's so f***ing ludicrous. I spent (wasted) an hour today on the chat 'customer support' to no avail. If I wanted to speak on the phone to a customer service agent, they were going to CHARGE ME $25!!!!!!! IF, despite everyone's warnings, you still book with Flair: bring a water bottle (I was glad I did), NEVER use their website to pay for a seat change or anything else, PLAN on arriving extremely late (if at all), and KNOW that you will never get decent customer service or be refunded for double/multiple charges or anything else you are ***********. There's no email address to be found for Flair, but I got it after my hour with the 'support' chat. Let me save you some aggravation-- it's refunds at flyflair dot com. I doubt I (or anyone) will get satisfaction through email either, though.This airline should be shut down.
