      I would not advise anyone with strict timelines to not book with Flair airlines. They commonly cancel flights and their routes are very limited and they don't have any partnerships with other airlines so your option for re-booking when they do (and they often do) cancel a flight are never good. As an example, I was flying from ********* to ******* and they cancelled the flight an hour before it was meant to depart. The only option they gave me was to re-book on the same flight 7-days later. I couldn't wait the 7-days so I was forced to book a last-minute ticket with a different airline. If you don't have strict timelines and are willing to risk it to save a bit of money, you'll be fine. But if not, you should book with a larger, more reliable airline. Also, this airline doesn't really have a customer service function. If you email their INFO line they do not respond to you. And their desks at the airports do not have real processes for any kind of resolution you'd need. As an example, when my ********* to ******* flight was cancelled the Flair representative was taking people's names and contact info down on a piece of loose leaf paper.

      I was injured and was never given an apology and I was very disappointed in the security. The flight was fine but the airport staff left a lot to be desired!

      The worst airlines ever!!!! From ******* to *********, it was okay, the staff was nice. From ********* back to *******, the boarding person was probably the rudest worst person I have ever dealt with in my life. Her name was *******************, not sure if this is her real name but she was total b**** She shouldnt be in the front customer service dealing with overwhelming customers especially with little kids. She made our whole trip a living h*** Charging ** for the personal item even when it fits in her cabin. She saw we were tired and overwhelmed so she wouldnt let ** go until we pay her $77 for the small gym bag not even half full. Like are you kidding me!!!! Never again.

      I wish there was a negative rating to give. Worst customer service, overbooked flight and when I asked the staff's name to file a comment, they said if I needed their marriage profile in a racist and sexually provocative manner. I hope this airline goes bankrupt and that staff go homeless. Wouldn't recommend if I was fleeing a world war.

      Worst Airline - Avoid at all costs. I was unable to check in for three different flights on their website.Called customer service and they said they werent allowed to check me in. I was on hold for 30 minutes and the cutoff time was done. What kind of airline cant check in their customers online if theyre having website issues. Terrible customer service, terrible flights and overall horrible experience. Fork out the extra hundred bucks and fly Air ****** or Westjet.

      BEWARE: Budget/no frills airline known for delays and subpar service. Ugh, if I had options I would stay away from this airline.

      They are okay, until you decide to change your flight by a day. Original flight $279.00 return, changed flights, fare was the same for both, extra $500.00 on credit card

      Worst experience of my life. After a 7 hour delay, they landed us at the wrong airport after a (what turned out to be) red eye flight, promised compensation to get to the original airport, and then denied any compensation. Leaving the $100 Uber charge on each passenger. Will not speak to us about it or refund money

      Thanks for replying. Unfortunately we reached out to your support team many times via email and phone, just to be passed off to someone else. Everyone said it was not their problem or their department to deal with. It ended with ** being told we would not be compensated for anything, including the Uber we had to book to get back to our truck (which we were promised). We fly frequently locally as well as internationally, and are saddened that this airline will not be able to work for ** and our business moving forward.

      I cleared security there was no flight posted so first I went on their website using free wifi to speak with an agent they could not tell me the terminal or gate my flight was leaving on and told me to see a gate agent which I tried to attempt but flair has no agents at the airport I was traveling with then as .y flight was boarding I paid a bunch of roaming to call them to ask which terminal to go to and they said they didn't know. At this point i asked them how do you not know where your own plane is flying out and their customer service was less then helpful. ended up talking to a Broward County sheriff who got on the radio found out it was terminal 3 then jogged from terminal 1 to terminal 3 to try and get on a flight that should be almost done boarding after a good run then clearing a different security ran through that terminal caught the flight as it was boarding the last few people only because it was delayed and stilll receved ***** remarks from the crew. These flights serve nothing of any substanamce and hoping to catch food at the layover in ****** I had 30 min to clear customs and reclear security then run through another terminal to catch a flight honestly this was a very affordable flight but i will never use flair again not only could their inimformed customer service have cost me a flight they offer no help what so ever to their customers on the flight from ****** the head flight attendant named ****** discriminated against a person wearing g a medical sling telling him he needs to take it off for take off he was short with anyone who spoke with him often interrupting people asking him questions then telling them they didn't understand what he wa saying when they were trying to question them Read less

      They charged extra fees that weren't listed until after payment. The checkout stated $74.40 but upon receiving the receipt they had charged $134.40.It is for Airport Improvement Fees, even though it clearly states on their website it is included in the ticket cost.
