      Terrible online booking policy!!! After booking and submitting credit card payment, an email is sent with a link to confirm the booking, but you need to do it within 15 minutes of the booking. We missed the window and so the flight was showing the status as cancelled. After hours of being on hold, was told that it had been cancelled because I didn't pay for it. 3 more phonecalls, and a few emails later and Flair is still standing by their claim that I didn't pay, even though I sent them 3 screenshots of my credit card statement of the charges. My credit card company is taking over communication with Flair on my behalf through their dispute department. Terrible customer service. When you finally reach a human, they are simply reading off of a script.

      DO. NOT. FLY. FLAIR. What should have been a simple round trip ******* - ********* weekend turned into a mess. A week before my flight, Flair informed me that they changed my reservation and moved me to a flight that left 8.5 hours earlier than my original booking. Yeah, sorry, no I cant ditch work early, so after 4 hours on hold with the customer service on-line chat they agreed to put me back on the flight I had originally booked. NOT KIDDING: 4 hours on hold just to hang on to my original booking.Then they lost my pre-paid seat selection. When I complained they offered me a credit. Really? A credit? For their screw-up! I am still in the process of fighting that one. So unless you have endless time to baby-sit your reservation and fight for your rights, DO. NOT. FLY. FLAIR.

      They issued me a refund to my credit card that has not appeared after 40 days. They are refusing to investigate and have now refused to respond to my emails, and will not call me back.

      Flair Airlines are crooks - they take your money and run. My husband needed to cancel a round trip flight (******* to ********) due to illness. He had purchased the 'flex' fare which allows you to cancel & receive a credit, up to 3 hours before flight time. We started 7 days in advance to try to cancel. The online 'cancel my flight' did not work; we tried this several times over several days and it malfunctioned each time. We placed several calls to the call centre where a recorded voice promised they would call back, then they disconnect you. You can't wait on line, and you can't schedule a return call. We never received a call back. We tried the online chat option; similar thing: they say 'let me connect you with an ambassador' but no one ever replies and eventually it kicks you off. We tried the text option - again no reply, just an automated message that sends you back to the website, which as said above does not work. My husband could not even view his booking details online - that portion of the website did not work either. (Meanwhile he had an email confirming all details from the original purchase, so we know Flair had the reservation.) The only recourse we may have at this point is to claim a refund. We kept all the messages, screen shots, and phonecall details. This is the most abysmal lack of customer service I've ever experienced. I can't believe these people are still in business.

      Here is my response to Flair's comment of June 26:(1) I posted my review on April 18th. You responded on June 26, over 2 months later. Yes, I can see my issue was very important to you.(2) The response is a canned, automated message that everyone appears to get from Flair. And even that took 2 months.(3) In the canned response, you didn't even bother spelling my name right. I'm going to start referring to you as Flai Airlins - i.e. leaving the last letter off of your name too.(4) In sum, this canned, way-too-little-too-late response does nothing to change my mind about your abysmal customer service, and I'm never giving you my business again.

      Flair airlines damaged my husband's cooler that he needs for work that was last April. 70 emails later.. still no refund. They said we would get paid one month ago and that still has not happened

      Avoid this airline if you can help it. I was really looking forward to flying with Flair as I thought it would be a great way to travel around ****** on a budget. I have already been planning to book a few extra flights this year to visit friends in ********. That was before they screwed me over.I had booked some flights to ********* a few months ago, and proceeded to book accommodation. Fast forward to now where Flair changes my flight for another date, s******* over my entire trip. They notified me of the change 14 days and 2 hours before the departure date. According to their policy, if its after 14 days, they will not compensate you for anything.How is this okay? They sent the notification at night, where most people would not even see it until the next day. They waited until the last possible second to change my flight before having any repercussions. So I thought I was saving money by flying with Flair, but in fact, I had to book new accommodation which is twice as expensive now than when I had booked it in January.It is unfortunate because I would love to support a budget airline, but when they are maliciously taking advantage of their customers it is hard to support it. In the end, I would have saved more money flying with another airline that wasn't a budget airline. Ironic isn't it?

      I have been on hold to speak with rep for 4.5 hours. The chat is useless as well. Been waiting almost 2 hours to chat with someone. I will never recommend or use Flair Air ever again.

      Flair employees at *** closed the gates early with ************************** line. I understand the necessity of closing gates on time, but this delay was caused by slow security (only one person working). They then refused to return checked in luggage of those denied entry. This included an infants car seat. Being a new parent is stressful enough, imagine being stranded without a safe way to transport your infant. The staff there also told all the customers to contact the airline for reimbursement- this led to being on hold for a combined 12 hours over two days, only to be told NOTHING could be done. We had to argue for over an hour to get a small credit that only covered 1/3 of the cost of our new ticket. I cannot believe how horrendous this service was and the fact that they would not return someones car seat. It is disgusting and negligent.

      I had a tickets bought for June 24th -july 4th 23. out of ********* for my daughter's wedding June 30th they cancel my tickets today for whatever reason there is no dates around or before her wedding and they won't give me my money back for a refund. Only a travel credit which is no good to me July August when I need to go now. I can't reschedule new ticket with other airline because they won't refund me. Aweful service talk to 3 people today 3 hours.
