      I received an email yesterday saying only that my itinerary for a flight had changed. I couldn't see anything in their accompanying PDF to indicate this, in fact it included a link to check in early, so went on their chat line. It turns out the flight had been CANCELLED, no reason given. I see now they have no flights available until mid-July! I had to find another flight for the same day with another airline, costing three times as much. News flash Flair: your low rates only help customers if you ACTUALLY HAVE FLIGHTS. Will NEVER try to use them again.

      I have brain injuries and severe vision loss. Flair Airlines canceled my connection flight from ********* waterloo with no notice. I filed with APPR their 30 day window for refund,reimbursement, compensation. My canceled flight was SEVEN WEEKS AGO. They started the process, and then denied that that they were responsible. I was over 12 hours late arriving in *******, I missed a days work because of them. The customer service line is useless when dealing with compensation etc. The way they communicate is through endless emails. To date I have received replies from THIRTEEN DIFFERENT PEOPLE. Being stranded in a strange city in a closed airport was more than a bit scary for me. This company needs to be dissolved.

      I had to cancel two separate flights with Flair airline. They were very good about the cancellation. Although they indicate that it can take up to 30days I received my refund after 7 days. I was happy with this aspect of their service.

      I really wanted to like Flair but the experience from beginning to end was SO frustrating and disappointing. Everyone in our group was listed as femalespent hours sending documents to have it fixed only to have everyone changed to males ?? Paid for seat reservations so we could sit with our young kids but when we checked in we were informed our confirmed seats were given away. Told to email for a refund but their email inbox is full so theyre not accepting any new messages. When chatting online to have genders changed, ambassador took our credit card info to pay for baggage. He said it was taken care of but when we checked in, there was no record of it, so we had to pay again. And to top it off, the flight crew barely cracked a smile all flight. Flair was a complete flop for us! I understand its a no-frills budget airline, but when you pay for seats and have confirmation, you expect to be able to sit in them. However, to end on a positive note, the flight left on time and arrived a bit earlyat least they got something right!

      Do not ever use this airline. They left my autistic brother stranded at the airport. He checked his bag and went through security then they denied his boarding due to invalid ID as per the ********** of ****** regulations. However, I made sure before booking his flight that he had ID that met the exact requirements listed on the ********** of ******* website. Another airline even said he never shouldve been denied so, of course we booked him with that airline and paid over $1000 for a 3.5 hour domestic flight. And flair refuses to give a refund for their mistake. Their customer service line is absolutely useless and keeps repeating the same things about policies that does not make sense because my brother was specifically told it wasnt their policies it was the ********** of ******. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable and I will urge everyone to never use this airline.

      This is the lowest of low quality airlines. From poor service to the the fee for a carry-on item. Its TRASH. No TVs for entertainment, no outlets at your seat to charge your phone, no snacks included in the flight. I promise, save yourself and just book with another airline- youd end up saving much more money and enjoy the experience so much more than flying with this garbage airline. This is my first and absolute last time flying with them.

      The low price may entice you, but in the end you will regret flying with this airline. Its unfortunate that you cannot choose less than 1 star, as they certainly dont merit even this. For your **********************, spend the extra couple bucks and fly with a reputable company.

      With how incompetent and negligent they are, it is a miracle their planes don't fall out of the sky. Fly at your own risk, and NEVER EVER check in a bag. They 'lost' my bag with around $4K USD worth of sports equipment in it on a ** (***) to ****** (***) flight. I say 'lost' because I have an AirTag inside the bag so I can see its location in almost real time. In the 30 days after the flight, I have sent their 'baggage handling office' more than 20 emails to follow up (yes, this office only communicates via email, and by communicate I mean they send a generic response once a week saying they are sorry and they are 'doing everything they can'). I also talked to consumer service on the phone at least 6 times, also a complete waste of time. I requested the bag to be delivered to *** in ****** which is where I went 2 days after landing in ***. After ~2 weeks they finally shipped the bag from *** to ***, and then *** to ***. But they never contacted me to get the bag from ***! Then they just sent the bag back to ***, and basically went dark. I am back in the ** (***) now and I can still see from the AirTag that the bag is just sitting there in ***...Their liability is limited to ~$2K CAD for a lost bag which doesn't make me whole. It would be a miracle to get this money out of them, but I am going to take them to court if needed. The bag and the horrible costumer service aside:- they charged me a seat selection fee but their horrible website did not allow me to select my seat. I submitted a refund request and of course I never got a response. - online check-in didn't work.- the seats are worst than other ULLC airlines: zero padding, leg room, and no recline

      Very Bad experience!They kept on cancelling and rescheduling flight. We reserved hotel in advance at the destination place and did not get refund as well. Waste of time and money.

      Website advertises baggage from $44-$69 + tax, but tries to charge 113. Wanted to charge for my kid to sit next to me (under age 5 kids must sit next to parent). Terrible customer service.
