      On February 19th, at 7:15 a.m., a Flair Airlines presumptuous ground agent at ******************************** deliberately charged my wife with a $61.95 additional fee, carrying a BACKPACK. Under their online POLICY, it clearly states that it is considered as a PERSONAL ITEM (6 in x 13 in x 17 in), and it falls under their description with $0 fee at the airport and $0 fee online. The boarding pass was done on line properly. The $61.95 should have been applied and is applicable when you check in a CARRY-ON (9 in x **** in x **** in). I believe the agent literally applied a BACKPACK to CARRY-ON. That's a clear violation of the Flair Airlines Baggage Policy. That agent should have worn eye glasses and studied more about measurements or mathematics to see the difference between smaller and bigger. That's too annoying, honestly speaking you would encounter his kind of agent during your journey at the airport early morning. My wife has been using the SAME BACKPACK and SIZE from ******* and ********** (back and forth) several times. During the boarding, the annoying agent did a blackmail and asked forcefully my wife to pay it or do not take the flight in. How could this agent do that? Was she really trained?I firmly hope that the management will NOT condone any ignorance and wrongful practices at the expense of their loyal passengers. That awful boarding experience should be properly reviewed and thoroughly investigated by higher management as well. With the kind assistance of BBB, I am looking forward to receiving a refund of the FULL amount in dispute.Very frustrated,***** G

      Worst experience ever. Kept ** for 6 hours at the airport before telling us that the flight is cancelled. Sent ** to a hotel 15 km away at 1 am. When we got to the hotel we were told that they dont have rooms available. Had to look for a hotel with two younge children at 2 am and pay out of my pocket.We booked with Air ****** the next morning. Not worthed the little discount. Better fly with a bigger airline. WE WILL NEVER FLY WITH FLAIR AGAIN !!!

      I was travelling with my daughter on Jan-28th weekend from ******* to ********** and return very next day on 29th. My daughter turned into 18 years on previous week end 22nd. She had her ******* DL which expired on 22nd and the proof of renewal temp DL with her. When we flew from ******* the Flair air person at the airport let us go because she understood the ** situation. But when we tried to fly back from ********** next day, the attendants at the gate **** girls and one guy) didn't let my daughter fly back home. They were arrogant, un professional and couldn't understand what's going on. If the expired ** a week ago is the issue then It was flair air's fault let us fly to *** in first place. Unfortunately two of those three attendants were clearly speaking different language other than English in front of us which we didn't understand, then come up with silly reasons why can't we fly. First they said they are trying to correct the mistake they made by not letting fly back home. Then they said there is an undercover cop in the flight who can arrest my daughter, and then I should call flair air to figure this out. Simply they didn't give any options that make any sense what so ever. Not only that, what really infuriating me till now is, when we sitting in the airport trying to figure out how to get back home, these girls walking pass us and signaling each other and laughing. According to Flair air's website, they supposed to provide accommodation if they deny the boarding. Of course those un professional attendants declined those request as well. Next day we took Westjet who has same rules and regulations but understood the ** issues and let us fly back home. THANKS TO WESTJET. I've been using flair air for my travel because I fly frequently. But every time when I go to **********, I noticed those agents at that airport don't have any kind of professional training. They are living in a different world. Flair air never replied to our complaint yet,

      Simply horrible how this company steals money from their travellers!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!On my booking date I was charged baggage fee. Fast forward to travel date I checked in online. For some strange reason it asked me to pay for additional baggage which i did not have. When I apprached the kiosk I told the person working there of the situation and he assured me that that this is just a pending transaction and since I already paid luggage fees for 2 travelers I won't be charged. Well 2 days later the pending transaction became a real charge. I spent 2 hours on the phone with both a customer service representative and a supervisor which indicated I authorized this transaction. I DID NOT DO SUCH THING. At the end of the phone conversation the supervisor sent me a receipt. I did not require a receipt 2 days post travel. Why didn't I get it right after I checked in so I can dispute it immediately? I have contacted my ************ and began a dispute. This is completely unacceptable!!! We work so hard for our money and to STEAL $59 is just so wrong. Especially since I already paid for luggage.

      Paid for Extra Legroom (Row 1), checked-in (as Row 1) and boarded plane (as Row 1) to find out there is no row 1?? my wife and i got separated for the flight into vacant seats and when escalating to Flair they explained they are not willing to reimburse me as it doesn't meet a reimbursable criteria.. RIDICULOUS...

      Was travelling without any photo ID called customer support for information that if I can board with my 2 non photo ******** gov issued ID domestically in ****** they told no for sure we will not board you in and then also I went there with my non photo IDs and they let me board but the customer support do not have enough knowledge please train your employees otherwise someone will be in a great trouble because of this small mistake. Travelled *** to *** on 12th feb my name is **************

      This airline is unfair and if you try to call anyone for a supervisor they **** you off to another clerk, they cut you off when talking and they are rude. I was refused to be boarded when I showed up an hour and a half early and nobody was at the counter and when I called they said I should have been there 3 hours earlier and thats understandable but I was sitting in the airport an hour and a half early, not sure what to do

      Horrific experience. Many many problems on a simple jaunt from Hfx to Mtrl. From whacko online and in App messages incorrectly saying my reservation flight was delayed or cancelled the night before flying to not showing me with any booking whatsoever to Flair booking me a return flight that was an actually a DEPARTURE flight and then charging me for it?? Nightmare.

      Terrible. Do NOT recommend. Lack of communication, transparency, support. Cancelled flight well after take-off time. No one there to help passengers make new arrangements (including children, elderly and people with limited mobility).Our flight today (Sat Jan 29) was supposed to board at 12:35 and depart at 13:20. Passengers got text messages saying to board (12:36). Airport and website showed Flight on time. But No boarding. Finally at 13:20 when we were supposed to take off, we got verbal confirmation it was delayed. Still No announcement. Website now saying 16:20 departure - on time. Turns out our plane to ********* was now being used for Flairs **** flight. We were shuffled to a another gate so **** passengers could board. Then sent to another occupied gate. Finally at 13:51 pm, an email saying flight cancelled, still No announcement at airport. No help from staff, they said to call customer call centre. Next ******************** flight on Tuesday - 3 days after original Saturday flight. Apparently this is common for Flair. Stay away. Dont know how theyre allowed to continue operating. The contact us on their website is a chat bot.
