      Worst airline ever if anything goes wrong. They cancelled our flight and did not notify us of the cancellation or offer a rebooking. Waited hours on the phone to talk to someone but no one ever picked up. Do they even have customer service staff? Please just avoid this airline so it can go bankrupt. It should not exist.

      How has this company not been shut down? It is disturbing that this is allowed. The stories I am hearing lately are insane and mostly all the same just different situations. They are fraudulent. Will take your money and cancel your flight with no notice. You'll show up to the airport to find out. They will lie about the reason and avoid giving any sort of compensation. The amount of people that have had to take this company to small claims court or be completely screwed over by them is insane. They will strand you in Destination or they won't even get you there to start. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AIRLINE EVEN TO SAVE MONEY BECAUSE YOU WILL END UP SPENDING WAY MORE.

      Worst Airline going. They treat passengers like dirt. Cant reach customer service without waiting 8+ hrs on hold. And when you do get through to customer service they refuse to help. I have spend a total of over $1000 extra between 2 different trips on rebooking with other airlines to get to my destination, car rentals, gas, etc due to having to fly into a differnt city

      Do not fly this airline. Flair often schedules flights, then has lack of staff, including pilots to fly their aircraft. This in turn leaves many passengers stranded and without any other options. We had a flight delayed three times due to pilot no-show. Not one employee provided any information to passengers other than when departure times came and went they would say, its going to be maybe 1-2 more hours I dont know?!? I cant say Ive ever experienced this, and when we asked for our luggage so we could rebook with another airline, we weee told no its our policy to leave baggage where it is and you can collect it in *******. Please, avoid frustrations and stay away from flying with Flair.

      the worst airline, cheaty business, please send your employee and staff to another airline for training and a better understanding of how customer care and manging time is important , this airline is a shame to the flying business , when you make customer wishing to ride a hours to reach to their destination rather than choosing you this how much s***** your company is , ****** transportation should shut down this company , they repeating them self as low fare , what a low fare once you almost charging for the oxygen in the cabin

      They cancelled the flight to ********* due to crew shortage right at the gate. Rightfully I got the refund for the cancelled flight, yet they refused to ***** a full refund for the return ticket. They are the sole reason that I can not use the return ticket yet they expect me to pay for the cancellation fee. This is very laughable and their refund is in credit for their future flight. Do they expect their customers to return to their airline after this? Shame on the company

      ******* and Surrender at *********** check in were absolutely fantastic and went out of their way to help my husband and I after so many flights were cancelled and rearranged during stressful holiday travel. Hopefully Flair will see this

      I just had my flight cancelled, for the second time. This time it was overnight, nine hours before my Christmas flight home. Now I'm waiting to disappoint my 11 year old, and my parents, when they all wake up.It was cancelled due to weather in KW. -3. But they are still flying to *******, -2. Both from ******* on the same day.I can't believe an airline can run when it's so shoddy.Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

      Ive flown airlines of various kinds all over North ******* and Europe; Flair is the worst. I understand that airlines occasionally experience delays and safety challenges but in every other case Ive experienced, the airline works with you to solve the problem. Flairs entire business model is based on s******* people over and cheating them out of their money so they take no responsibility whatsoever for the damage they cause. My original flight was changed six times and my return flight was cancelled outright with one days notice. They expected me to extend my stay for a full week with no compensation and refused to provide any response to my queries until I threatened legal action, at which point they made clear that they do this to people as a matter of course and it did not, in their eyes, constitute a deviation from their standard practise of abandoning their clients wherever they happen to be. This company is a scam and should be run out of business. Too bad that this is ****** and consumers have no rights. The *** only exists to rubber stamp corporations like Flair cheating people out of their money. Disgusting.

      Flair left passenger without luggage at *** for 5 hours, no rep in entire airport, passengers had to get behind the desk to randomly push buttons until airport operations answered and told us there is NO flair staff in the entire airport. From a safety perspective, they need to be reviewed because no other airline can handle their emergencies and passengers had HEALTH issues. Flair is a fraud
