      Canceled and claimed weather was the reason. When in fact weather was perfect for flying and no other flights to the same airport were cancelled in the *** to the same exact place. ***** and cheats that dont answer your calls or chats. Told us we would be booked on the Thursday flight when we were supposed to leave on the Tuesday. Well that doesnt really work does it? No answers for anything we are trying to ask. Complete silence on their end. Dropped my call after waiting for over two hours on hold. Stay away from flair. Poorly ran and does not have their sh** together. Thanks for ruining our Xmas a**holes. If I could give you a -5 I would. Thats how sh** you are.

      I have been a frequent flyer for over16 years and I can say without a doubt that flair is the worst airlines I have ever flown in. Recently used flair to take a flight back from ****** to ******* (not by choice) as the flight was included in my all incl deal. Everything about how they operate is just absolutely garbage. They charge you for regular ************** for XL seats that don't don't recline, they charge extra $$$ for carry on and also water (which is not that uncommon). They were not on time and the plane was visibly dirty, seats worn our with stains on them and the customer service was horrible as well. Like I mentioned earlier I would never take flair by choice again and will make sure to avoid it at all cost and would advice the same to all fellow travellers

      The government needs to shut this company down, their business plan is to overbook and cancel flights, pushing customers to spend more money on finding a substitute. **************** is atrocious and engineered to frustrate you until you go away. They sent me cancellations of my flight and then charged me when I didnt turn up for the flight! Ive been trying to get through to someone for months, but they just drop calls.

      Flair is the WORST! We booked a flight from ******* to ******** for the first time with Flair. We are suppose to fly out this Saturday and I JUST received an email from Flair cancelling our trip with a rescheduled date for next Thursday (our return flight with AC is scheduled for Tuesday Dec 15). We are scrambling trying to find an affordable one way to ticket to ********, but the prices have increased significantly (hence why we purchases our flights months ago). PLEASE do yourself a favour and NEVER book with Flair! Stay away!

      I prefer flying with flair due to reasonable price. My complaint is regarding my missing baggage & hearing no response from flair team. I paid extra for my luggage during my travel but I am not getting no response from flair team since Nov 12.

      This is the worst Airline and worst experience I had to go through. I booked my flight in July 2022 for 10 days from December 2nd to December 12.First off they cancelled my trip at the end of October and told me to ask for a refund. Which I had to and I went to rebook and the only change was the time from leaving at 7am and returning at 10:15 am to leaving at 6am and returning at 9:15am. So I got my refund and rebooked. But then the nightmare started, I was ready to leave for my flight on Dec 2nd, packed and leaving the house and decided to check my email. They sent me a cancellatiion email and rebooking to December 4th due to unplanned maintenance delays from the previous flight. Then on December 3rd another cancellation email with airport equipment delays and rebooked for December 5th. Now I'm getting frustrated because I paid for long term parking and travel insurance for Dec 2nd to Dec 12. I went online and changed all these dates with everyone. Then on December 5th another cancellation and rebooking to Dec 7 for equipment delays shortage. This time I contacted them on line, which there is no real person you can talk to on the phone and told them to cancel my trip and I wanted a refund. The thing is I found out is that Flair airline will cancel flights if they do not break even, whcih happens all the time. They should not be allowed to do that to people. They undercut all the other airlines and don't fly. Something needs to be done about this kind of treatment to passengers. I have 0 star rating for this Airline.

      Flair is worst then walking from ******* to ***********. Let me tell you that flair airlines is a total scam. They start by accepting your flight booking payment, it however won't accept your extra baggage online payment. I spent over 2 hours online chatting with ******* and nothing resulted from this chat. The flair ambassador kept on ghosting me in the chat. Not to mention the extra, extra slow check-in process, as they only had 3 counters opened and customers keep on passing in front of you to discuss their flight problems with the flair counter people. All that the flair staff is trained for is to ask you for a credit card. To make matters worse, the plane was being cleaned for over 40 minutes then it was delayed by an hour and a half. In the end it waa the worst flight I ever took, even worst then any flight I boarded in a war zone. They won't ever offer military veterans free check-in baggage or carry-on.

      On November 10, 2022, I phoned the Flair customer service line, asking for help to book a flight due to IT issues on their website. After the rep took the information for all 4 of my family members (names, DOB, address, contact), we proceeded to payment. After she tried several times to process my payment, she gave up, explaining that ongoing Flair IT issues wouldn't allow the payment to go through. The rep generated a reference number and confirmation and said I could log into the website later and pay, using my reference number that she provided. When I returned to the Flair website later that day, my flight status was now 'cancelled.' However, that very same flight was still there, but now at DOUBLE the price of my original quote. They have refused to honor the original reference number even though I was faithfully following the direction of their agent to log in later to pay for the flights, as this would give them time to sort out their IT issues. So...for following their direction, I am left with the option of paying DOUBLE. They penalized me for their IT issues and listening to the instruction of their employee. To date, in spite of repeated calls, I have still not had anyone willing to help.

      I will never buy a ticket on Flair ever again.The problems started 24 hours before my departure. I tried checking in to my flight and the app told me I wasn't eligible to check in to any flights.After a little investigation I figured out it's because Flair changed their schedules at some point, and this route went from an early morning departure to an evening departure. I don't have a problem with them changing their schedules. I do have a problem that this is how I found out! I received NO notifications of the change. (b.t.w I know they had my email correct given they sent me emails at the time of booking - and yes, I checked the spam)To add to this confusion/issue -- I tried to confirm that the schedule had in fact changed and found the only option was to use their online chat. No problem - I use those tools frequently.The person on the other end was obviously very distracted as it would take upwards of 3-4 minutes for them to respond to anything I would put into the chat. Then, in one of their responses they had the nerve to ask "are you still there." In the end they only told me what I already knew. So, I would describe Flair customer service as condescending , a waste of my time, and useless.Now, let's go to the return flight. I was supposed to fly out in the evening of a Wednesday. At 11am that morning I received a text from Flair saying "Sorry about the reschedule. Here's your hotel coupon." That was my first and ONLY indication that something was happening.When I checked my flight and booking I figured out I had been rescheduled to fly home on Sunday (yes, four days later!) I received NO other notification. What's worse, is the hotel booking they sent me was for ONE night! What were they thinking I was going to do for the other three nights!??!Given the prior customer service experience, I wasn't going to waste my time trying to do something with this.So, I bought a one-way ticket on another airline to get home at a significant cost to me!

      If I could leave 0 stars I would, everytime we fly with them it is a struggle either missing boarding passes for kids, no refunds for cancelation of flights. Poor customer service, their app and website never work properly. Avoid this airline if at all possible.
