      Garbage airline. If I could leave less than 1 star review I would. Went to book a flight. Website was crashing. Had to get a call from someone and that took 2 hours. Booked my flight. 14 days out, they cancel my flight (although the e-mail said cancelled the text message said change in schedule). I then waited on hold for an agent to chat with me online for over 2 hours. They informed me my flight was cancelled due to operational restrictions but offered to book me on another flight free of charge. Only flights they had were two days before my scheduled flight or two days after. ******* worked as my dates were not that flexible. Didn't seem to care. They said they would process a refund. Hopefully that comes through. But now i'm left with how to figure out how to get to my destination as one way flights for the same day with different airlines is $940 + tax.

      I just thought just warn others. This airline is awful when things go bad especially such as a flight cancellation. Awful. Worst experience ever and had to go through ******** ********************* for help.

      Awful company to deal with. I was sent an email from Flair directly stating a flight would be delayed 3+ hours due to controllable circumstances. When requesting a refund I was first told to take a hike and that the delays were out of their control. Upon showing their support staff that it was Flair who had initially provided me with opposing details they changed their tune and said I would be given a refund after 3-6 weeks after providing a void cheque. Although the cheque was sent, and confirmed to be received by Flair I still did not receive anything 70 days later. When I asked for an update they requested I send them a void cheque...... Starting the dispute process today with the **** I was hoping to avoid that, but Flair's obvious attempts at lying and prolonging the process is too gross not to try. I told myself I would never use Flair again after a horrible experience with them in 2021, but thought a quick 1.5 hour flight this past summer with them wouldn't be so bad. Shame on me I guess...

      Worst customer service I've ever seen in the buisness, the sad part is there the only carrier that has flights to ********** or ********* late at night. They Canceled flights to *** instead flying you to ****************** without sending you a message, you find out when you get to tje airport. Who does that. FLAIR DOES. Then there rude at the boarding counter. I will do my best to not fly with FLAIR AIR LINES.

      They're great until your flight gets cancelled. Good luck receiving any compensation. Flair doesn't care what you are entitled to. They keep telling you your compensation is coming yet I have yet to see any. Over 100 days and counting.

      The worst airline and customer service that I've experienced. Would not accept our ID to get us home on our flight and denied access even though ID had been accepted on our outgoing flight. Stuck in another city without medications and dog stuck in kennel. High and Dry. Thanks Flair!

      I literally feel as if I have just been conned. I *** ked in the night before my flight and purchased 2 seats next to each other, and didn't think about it again until I was in the line to enter the security area and realized I had no boarding passes in my texts or emails. No worries, I thought, I will run over to the desk or kiosk and print up a pass there, because flying is not hard. Well! The desk had 1 employee and a long line, and when I got there (the flight was still an hour away) I was told no he can't print our passes, nothing he can do, too bad so sad your family has to miss their flight. And of course there is no kiosk because... technology hard? Or something? I then spent over an hour on hold for customer service, only to have my call answered by a francophone (I was on hold for English and the midhold messages were all in English) who told me she would transfer me to the English line, whereupon I heard the message "transfer failed. Good bye". Since this was a connecting flight and my family trip was about to be ruined, I bought same day flights at Air Canada at vast expense. But Air Canada was great

      Service and flight attendants were fantastic. Super friendly. 10/10 for them.Whatever went on at the actual airport though TWO flights left Montral with flair within half an hour of each other. One to *******. The other to Waterloo.How 15 of us did not receive our checked baggage is beyond me. Upon arrival in Waterloo, the baggage carrousel started moving. Seven bags came out. Belt stopped moving. Myself and the others waiting assumed there was a hold up, and that it would start up again. Waited about 10 minutes and a staff member from the airport came over and asked if we are missing our bags. Yes we are. She said if the belt stopped moving that meant all the bags have been unloaded. Since there were many of us waiting, she went out and checked with the ground crew who informed her that yes, they had unloaded all baggage. She came back and filled out a claim sheet. The one ladys bag sticker was wrong. It was sent to ***. *******. And Flair put the wrong name on the tag too!! She had an issue back in Montral where they printed another customers boarding pass and gave it to her as well.Two Flair flights left Montral. TWO. HOW do you s**** up bags going to a small airport like Waterloo. Where maybe ***** people checked bags?!?!Had my hairdressing scissors in my bag (as I was visiting a friend and doing her hair), so now I am missing my scissors which is required to DO MY JOB.Again, flight attendants were fantastic. The agents I personally dealt with at the airport, great. But everything else. Wow.Just wow.

      I have always flown Flair Airlines since arriving to ****** 2 years ago, and NEVER had an issue using my ********** drivers license as a form of ID. ******************** ALLOWED me to fly from ******* to ********* using my drivers license, no questions asked. Coming home, I was denied entry onto my flight in ********* because the Supervisor would not allow my form of ID. He told me that there is a "high chance its fake". I told him that 2 days ago, his flight crew allowed me to leave ******* with no problems, and now all of a sudden I can't go home? He told me it was my fault I was allowed entry onto the flight and I should just have a ******** ID card. I am not ********. I showed 4 other types of ******* work permit, and was still denied because those could "also be fake". He called his boss on loud speaker, and the boss asked for pictures of all my ID and was going to let me through, the Supervisor then said "I don't care what you say, its a no from me". We love to see people on a power trip, leaving a young girl stranded in a city she doesn't live in with no money, no option to get home and LAUGHING at her because of how upset she is she can't fly home. Flair should never of let me leave ******* in the first place, if my ID is not accepted. Flair needs to take responsibility for allowing me on the first flight in the first place, and refund my airfare for denying me on the second when it was THEIR CREW, the same crew may I add, that denied me to return home. Absolutely disgusting flair allows their staff to mock me for not being ********, and physically not being able to get ******** ID. I have never needed ******** ID to fly within ******. Horrible service.
