If I could give Flair -5 I would. They let me fly with a bag I had prepaid for to my destination, and when I returned they said the bag was too large and had me pay a new fee for a new bag. I didn't overpack it, and it weighed the same amount both ways. The staff member was condescending about the whole process and rolled her eyes at me like I was stupid. She basically asked me and my fiancee if we could read. The entire thing was humiliating and degrading. I didn't think cheaper flights would also mean degrading customer disservice. However I know better and will always pay more to fly with a different company for all of my future flights.

Worst airline I have ever been on. Husband had an oxygen concentrator on a flight from ***************************** to *************** ** that is legal to use as per Flair's website. Doc Confirmed he was okay to fly. Airline attendant insisted it was an illegal device and had us escorted off the plane by Flair Airlines staff. Flair said they would refund our flights and baggage charges but two months have gone by no money. The experience we had with this airline has given me PTSD in reference to ever getting on a plane again

Flair Airlines has sent our bags to the wrong airport. At the terminal where we pick up your luggage there were 6 other couples that we are aware of where one member of their party had bags and the other did not which is our case. This was a simple flight from ******* to ***************.We have air tags on our luggage we immediately advised that the airline sent out bags to *******.The agent told us there was nothing we could do and to fill out a form.We have contacted this airlines 5 times and spent in access of 7 half hour in phone que tryinfg to reach them. The only line you can call advises this is a baggage issue and they can provide no direct line to bagage or any update. They further advise you cannot escilate to supervisor. We had to board a 14 day cruise with no luggage. This is destroying our holiday. We been force to buy basic at tourist stops and spent over $500 US and told there max ************ is 200 Canadain. They make no effort to return calls or provide any information even though we can tell them exactly where our bags are and this is there error. We keep asking them to send our bags to our next stop so our entire holidays is not destoryed and they *********** not respond in any manner. This is a terrible experience.

Delayed my flight from ******* to ********* and then cancelled it. Booked me on a flight 24 hrs later; couldnt do this as I had to be at work. Tried to use the chat to change my flight and it didnt work. Called the customer service line to see if I could get a different flight-- waited >1 hr and couldnt get through. Ended up paying a huge amount for an Air ****** flight for that evening. By law, they are supposed to rebook you on any flight if delay is >9hrs-- hoping to hear back from them but not holding my breath. Would not consider this airline unless cancellations are not an issue for you (feel bad for the people stranded in ******).

      - If you call ***************** after stating trip id system says press 1 or say yes. Only works when saying yes. Pressing 1 gives you message were sorry, please say trip id. A small fix needed which will create a great impact. But, they dont care about customers.- I overpaid for checked in baggage and called. Youll be on hold for 45 min/1 hour without anyone taking your call. I tried a couple of times and never could speak with anyone.- Chatbot will gather your info and youve to wait for a live agent to text you - Everything is extra fee. For add on, youve to pay separately for up and down trip. Two transactions, extra fees - tried to avoid that and pay for both ways, payment got posted double in return trip only. When I reached the airport - I was asked to pay when I put my luggage on the conveyer belt. I was carrying the printout. Presented. But, they said they couldnt do anything. They gave me a small printout with customer service contact number and asked me to call. That was the beginning of my misery. Nobody picked up. Chatbot did connect to a human. He couldnt process refund. I was given an email address. It took hours for me to get in contact to where I should contact.- Theres no in flight entertainment even for 5 hour flights - Flight attendants dont even offer water for free. Theyll ask you to purchase a bottle. Food of course isnt included.- Carry on bags extra. Checked in luggage extra. And Flair proudly announce that on their website in big and bold. Did you know we charge extra for carry-on? Its an insult. They should add that small fee in the ticket price and try to compete with competition. Unfortunately they dont understand customer needs. Customer Satisfaction or even better - Customer Delight are a notch above their head.- Air hostess said you can put it in the overhead bin if it fits. Didnt even offer to help putting my bag on overhead bin.- No nets at the back of the seats to keep bottle or tissues

Terrible customer service! Lost my luggage for my whole trip was never reimbursed any expenses include the up front fee I paid for checked luggage. I never brought any luggage home but was still charged for it. Spend half my trip trying to find luggage and talk to someone with this company. If anything goes wrong you are on your own.

We booked a family vacation (5 tickets) to ******* ******* from *******, *******.FLAIR CANCELLED OUR ENTIRE FLIGHT WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.After proactively checking the details of our return flight against our car reservation schedule, I discovered Flair cancelled our flight completely. There was no notification provided that they cancelled our flight - they just did it. Had we not verified the details with the car reservation, we would not have been informed our flights were cancelled until way too late. I had to call customer service and request a refund - which they ultimately provided.Upon asking why they did not notify me they cancelled an entire flight, their response was "our system is not design to provide notifications." Interestingly enough, Flair can provide an email copy of the receipt when you book, but can't email you a notification they have cancelled the flight? This is an absolute disgrace.Since this cancellation, we have had to modify two hotel reservations, a car reservation, and a host of other items as we can longer fly on the dates we originally booked with Flair. Further, we had to book a return flight on a more expensive airline. I had severe doubts about booking with Flair to begin with, and they lived up to the bad publicity you hear about. If you are looking to have a reduced stress vacation - stay away from Flair. You will never know if you are going to make it to your destination or not with your original booking.

I purchased tickets for my parents. Once we were on the airport they ask us to do online conformation. Website was not allowing us to do so. Then lady on the desk did it and charged $114. Then she purposely seated them separately. Father 84 mothers 74 and seated separately? Are you serious and plane is half empty. For seat change she charged another 52. And they are going to charge the same amount on return. On asking for all those charges she called the security on me. My parents were there, my wife and five kids were there and security??? Why??? Are loosing mind! How much money you need people???? How much more you want?? Is there any regulatory authority is here in ******?? Is someone literally listening??

Flair agent told me to my face that my flight was cancelled, there would be no flights that evening, and that I should leave the airport. I booked a hotel, paid for an Uber. Then I get a notice saying my flight is taking off as scheduled, which was in 20 minutes. I got a second notice saying my flight was delayed an hour. The chat representative was nearly impossible to communicate with and confirmed that my flight was departing as scheduled, which at that point was immediately. This was not correct information. In the end, my flight was in fact delayed, not cancelled. I spent over $250 on my hotel and Ubers and had a mild panic attack with all the stress if thinking I missed my flight. The original agent said sorry. That was it. Not even a complimentary bag of nuts on the flight back. That degree of disorganization is ridiculous.

One star is generous. As this is a budget (cheap) airline expectations should be low. Even so, if there are any changes, differences, or accommodations that need to be addressed, customer service is extremely rude. I was traveling to the US from ****** and was informed by US customs that I should arrive 5 hours prior to departure to deal with **** issues. The flair agent would not check my bag earlier than 3 hours putting me in conflict with what was requested by customs. When I explained the situation to the flair agent they were rude, cut me off, and didnt even listen to what I was trying to say. This isnt my only experience with Flair customer service, but its par for the course with them. Avoid if you can afford to.
