      Sorry to say, but I had the worst experience with this airline. Its considered affordable, but be prepared for all hidden and silly charges to come through check-in counters and at the gate. They just charged me 77$ for my laptop backpack because it didn't fit in "personal item." size, basically designed for ladies purses. Ill have to pay another 77$ in return flight. So I have to pay $154 extra just to have my working laptop on-board. Ill avoid and never travel with Flair Airlines again.

      Flair airline is the worst airline I have flown. They say their flights are cheap but its not, even after paying $230 for the ticket and $59 for my carry online, get to the airport and they have sizer so small your luggage can barely fit and they told me I had to pay another $49 because NoW its a checked bag and the luggage bins in the plane is big enough for my carry on. Flair airline is a rip off, they are a scam airline and I am never ever ever flying this airline again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know never to fly this rotten airline.

      I flew flair from ******** to ****** with one checked bag, I prepaid my bag when I booked my ticket both way. Paid ***** each way. In ****** returning they decided to charge me ****** dollars for my bag. They were rude and had no time for me showing that I had already paid for my bag to return. My prepaid bag returning was ***** already paid, and in ****** it was ****** for a total of ****** for my bag to return to ********. This is robbery plain and simple. A bag going somewhere should be able to return without being charged again. I spoke to the call center and seems like the person in ****** claims its was a golf bag. I did not travel with golf sticks or a golf bag. It was a bag with my clothes. I feel like Ive been robbed. Never again I will fly Flair, was my first time and is my last time. They are thieves

      Booked an international trip to *****, showed up at the airport 3 hours prior as instructed. At check in they were trying to process about 600 people through one gate for 4 different flights. Very unorganized and not professional at all. Our flight was supposed to leave at 7, by the time we got through security with all these people we got to the gate at 645 with about 13 other people behind us. They proceeded to close the doors saying sorry the plane has departed. Why would they do that knowing we had checked in and were here waiting? No offer of a refund either. So I spent $1100 on a vacation that I didnt get to go on. Worst airline ever. NEVER AGAIN

      ********** is terrible and rude, awkward behavior with passengers with infant, seat allocation is senseless. They spread the family with kids and seniors on different asle far from each other , when other passengers were ready to accommodate and switch seats to bring us together, the crew staff didn't allow with unreasonable arguments. Airline may be low cost but when you check-in Staff is fully trained to **** extra money. Their personal item/carry on dimensions allowance at check in are way less the what they state on their site, so you will end up paying at counter. Flight was delayed as usual.

      Terrible service for sure. I booked with them for ****** per person then all the add on happen. Seats, bags, travel insurance, flight delay, and baggage insurance. 970 plus dollars for 2.they gave away my seats I paid for well in advance to a couple the day we flew home 14 hours after they said to me they changed planes but they never changed planes and sold my seats again. . I booked a car through them and got charged ******. I got to the car rental place and had to pay another 706 American to secure the car. I call flair customer service and they told me they dont rent cars but I have all the emails and bank statements to prove they did rent me a car. I was told there was nothing they could do. This was the worst trip I ever had thanks to flair. Best of to go with someone more reputable as this company is terrible and wont refund anything to anyone for any reason. Its their policy they told me. Read reviews and see how many people liked them versus bad reviews. Take the time to see what ** talking about you wont regret it.

      Booked a plane ticket, read the return policy before purchasing as I knew there was a good chance Id have to cancel the ticket. Ended up cancelling the ticket less than 6 hours later. Tried MULTIPLE times at contacting flair to get my money back, even providing proof of cancellation within the alotted amount of time. NEVER received a response, of any kind. There should be a 0 star rating.Also if I could give the BBB a rating, it would be 0 as well because they dont do their job.

      Flair cancelled my flight an entire day and then delayed our next days flight several hours along with a last minute gate change. We paid for our seat selection and did not receive the seats we paid for. We were offered complimentary snack vouchers as an apology only to be flown on a plane with zero snacks available, even for purchase. Of course the cancellation was for safety so they are doing nothing to repay us, and havent even attempted to refund our seat selection.

      I purchased tickets for my wife and 3 kids to go to *********. After this I then had to purchase seats which was another $200 and the pay for 1 check in bag there and back which cost almost another $200. In total I spent $1400 and then had a death in the family and had to rebook my vacation by 2 weeks and Flair would only do this if I paid $150 per person each way. This would have then cost me more than double what I already paid. I asked to at least get my return flight money returned and they said no also. I had to walk away from an amazing vacation I set for my kids lost $1400 to these crooks and the customer service is brutal. Dont use this company.

      Do not fly Flair unless you have no other options. If all goes well, great. If not, you're left on your own with no assistance at all. The call center and chat agents will tell you that you'll receive a reply within ***** hours but it's been over 2 weeks now and zero information or support from Flair. I worked in aviation for almost 20 years and I've done a lot of travel and this is the worst customer service I've ever received.
