      This has to be the worst airline in ******. To start, they make you put your personal and carry on item in there little measuring slots not only at checkin but at the gate as well. In our return, we were delayed by an hour and then when we got our suitcases, you could tell they do not handle with care as both our expensive suitcases were broken. 1 had a corner smashed in and the other had the handle broken so it couldnt open and close. We had a child and wanted to get home before midnight so rushed out the airport. Turns out Im suppose to let a flair member know about the damage before leaving the airport. Also, no flair members near the Baggage pickup so would have had to go back to departures. Both suitcases were always handled with care from other airlines. Save yourself money and dont book with them

      Flair insisted that I pay for checking baggage that I had paid for in advance on their app even though I kept showing her all of my receipts. Her system didnt show it, so I would have to pay it and get a refund later. NO WAY! After arguing with a supervisor and showing all of my receipts again I finally got through without paying another $90. Its $360 to check 2 bags both ways, $70 for carry on, $70 to sit together, all drinks cost money on the flight, using a credit card costs 1.4%, make sure to check in online or you will pay $25 pp. The app never works, and the on flight app for entertainment had no movies and there was no wi-if the whole way back to use the app anyways. The cockpit was being opened and closed while in flight, this airline is awful. Avoid forever. I will never fly Flair again ever.

      They just charged me 80$ for my backpack bc it wasn't the size of "personal item." My backpack is the only size that fits my 17-inch laptop.... Basically, I paid 80 bucks to bring my laptop on board....

      The app was very hard to use. We could not confirm our boarding passes until will clicked on and paid $128.00 for carry on bags we did not have. Airline would not correct the issue. I had to pay for a service I did not receive.

      They have this habit of canceling your flight whenever they want to. I once booked a flight and they cancelled it without sending me a notice, and I only found out when I tried to make changes or review my flight. Look, they are cheap, but they run the company in the same manner - cheap!

      I would give 0 stars to that airline. Our credit of $200 went to the garbage. Would pay more for good flight and costumer service....

      Horrible. 2h30 delay to go to ********. 1h30 delay to go back to Floida. No charge for personal bag one way, from ******* to *** brought same bag back on return flight and charged $170 ( 70 $ 2 + taxes ) as carry on. Will never every fly with them again.

      Refused me to board the plane 25 minutes before departure time and the website states I have 20min to board the plane. Attendees made racist comments about me being late laughed at me and told me theres no mangers to speak to and refused to give me there names.

      If I could choose zero, I would. I was mid way booking my flight but wanted to change the baggage info. When I tried to boo again (2 mins later mid day) the prices were higher. I checked the app and it did show the lower prices. Called customer service and they said they couldn't do anything. What a scam. Bad customer service. Oh and what's up with the credit card fee charge?

      After delaying and cancelling they gave us another flight to go on 27 and we suppose to be back on 28 so they ruined our trip and we lost the return flight , the hotel , the Uber return trips and the carry on fees so that is not fare and we will never go on flair or recommend flair to anyone
