      Metcredit keeps calling me. They claim I owe them money via my ***** account I had approximately 10 years ago. I paid this balance 9 years ago. They will never receive a cent from me. I have blocked their number and email address multiple times and they somehow continue to harass me.

      According to ***** the debt went into delinquency 2021-02-16 and the last payment applied to the ***** account was on 2020-11-30.

      It suggests this debt is not 10 years old and there will be no removal from the credit reporting agencies.

      The account number ends in ****. The about due orginally was 705.00 now the due amount is 785.00.

      I don't know where this report or charge is coming from. I would like proof that I owe any funds to this company and any and all details regarding this debt.

      This debt is on my credit report so what is required is proof of the debt and the removal of this debt from credit report and also a written letter stating the incorrect debt.

      Met Credit emailed me representing ***** and a debt I owed.
      I paid off the debt, however they never closed the dept on the credit site (**********)

      They are beyond horrible and refuse to act properly in regards to removing the bad reports.
      (after I have paid the debts they should not affect my report in a derogatory way)

      Their email clearly states they are representing *****, however once they have been paid they absolve themselves of any responsibility.

      your ***** ****** account was assigned to MetCredit for the purpose of
      collections, this was because the account was over due and remained unpaid.


      I do notice that on 04-27-2023 you settled the account and we
      reporting to the credit bureaus that this was settled.
      I am unsure what your concerns is? We updated the record in accordance
      with our Mandate from our client, your file was assigned to collections, we
      then reported it as such and when you settled the account we updated the credit
      file to report this factual circumstance.

      Met Credit keeps calling my phone number, begging me to pay a debt I cannot pay. They send me emails about taking me to court. They are more than welcome to do so; just stop harassing me every day about it. I've told them I cannot pay the debt many times, but they just keep calling anyway. Most times, they don't even say anything; they just listen on the other end and hang up. This is harassment, and I will also be filing a complaint with the Consumer Affairs Office.

      Harassment from MetCredit... continued calls from the multiple numbers.

      A call to the company leads to no where. They are rude and condescending.

      When I call, they state my number is not on their list and hang up yet I keep getting called.
