      CANCEL: ****** ***************** **********  Request to cancel unwanted services never asked on Apr 27, 10:44?AM. I am still being charged—several attempts to fax the requested form were unsuccessful, and customer care sent emails unopened. I want the charges to stop and Transglobal Insurance to refund charges since the cancellation request in April. Up to this point, they are unwilling to assist and unable to get a hold of.

      The client applied for a ******* account at **** in February
      2023.  The client contacted Trans Global
      insurance in April 2023 but did not send  back the authorization to stop premiums from billing until July 4th 2023.
      The amounts of $197.20
      and $11.74 have now been refunded.

      We purchased a ******* dishwasher from ***** ********** in Cloverdale in early 2022. It began to leak in September 2022. We have received nothing but delays from Transglobal. They needed at least 8 visits to diagnose where the leak came from, and have replaced just about every moving part. The bar that delivers the water to the lower section falls off every two or three washes and we can’t get clean dishes.
      I spoke to a woman at ******* Canada who told me that as I did not originally report poor washing results she would not help me. The same woman assured me there was nobody anywhere in Canada that she could refer my issue. I find it hard to believe that *******’s top person in Canada answers the warranty telephone line.
      ***** ********** have tried to help (********) but he has been unable to help us obtain a permanent resolution. All I want is a working dishwasher. We expect ******* to authorize ***** ********** to replace the item.

      Called **** * ***** Warranty (who is the extended warranty company through The Brick) to make a claim, I was advised I'd get a call back within 3 days, I did not but got an email from Trans Global Service saying I could book my service online, which I could not. I called Trans Global Service on May 31/23 at 09:00hrs, I was advised a service tech would call me within 2 business days to schedule my repair. As of June 2/23 I still have never received a call from a service tech for repair. Between May 31/23 and June 2/23, I emailed back **** * ***** Warranty and they advised me that a company called **** ********* (in Humbolt, SK) would do the repair. I found no record of this company and Humbolt is 155 kms from our acreage, while Regina, SK (a major city) is only 80 kms away, and would have more appliance service technicians. On June 2/23 at 08:45hrs I called Trans Global Service again, the person who assisted me answered no questions and did not assist me at all. Could not tell me if/when a service date was, but confirmed the company was **** ********* (which I can't find anywhere on the internet, let alone Saskatchewan). So I was told by the Trans Global Service call rep today that I'd get a call back from someone else "hopefully" today. So far Trans Global Service send me an email every day saying I can book to schedule a service but can't....

      After reviewing the details of this complaint, we can confirm that a repair technician completed an inspection of the range on ***** ********* on June 5th, 2023, and ordered parts to fix the burner and control panel. The parts have now arrived and the technician has contacted the customer and scheduled an appointment on June 16th, 2023 to complete the repair. 

      We would like to say we are sincerely sorry that the customer needed to escalate to the *** to continue communication regarding this claim.

      We purchased a sofa and a chair from ****** on December 26, 2021 for amount of $6642.21 to which we made a payment for $2642.21 and took ******* payment option for 18 months for remaining $4000.00 with no payment until 18months. As per this agreement our payment was due in June 2023.
      On May 25, 2023 I called ******* to ask them on how to pay the balance, cheque, DD etc., this is when the automated system gave me a balance amount of $5057.00 which was shocking to hear. When I spoke with the ******* representative, I was told that there is an insurance protection charge from a company by the name Trans Global Insurance. I told her I have never heard of this name, nor did I signed up for any insurance protection. She provided me their contact number for Trans Global.
      I called the Trans Global Insurance Number provided and spoke with a lady on the phone about these charges. I was asked to have the account cancelled first and that she will be starting an investigation on this issue, I requested for more information and paperwork, I was told someone at the store asked they to charge the card, when ask for the name could not give me the name but assured me that she will open an investigation. I completed and emailed the cancellation form as requested on the same date. I spoke with ******* at ****** locations and he said no one at the store has signed me up for this insurance and he doesn't know how this is on my card.

      May 30, 2023 - I got an email from ******* that my insurance was cancelled.

      June 1, 2023- since I had not heard from Trans Global, I decided to call them. Spoke with a lady on the phone said we sent you an email on May 30th that they can refund me $462.92. When asked why only $462.92 out of $1057? she did not had the answer said she will reescalation the matter to her Management team but can take up to 7 business days.
      My loan has been paid in full and I only have the balance from this insurance company that I have never heard of or did authorized.

      I am rejecting this response because: upon opening this case, I have been contacted by your office and was told that all the charges will be refunded. My ******* account was still showing a balance of $132.15 from the insurance charges.  I have followed up with the ******* and she has acknowledged that there has been an error in calculating the refund premium. As Trans Global had charged $1057.98 there is still $132.15 pending in refund, this is yet to reflect on my account. I have email confirmation, please see attached file. I will not accept the closer until the commitment is fulfilled as per the *******s email.

      In July 2020, purchased a ******* dishwasher through ********** with extended warranty.

      In August 2022, submitted a warranty claim to the extended warranty provider because the machine had not been cleaning the bottom rack for some time.

      have been dealing with them since August 2022 trying to get a resolution - after numerous appointments where they have no parts, or wrong parts, or no call no show on the appointment - still not repaired. 9 Months. still nothing useful.

      At this point we request the unit be replaced with same or better model, or purchase price refunded or store credited.

      My dishwasher started leaking water in January of 2023, because it was within a year of purchased I had to go through Trans Global Service for the repair. My husband is handy so it was easy to see the issue and that it was a part that kept falling off which I advise the agent on the phone of this. I called mid January, the technician didn’t come until March 3rd so over a month just to look at the dishwasher. He comes, diagnosis the same thing my husband did and tells me he will order the part and it should be in within a week and to schedule him to come back. Part arrives within a week (March 10th) so I call and they can’t get him to come back until APRIL 25th! I tell the agent on the line that that doesn’t work for me but they insist I keep the appointment just in case. I asked for the technician to leave the part for us to put in, (it just snaps in, no screws, nothing so SUPER simple) he tells me that he’ll reach out to the technician and ask him to drop it in my mailbox. Ok, so it’s now APRIL 11th and I’ve heard nothing so I call again, the agent says I’m scheduled for April 25th which I again say doesn’t work for me and inquired on why the part hasn’t been provided yet. Now I’m waiting again for a response. Terrible service, I can’t believe this is what I paid extra money for.

      Hello,
      The client purchased a dishwasher from the Kelowna Brick
      location on August 25th 2022. This was delivered to the client’s
      residence on August 29th 2022.
      The client submitted a warranty claim through Trans Global
      Service on January 21st 2023 for the dishwasher leaking, and the
      spinner arm at the bottom comes off after every wash. This was automatically
      assigned LT event claim ID ********. A technician was booked to inspect the unit
      and was dispatched to inspect the unit on March 1st 2023. Due to technician
      availability, the repair was not able to be scheduled until April 25th 2023, and the client was put on the cancellation list.  The client did ask the part be delivered to
      their home, however, if the client were to install the part on their own, it
      would void their warranty as the repair wasn’t carried out by a certified
      technician.  After reviewing this claim,
      we can confirm that the repair was completed on April 12th 2023.
      We apologize if we were not able to meet the client’s
      expectations for service and hope they understand.

      Purchased a washer December 26th 2022 from **** ***** Bradford. Feb 13th the lid locked and couldn't be opened, we called **** ***** who told us it was under warranty and to call transglobal services and they would deal with it. Took 4 weeks for a technician to come check what was wrong, was told it would be 5 to 7 days for part to arrive than a few days to get it fixed. We are currently on week 7 of this whole ordeal after spending 1000 dollars on this washer, having to pay weekly for laundry to be done as we have a toddler / construction worker in the home. I've probably called transglobal 50x and get nowhere, they are ignorant and not helpful at all.

      My range hood fan motor need to be replaced. There are giving excuse that vendor sent wrong motor 2 times they already received motor from vendor third time but still no answer when they coming to replace it.

      Purchased ********** front loading Washer & Dryer pair, and the stack kit from *** (******** ********* ******) on Mar 1, 2021, delivered and installed Mar 4, 2021. Also purchased 4-year extended warranty on both units.
      Washer started leaking from below in Dec 2022. Filed a claim for repair on Jan 4, 2023. Trans Global Service sent technician to diagnose problem on Jan 12, 2023. Parts were ordered and installed week of Jan 23, 2023. On Jan 26, the machine was leaking from the bottom worse than before the repair, and this was reported to Trans Global. They said someone would call me back within 24 hours. No call. On Jan 30, 2023, I initiated another call with Trans Global. My file had been closed and I'd have to start a new claim. The new claim was for a repair technician to diagnose the problem on Feb 7, 2023. On Feb 6, 2023, that appointment was canceled and I was told to book another appointment. Yet another repair technician was scheduled for Feb 7, 2023. The new repair technician diagnosed the problem and said would order parts and call when they were in. Trans Global emailed to set up a service call with this technician. No further communication until I contacted Trans Global on Feb 24 to discover the parts were in, and an appointment was scheduled for Mar 6, 2023. The repair technician with the ordered parts did not show up and had no explanation. After 6pm, I phoned Trans Global who said a Supervisor would call me within 24 hours. When I called on Mar 8, 2023, an email was generated to assign a new repair technician. No appointment had been set. On Mar 9, 2023, when I called it was reported that the previous technician with the parts must drop them off at the location of the washing machine before another technician could be assigned. Today, Mar 13, 2023, I was advised that the parts would be shipped from the old technician to a new repair technician and then I can book an appointment. Meanwhile, the machine has been leaking from bottom this whole time.

      After several email sent this fraudulent company still charge us a monthly fee for insurance on a loan that we NEVER authorized or accepted. We contacted the company by email since january 2023 with the proper cancelling form and they STILL charge us as of today !!! ....this is FRAUD!!

However, our system indicates that the customer reactivated the insurance on Jan 21th, 2023. We have attached a breakdown of the charges. 

      As a good will gesture, we are offering to reverse the charges for January and February. We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused and hope the customer understands.
