      1. Wait time on Feb 16/24 was promised to be 1 hour. Turned out to be 2.5 hours. Spoke to three agents, all casually gave no indication when a tow truck would ever arrive. Thats not workable and it isnt at all professional. The fourth agent finally apologized for the wait and a truck came 30 minutes later. 2. This is the second day I am waiting for the second tow contractor (Feb 21/24) to send me a receipt for the overage. When you pay for something by credit card, an immediate receipt, even by email, is in order. 3. FYI: this is on a BCAA family membership going back over 25 years. 4. By way of your apology, I suggest one free upgrade for this year only from our 5km basic package to your 120km suburb package, which is about a $40 difference. 5. ********** the tow truck contractors were great both times as was the call centre agent on Feb 21/24. He politely said it would be a two hour wait and it was exactly that.

      We have had home insurance with BCAA for many years. We were looking to add a admendum to our home insurance policy - rental insurance because we are now renting our the house and living elsewhere in the province. The agent advised us that BCAA would cover our home to be a rental only until the end of the policy (May ****) then we would have to find another broker. This is not fair in our opinion. We have not had any claims, nor have we been refused claims.Why are we being penalized just because we are now renting out our home and not personally living in it.

      Called at 8pm for a tire change. Told to wait up to 2 hours . Then told to wait till 2 am. Waited for 2 hours In My vehicle and then another 2 hours . Just tell the truth in the first place. . The customer can make find alternatives

      I did not purchase a membership, only a policy, which I informed customer support that I wanted to cancel and was told that my policy had been cancelled in November. Currently it's January and I've discovered over $200 of charges from them, so my policy was not actually cancelled. I am on EI now and CANNOT afford their *********!

      The BCAA tow service was a truly great experience in a stressful situation. My alternator was shot but I had just enough power to get home to drop off my ********** Then he towed my car to the shop so I could wait til it was fixed. BCAA saved me a lot of $ and stress. I didnt get the tow operators name but he was everything we needed for our situation. BCAA is worth every *****. As a BCAA long-lifer I recommend them to everyone. Thank you BCAA!

      I recently became a member if BCAA. I had a flat tire and the young man (*******) who attended was so kind, helpful, and professional. I would highly recommend this company. I did not realize how many perks come with the membership, really glad I joined.

      Both my husband and I had purchased travel medical insurance at the BCAA Kerrisdale branch from ***** on several occasions. We enjoyed dealing with ***** as she was very knowledgeable. Last week after we had purchased our insurance from ***** we asked her to book an appointment the following week with my daughter to also purchase travel medical insurance. We went to the 9:30 a.m. appointment today that ***** scheduled for us with her only to be advised that ***** did not start work until 10 a.m. At this point our options were to wait for an additional 30 minutes for ***** or to see another agent. Why would ***** schedule an appointment with herself for 9:30 a.m. if she did not work until later? If there had been a schedule change why did someone not call to advise us as then we would have arrived at 10 a.m. rather than 9:30 a.m. We ended up using another agent for the insurance and asked that ***** call us as we had a question. We have not yet been contacted by *****.

      Only giving one star because I had to give at least one star. Otherwise it would be none! They made my husband wait 11 hours stranded with a blown out tire. Each time he called they would bullshit him and say help would be there within and hour or two. 11 hours is absolute insanity!!! He was not expecting the tire to blow out so he had no food/water the entire time. His trip was only supposed to take about 4 hours to his destination and then back home. I know it’s helpful to have their service, but it doesn’t make it ok for them to allow for somebody to wait that long. Get your guys’ **** together.

      I needed a home insurance for my new place.I spoke with two agents from BCAA. The first agent was so hard to communicate with, she was so negative and I was about to give up and move forward with another insurance company but the second agent, Ravinder S**** was amazing. She patiently listened to my needs and she did her best to make sure I get my insurance on the same day and accurately. I am so thankful and that is a great example of how employes can make the difference in customer satisfaction.
