September 8, 2023 - purchased and paid in full for commercial freeze drying machine. Despite months of delay after delay, I requested a full refund in December , I have had no response then. I ordered a *********************** ******** ***** Kit on Sept 10, 2023. The cost total charged to my credit card was ******. The order number is ******. I was informed by email on Oct 13, 2023 that what I had ordered was on back order from the supplier and wouldnt be available until November. I was asked how Id like to proceed. My decision was to continue to wait for the order to be filled. In December I received another email apologizing for the delay and that the product was still on back order with an estimated availability of mid December. On January 11th I wrote back asking for an update but did not receive a reply. I did the same January 15 and no reply. On Jan 24 , 2024 tried another email through the website directly and I received an automated reply We are currently handling all customer inquiries and questions via email and are not answering our phones. This is because we are short-staffed in our customer support team, and we have found that email works best to answer your questions efficiently. As you might guess, our response times are slower than usual. We will get back to you as quickly as possible. We are responding by email anywhere from 3 -7 business days. I waited more than 7 days and no response so I emailed back on Feb 2, 2024 and asked for a refund due to the poor customer service and the long wait (5 months) for a product that I paid for and the company unable to meet their original commitment. I did not receive a reply. I emailed back today Feb 7, 2024 and told them I will follow up and report the company to Better Business Bureau.Initial Complaint

We ordered a freeze drier in September 2023. As of February 2024, this item has not been delivered. We have received emails delaying shipment first to November, then December, and finally to January. I placed an online order with Good 2 Go Co on January 22, 2024, order number ******. My credit card was billed on the same day and after 3 weeks my order has not been processed or shipped. I have tried emailing the company at ******************************* with no response on several occasions. I have tried calling them at ************ and again no response, just a voicemail saying they are not responding to phone calls. On November 19, 2023 I made a purchase with this company. As of today, the order has still not shipped out. I have sent multiple emails trying to get information on my order - No one gets back to you. I've been trying to get a refund since its been almost 3 months and they still have not shipped the order. They are running a ***** ******** business and should not be allowed to operate. Dec 10th 2023 ordered eureka camp kitchen $ ******. Waited Christmas came item did not arrived. Emailed 3 times each time saying they would get back to me . They did not . January 10th found a phone number no answer . Now February 4 nothing here or even heard from them . I just want my money back !!! Its on my **** and they did not send me a receipt .
