      I ordered some food from this company on Oct 19/23, I waited for about 2 months & then started emailing them for some kind of reason for the delay with no response. All I'm looking for is a refund of my money that they have stolen.

      I ordered 2 items from Good2GoCo on Jan 6th 2024 and used Affirm to finance the amount (just over $500). Only 1 of the 2 items arrived. I have tried to email this company half a dozen times with no response and calling them is futile as even their message admits they dont answer their phones. I called ******* police who suggested posting here first and if in 2 more weeks I have still heard nothing to call them back.

      Ordered a product on their online store January 31st, it still has not shipped. They are not answering their emails or their phone. At the moment it appears to be fraud as from the reviews a number of other people have had the same issue.

      I placed an order for freeze dried fruit on November 8, 2023. It was noted on the strawberries product page that shipping was delayed and expected delivery was sometime in November. By mid December I had heard nothing and not received any part of my order. I checked the product page and the new shipping estimate was December so I decided to be patient. With no update or product, I emailed the company on January 3 to ask about the status of my order and request a refund or substitution of the strawberries so that the order could ship. I recieved an automated email back indicating that they were only dealing with customers via email and to expect a response in approximately 3 business days. I recieved no further response and sent a follow up email on January 23. There was no response, automated or otherwise, to that email. The product order page still says an estimated ship date of December. I sent a third email via the contact us page on their website on February 10 and again recieved the same automated message. I have no heard anything further.I have paid the company but have not received any product or real communication from them. I am looking for a full refund

      Placed order on 12/08/23 for items on sale Phoned several times no answer emailed on Dec 16/23 to find out when my order would be shipped no reply have emailed 9 times since with no reply

      On January 18, 2024 I ordered a *** can and water from Good2Goco in the amount of $65.84. Order number *****. I haven't received the order nor has it been shipped. I've emailed the company four or five times asking for an explanation or a refund and have received neither, I haven't received an email or phone call, absolutely nothing, they took my money and I received absolutely nothing. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this place but I had in the past and never experienced any problems.

      I placed order on 25 Sept 2023 and no indication at time of order that any items were out of stock. Over the last 4 months I have had emails and correspondence that promised delivery of the product I ordered and paid for but never have received order. Now after last correspondence in Dec 2023 and being told once again that the items would be shipped in January 2024 the company will not respond to inquiries regarding my order. Last emails in Dec 2023 to and from company below. No further response to my inquiries I did sent email requesting refund as was promised if order not shipped in January. 29 Dec 23 ***************** Fair enough ***** - I will keep your order in my inbox to review. Happy to refund if the order is not processed in January.       I ordered an ******** water filter online for $419.99 in December 14th to be shipped to my daughter in *****. When the item had not arrived there by early January, I tried contacting the company via email but got a robot reply saying they would respond in 5-7 days. They would not answer their phone. Since then I have sent three more emails asking why the item has not been delivered, but have had no reply whatsoever. It is now February 12th. Either the company is seriously negligent or **********. Others have filed similar complaints. This type of ******* behavior should not be allowed to continue. I'd like my money back for non-delivery.

      This company consistently makes ***** promises and takes orders that they cannot fulfill. I ordered a freeze dryer from them in April 2023 and received it in September of 2023 after many months of being promised it was being delivered next week. The timeline for delivery on their website states 4-6 weeks which is ********* *****. Its very difficult to contact anyone in the company or get a timely/honest response. After waiting 5 months and thinking I might have been ******* out of nearly $7000, I asked for a refund. The owner of the company practically begged me to not get a refund and offered me a store credit of $400 to be used upon delivery of my freeze dryer and a promise that Id get the freeze dryer within 2 weeks. I had doubts but agreed to wait. I did get the freeze dryer finally and promptly ordered items using my $400 credit in early October of 2023. Some of the items in that order have been delivered but as of today (February 11, 2024), I am still waiting for ******* ***** silicone molds to use in my freeze dryer. I was told that theyd arrive mid-November, then December, then told to try not emailing them so often after following up once a month. There is always an excuse - supply issues, shipping problems, staffing shortages.
