I made a purchase from this company on October 10, 2023. They only sent part of my order on November 24th. On December 20, 2023 they agreed to refund me $177.39 for the missing items. Its February 2nd and I have not received a refund, I emailed again last week to follow up and theyre not answering my emails.Initial Complaint

My son placed an order on December 23rd for his father. The money was withdrawn from our sons account. The order number is ******. He contacted the company January 9th enquiring about the purchase. I placed an order to Good2GoCo. My order number is ****** and it was placed November 21, 2023 and paid for that same day. I waited for my order as it was a Christmas gift for my wife and nothing came. I sent an email December 19, 2023 and was told the that the ******* ***** **** *** **** 2.0 and ******* utensils were backordered. Waited until January and still nothing. Sent another email on Jan 10 and still have not had any response to my inquiry about the ******* I ordered. Ive called numerous times and dont get an answer. A message on a machine says they are too busy and will contact within 3 business days. I have heard nothing. I would like my money back this is ridiculous and now that Ive seen others have had the same problem, I would like my money back... a week or 10 days late wasnt a deal breaker but its been 5 weeks now from first email and waiting 10 weeks for an item which has not been shipped but has been paid for.Initial Complaint

On December 8, 2023, I placed an order for a camping stove for just under $400. On December 14, 2023, I see from the *** my item has not been prepared from shipping. I tried calling and you can't speak with a person and you can't leave a message. The answering tells you to send an email as they don't have anyone to answer the phone. It also inform you to not send multiple emails regarding the same order as it makes it harder for them. On January 10, **** still no package, tried calling but answering services inform I can't get through or leave a message as the voice box is full. Send another email, It is now January 30, **** and I haven't heard from the company and my package hasn't been delivered.There is no way to speak with anyone at this company, you must communicate via emails but they don't respond. Although, they have a phone number it is an answering services and you aren't being connected to a person and can't leave messages. Doesn't appear to be a legitimate company. They have no customer services and you can't get a hold of them. The Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with.Now I don't have my stove and not sure when I will see my money back. I have emailed them 4 times and I only get an automated response. The phone number doesn't work. I have now looked into the company and it seems it's an ongoing thing. Purchased ******* ***** Medium size **** ****** Dryer, plus trays and mats for the item, on August 15th, 2023. Order#****** for $7270.39.On site says 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. I was given October, November, December beginning and end of that month, and end of January for possible delivery dates. Requested refund on January 5th, **** for the $7270.39. Told January 9th that the refund be processed the next week and it still has not. Informed my leasing company of situation, they emailed and still have yet to hear back. Same issue as all the other complaints. Ordered a chicken ******* and 100 *** Zipper bags June 8, 2023. Paid with credit card. Never received the product. I purchased$337.07 on October 11/23 from Good2GoCo based in *******, ** (************************************** V4V 1S7 **************)When I made the purchase it said it would ship within 3 weeks. I never received any of the order and so I emailed multiple times. Finally I got a response back on November 21/23 from "*******" kind of seemed like a generic reply, however, it said that the order would ship mid December. Again, nothing came in by the end of December, so I have now emailed them on Jan 4/24 and Jan 23/04 with no reply. Its as if they are now ghosting me but have charged my ***** This is terrible business and terrible CS. On October 6, 2023, I placed an order with this company for $113.94, for the purchase of 6 *** cans of white rice. It is now the end of January, and I have not received my product. The order number is ******. On October 20 I received an email that the items had been delayed and that the company was waiting for more supplies. They said it would likely be 1-2 weeks. I responded on Nov. 27 requesting an update. On Nov. 29 I sent a second email. I received an auto response saying I would hear back within 1-3 days, but did not hear back. I sent them a third message requesting an update on the order on December 13, and received a standard response indicating they are short staffed, not answering the phone, and ******* me for contacting them more than once (as this would delay their response). I have had no further updates or communication since that time. I've had good experiences with this company in the past. Not sure what has happened to their business. I would like a full refund, but cannot contact the company. Will not do business with them in the future, or recommend them to others.Business Response

January 2, 2024 - ordered a pair of hiking boots, order ******, paid extra $27 for 2 day delivery. January 5, 2024 - no delivery, requested a response by email. January 5, 2024 - reply stated I could expect a response in 3 business days. January 12, 2024 - heard nothing, I emailed to cancel my order and refund credit card. January 12, 2024 - response this time stated 3-7 business days. January 28, 2024 - radio silence... this is definitely a **** **********Business Response
