Very fusterated with this company. We ordered a freeze dryer November 20th. We seen that there was a 4-6 week wait which was fine. We waited 8 week than we emailed them seeing is there was any update. Waited 10 days and no response so we sent another email and no response. Contacted the where the machine originally has to be shipped from and finally got a response from Good2GoCo and told them we wanted to cancel the item and get a refund. They said they would sechule it for the next week because it was such a expensive purchase that was the 9th of January. Emailed them again January 26th with no response and another today January 27 with no response as of yet to see when the refund would be summited. Would appreciate your help with getting our refund so we can place a new order with a reliable seller of this product.Initial Complaint

August 15th, 2023 I ordered a ******* ****t 6-Large **** ****** Dryer with silicone mats through their online store. Order #****** for a total of $5,574.84. Payment was made in full at the time of the order. On the website they did inform customers there would be a 4 to 6 week deliver timeframe. At first they were communicating with us, informing us there would be a delay in delivering the Freeze Dryer even more. It worked for us at the time because we were going to be away for a couple of weeks. Early December they called and email stating there was going to be another delay, and to apologize they gave us (which we have not received) a $200.00 gift card. Middle of January I have emailed them again looking for a delivery date. They told me it would be the end of the month. I responded with a request to have a refund for the total price. I have not heard from them since. At this time I emailed ******* ****t to ask them if there were having troubles feeling in orders. ******* ****t responded right away saying they did not. I informed them that Good2GoCo was still advertising the freeze dryer on the website. As of January 26th, **** I still do have my order which I paid for, and they have not responded to my last couple of emails, asking them to help resolve this problem directly. On January 15/24 I placed an online order with this company. A few days passed with no email stating the order is shipped. It is not a big order its only a pair of pants. I started enquiring my email through the site about the order such as shipping date as I had not experienced such a delay bf with online, in country purchases. I received no response after reaching out three times. Today I deceived to call only to be put over to voicemail. I researched the company and found many similar complaints about this company and now fear I wont get my order or be able to speak with someone to request refund. I am a ****** ******* ** ******* and require the pants for work. However doubtful I will see them and would simply be requesting refund unless they are able to fill the order.Business Response

# ****** was ordered on January 1st 2024, I have been asking for shipment info or tracking # the only thing I am getting is an email setting that they will get back within 3 business days. still no response we are now January 23rd 2024. I have ask for a refund same email always comes back. and they do nor answer there phone, they just say send an email. any help will be appreciated refund or actually getting the items, would be fine. they did not hesitate to take the money that there quick to do.

I ordered a freeze dryer, oil, and replacement cartridges totaling $4518.08 on August 06, 2023, order number *****.The order told me to expect a 4-6 week wait for shipping.I inquired on Sept. 27, ********************************************************************************************* November.Nov. ****************************************** the coming week. No call came.Nov. 17 I was told by email to expect it the week of Dec. 5th. Dec. 07 I was told by email to expect it the Dec. *****. This was the last correspondence I have received.I inquired by email on Jan. 02, **** for an update.On Jan. 08 I asked for a refund, and again on Jan. 09.On Jan. 11 I tried phoning and was told by automated messaging that they no longer take phone calls but to email their ******************************* address. I submitted an online purchase order to "Good 2 Go Co" on Dec 2, 2023 for work boots, which was paid and confirmed by ********** (see attached). The seller indicated that shipping might take 3-7 work days, and that I would receive tracking information when the product was shipped. Since that time, I have not received any communication from the vendor, with the exception of computer-generated email responses to my requests for information about the status of my order. (see enclosed). I am seeking fulfillment of my order or full refund of my payment.

I ordered a medium harvest right freeze dryer on November 16, 2023 on order number ******. I have tried to contact them by phone but all I get is an automatic voice mail telling me to email. I email on Dec 20/23, Jan 2/24 and Jan 16/24 asking each time wherey order is and that I will cancell if I do not get a response. I have heard nothing from any emails I have sent even thou the automatic response email says that I would hear something in about 3 days.I have never had any issues before, ordered lots of items from this company but I am very dissappointed in there service and I want a full refund on my order as it said it would be here in 6 werks and it has been 9 weeks and counting and no response from the company.Initial Complaint

I paid in full for my order of equipment on December 5th. I have yet to receive the equipment purchased. When I phone them there is an automated message advising customers to email them. I have emailed multiple times asking for an update and later a refund with no response from the company beyond another automated message that says they will reply within 3 days. I ordered a chicken scalder on 2023/05/04 It appeared the item was a stock item but I was notified when the product was to supposedly be delivered I was in formed it was in shipping from there supplier and was delayed. I was ok with this and informed that I would wait for it to arrive. I then received this email. Hi Valued Customer, I am emailing to provide you with an update on the ***** * ******* Chicken Scalder that you ordered from Good2GoCo. We have been experiencing delays with ***** * ******* and want to thank you for your patience as you have waited for your chicken Scalder. With these delays – we had hoped to have the chicken scalders ready to ship by early July however we have just been informed that they are backordered with the vendor until mid July. We have them on reserve for Good2GoCo when they arrive however we won’t get that shipment in our warehouse until the third week of July – we will ship them out as quickly as possible. It is now January 21 2024 I have asked on several occasions for a refund but now they refuse to respond to any emails and they do not answer phone calls. On November 24, 2023 I purchased two items from Good2GoCo for a Christmas gift. The total was withdrawn from my account. On December 18, 2023 I emailed the company for an update on the order status, perplexed because the order status still showed “Order Placed” and there had been no shipping update. I received an autoresponder message that indicated I’d receive a response within 3 business days and that their phones had been placed on hold. I did not receive a response. I emailed again on January 15, 2024 asking for an order update or a refund, and today is January 21 and I still have not received any contact or order update from this company. Nothing on the website indicated either item I ordered was back-ordered or unavailable or would take longer to arrive. It’s been almost two months since I placed the order and I’ve been growing quite concerned that this is not a ********** business.
