Ordered an axe on Dec 19 2023. Paid for xpress 2 days shipping. It is now April 2024 and I have not received it. I have tried emailing, calling, and messaging on social media with no reply. I purchased a chicken scalder from them last year on july 9th that was expecting delivery in July . Then they changed the date to August. Then in November they changed it yet again. On January 12, 2024, I placed an order with Good2GoCo in *******. We have been purchasing from them for about 2-1/2 years. They have been slow on orders but they have always eventually arrived. After placing the January 12th order I was not getting a satisfactory response when I tried to contact them about where my order was. Their phone went directly to answering machine saying they didn't have enough people to answer the phone so please use email. Feb. 13th I got a response telling me to use email (I already was). No other response has been sent to even though I have sent them four emails since.I was in Penticton visiting family so my sister and I drove to ******* to show up at their door, wanting either my products or my money back. We found their place of business, their name was still on the door but they had vacated the premises according to the landlord who happened to come by when we were there.I want my money back as they don't seem to be doing business anymore.I have the email chain available but can't figure out how to connect it to the uploads part below...Initial Complaint

I placed an order, number ****** through Good2GoCo's website on Nov 22, 2023. Total of order was $431.48. I have never received this order nor can I get a response from the company via email, phone call or through their own customer service page on their website.I have tried every 2 weeks for the last 5 months. At this point I just want my money refunded.
