      I placed an order with a company Good2Goco. The order was placed on Nov 26, 2023, in the amount of $120.68 order number ******. I have not received my order and trying to contact the company has had no results. I get a standard email that says they will contact me in 3-5 business days.

      On Dec 26, 2023 I placed an order for $449.94 of emergency supplies. I received an order confirmation, stating I would receive a shipping notification once my item was shipped. I still have not received my order or any indication of when/if it may be shipping. I tried phoning the company, but it just went to a message saying they were not taking any calls and to send an email. I sent an email on January 12 and January 26, requesting an update on my order. The only response I received was the auto-response that they would reply within 3-7 business days, which they did not. On February 24 I sent another email, this time requesting a refund. I still haven't received a response from this company, and it has been over 3 months.

      3 order in early November 2023. Total $434.03. This amount has been charged to my credit card.Have reached out to follow up end of Dec 2023 and received automated response that they were so busy and not able to return calls and would response as soon as they were able. I hear nothing and reached out end of February 2024 and told them to cancel the 3 orders and have not hear back as of yet, nor have the orders been credited back to my card.They do not answer their phones. this is the automated message they send via email. I still want the product but this non communication is ridiculous. Id like contact by the business and if not, a refund.Hello *******,Thank you for reaching out to us at Good2GoCo.       Purchased one of their emergency food buckets in October 2023 and have still not receive. 1st time I inquired they said they were on back order but would be delivered in December. I have not heard from them since and I have emailed them several times. No one picks up their phones are you are directed to email them. I am out hundreds of dollars .

      I ordered a fermentation crock set on November 19, 2023. When it did not arrive in the expected timeframe, I emailed the company and received an autoreply on December 11 saying there were delays due to staffing. That same day, i also received an email from ******* saying the item was expected in early January but she would provide a refund if requested. Unfortunately, I chose to be patient. Over 4 months later and several more emails, ultimately including a request for a refund made on March 18, 2024, I have not received a response (aside from autoreplies). As mentioned by others, phone calls to the company are answered by voice-mail directing the customer to email. I would like this company to do the right thing and provide me with a full refund.

      On November 25, 2023 ordered a *** ** *** **** Meat Grinder, order # ******, from this company. I was immediately charged to my ****. The order was confirmed but there was a delay in supply and shipping. Emailed November 29th, inquiry whether this item could be delivered by the time it was needed for. Received a generic email stating they would respond in 3 days. No response back. As there was no response to my email about their supply and ability to fill my order I emailed November 30th requesting they cancel the order. No response back.
      I acknowledge I did not wait the 3 business days for them to respond to my first email before requesting they cancel the order. If I had been made aware that the order had already been processed/shipped I would have abided by their return/refund policy.
      Have since emailed 5 more times with either no reply or a generic email now saying they will respond in 3-7 days. Have tried calling several times, unable to leave a message.
      I did not receive this item from this company.
      I have not received a refund either.

      On Aug 14/23 I purchased a ******* ***** freeze drier with accessories for $6172.09 order number *****. I received several emails from the company with “new” expected shipping dates, the most recent was for the end of January/24. You are unable to call the company and can only send emails. On Feb 4/24 and again on Feb 21/24 I sent emails requesting a full refund as I had not yet received the products I paid for, nor did I have a new shipping date. After sending the email request I no longer received promotional and sales emails for their store so I know they received my request and they have removed me from their mass email list. I have received no response to my emails requesting a refund. I tried to get a reversal of the charges through my CC company but I was 7 days too late to report the problem.

      I received an email "Order ****** confirmed" on Nov 23,2023 that started with "Hi *****,
      Due to unprecedented order volumes - please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed."

      On Dec 20th I emailed, asking where my products were since 4 weeks had passed. They emailed a reply, including "Just to keep you in the loop, we are currently handling all customer inquiries and questions via email and have temporarily put phone calls on hold. This is because we are short-staffed in our customer support team" Was signed Jacquie

      I've not heard from them since...they obviously aren't keeping me in the loop!!

      I had heard good reports on them previously, that they had good customer service. So this was my first (and thankfully last) order I made with Good2Go. Obviously things have changed there, and if there's financial issues I find it deplorable that they take men/women's money knowing full well they cannot deliver in a timely manner, or never at all!

      Canada is failing fast, because people such as the owners of Good2Go have ** ********* any more. From complaints I have read/heard, this issue had been going on for months before I made my purchase in Nov...why was Good2Go still taking orders and processing funds when they weren't shipping items out? This is totally ********* *** unacceptable.

      I'd love to get my $240 back.
