      I placed an order (order #******) through the company's website on Jan 26,2024 and received an order confirmation. After waiting about a week I sent an email on Feb 2,2024 inquiring about shipping information. I did not receive a response until Feb 21. The response stated that they are short staffed and would respond in 3-7 business days. On Feb ************************************************************************** stock so I emailed them asking for a refund. It is now March 22 and I have not heard from them.

      On nov 11th 2023 I made an order for $ ****** and I never recieved it..I have sent e mails and have tried calling but they say that they are not doing anything by phone and they just keep sending me the same e mail back stating that I would recieve a response within 3 to 5 days and that is all I hear from them..

      I purchased a water purification system online fromGood2GoCo in 10-02-2023, order # ******. I was not told that the item was on back order, have sent numerous emails and attempted to call regarding a refund for item at this point, as we are now in march 2024. At first they would return calls and emails but always assuring item was on its way. now they no longer are answering their phone and make mention of that on their website, stating that they cannot keep up with the number of calls coming in, and although they state that emails will be responded to within 3-7 business days, I have sent numerous emails that have been ignored. I am seeking only a refund at this point and no further action as the product itself was quite expensive and not something I can walk away from and take a loss. any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated

      I purchased a ******* ***** freeze dryer and accessories in August of 2023. I knew at the beginning the order would take about 2 months to arrive. After that deadline passed I received an email that it was delayed a month. And then another. And another. I now cannot call the company and they have not been provided any updates since beginning of January and they have not answered the past 5 emails I have sent. I contacted the manufacturer ******* ***** directly, and they informed me they have not been able to contact them either.

      I purchased a grinder and a foot pedal accessory from this company on December 3, 2023 for $1433.58. My credit card was charged immediately for the purchase with the website indicating an early December shipping date. In time for Christmas even. I can look on their website and it shows my purchase as paid, but unfulfilled. I have been emailing this company since the end of December and they have refused to answer outside of their automated reply. They will not answer their phones either. I have repeatedly asked for a refund. I discussed the matter with my credit card company today and unfortunately they have a 90 day policy for disputes that is now past expiry. My daughter had ordered a large kitchen pressure canner from this company 2 years ago with no issues so I assumed they were a legitimate company. I would really like to get a refund of my money and see something done about this company and their ***** from consumers.

      I made a Credit Card purchase on line on November 5, 2023. Payment was taken immediately and the goods were not delivered. (attachment provided) Several email exchanges confirmed the intent of the supplier to deliver the goods and then nothing. I subsequently requested a refund and was advised the purchase price would be refunded. Subsequent attempts at contact have yielded no results and no refund. (attachment of ***** communications provided) The site continues to be active and there are repeated online reports by others with similar results. This business must be stopped and the website taken down.

      On August 31/24, I ordered water filters from Good2GoCo and my credit card was charged that day. I followed up at the end of September and was told that they were having supply issues and that they'd get back to me with a date for shipping. I have followed up again and was told that the orders were going out in late Oct or early Nov 2023. At the next follow up, I was told the product would be sent out in late Nov or early Dec 2023. I follow up yet again Jan and Feb 2024 but haven't received an actual update on the order status. What I get is a form email saying they're too busy for phone calls and short-staffed and they'll get back to me in 3 to 7 business days. Well, my latest follow up was at the end of Feb and still nothing. In that communication submitted through their website, I requested a refund as they've had my money for six months and I still don't have the products I ordered. I feel like I've done all I can to get the products or a refund through normal channels and this is my last hope at possibly getting my money back.

      On or about Nov 3/23, l paid them $166.83 for ***** bags.
      Four months later and product hasn't arrived.
      We have sent several emails asking what the problem is and always just getting an email reply saying short staffed.
      Finally started requesting our money back, they won't take phone calls and no money refunded.
      Four months have passed, we have shopped there many times but will no longer be a valued customer.
      Please help, we're are seniors and can't afford the lose.

      I placed an order with Good2GoCo (Kelowna, BC) for six (6) items of freeze dried food to be provided by the company. The order was placed on January 2, 2024. The value of the order is $190.26, paid at the time of ordering. The order number was Order ******.

      None of this order has been fulfilled, despite three (3) email enquiries to date from myself on the status of the order. None of these enquiries has received response or any form of acknowledgement.

      It has not been able to deal with Good2GoCo to resolve the issue. Not only has the company ignored all three email follow up from me, but attempts at telephone contact to Good2GoCo have produced voicemails that instruct me to send them an email instead.

      Almost appears that Good2GoCo is ********** * **** * ******
