I made a order throw Goodtogoco online on December 23,2023. I paid 136.49 with my Debit/**** card. I didn’t receive my order. I’ve emailed and called the company numerous times but no response. I have placed an order with this company back in December 14th,2023 it is now March 5th,2024 I have sent multiple email asking for update and explanation etc etc to no avail no response back I tried calling as well and all I receive is we are experiencing high call volume. The email are suppose to be respond within 2-3 business days and yet no response all I want is my order if I can get that I be happy.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with them on Nov18/2023. Three survival meal buckets for the sum of $779.89. I have received two of the three items. I looked on my account with them and it said that the one item was on backorder and being processed even though it was listed as in stock when I placed my order. I called them a month later in Dec 2023 and they told me they were having supply issues because the vender had changed something and that it was coming out of the US. I called them in the new year and you just get a message. You can not leave a message. I sent them a few emails with a generic response. It's going on four months now and I still can't get a hold of them. No opportunity to leave a voice mail and no longer responding to emails.Initial Complaint

On March 15, 2023 I made an order with the company, 2 gas masks totaling $632.69. They emailed me every couple months saying they were back ordered but would be arriving soon. They never arrived. They always responded to those emails. Now after almost a year Im done waiting. I have emailed them many times about getting a refund and I get no response. Their phone number is useless. On November 7, 2023, I ordered goods from the company in the amount of $115.94. My credit card was debited in that amount on that date. I have not received the goods for which I was billed. I followed up with the company by email on Nov. 25, 2023 and again on Feb, 16 and 20, 2024. On each occasion I received an email response that my email would be responded to within 5 to 7 days. I have not to date had any response from the company. I have requested a refund to my credit card on February 16, 2024, but the company has not complied.Initial Complaint

On July 31, 2023 my order for ********* Replacement Filters was placed with Good2GoCo Canada, the order was confirmed (order number *****) and my credit card was billed for $218.49. As of today, March 1, 2024, I still have not received my order. Emails from me on August 19 and again on August 24. On September 10, Good2GoCo responded stating supply chain issues have created a back order with an expected delivery late September. This was followed by another email on October 11 from Good2GoCo stating another delay pushing delivery to late October or early November. I replied with a thank you for the update on October 12. My next inquiry was on November 8 asking if there was any further updates. On November 21 Good2GoCo sent an email stating they did not expect to still be waiting for their restocking shipment which was further delayed to the end of December. On January 9, 2024 I sent an email asking for a full refund by the end of business on January 10 or a confirmed date for delivery of my order. On February 9, I sent another email trying to get answers regarding my order and why my request for a refund failed. I also let them know I was in contact with the company located in the United States regarding the product and the difficulties I was experiencing. They have not responded to the last two emails and I am still waiting for resolution to to the issue. I would like to receive either the product ordered or a refund. Unfortunately they seem to be the only authorized dealer in Canada.Initial Complaint

On Jan 16, 2024 I ordered 3 items of freeze dried food one item of which was flagged as out of stock with an estimated fulfillment time of mid to late February. My card was charged immediately which I thought as strange. Mid February approached and I began researching reviews of the company and had seen dozens complaints of poor customer service and online *****. I emailed customer service for an order update and received an automated email claiming a response time of 3-7 business days. After receiving no response I emailed again to cancel the order and again have received no response other than the automated reply. I have since contacted my Credit card company to dispute the charge. My order number is # ****** and payment total was 1,530.89$. If this company is not under investigation for online ***** they really should be. At this time the company product inventory looks like it is liquidating quickly and I fear the company is in the process of liquidating their assets and shutting down the business meanwhile ******** their customers money on the way out.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 bottles of ******* ***** pump oil on January 5th/24. Was charged. I emailed Jan 21, Jan30th, Feb 28. Reply to ANY email is the SAME each time: "This is because we are short-staffed in our customer support team, and we have found that email works best to answer your questions efficiently. As you might guess, our response times are slower than usual. We will get back to you as quickly as possible. We are responding by email anywhere from 3 -7 business days. We really apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause. Please avoid sending duplicate messages about the same topic since it will slow down our response time. Rest assured - we will answer messages in the order they are received and are working diligently to respond as quickly as possible while exploring ways to enhance our response times. Thanks in advance for your patience." They Never answer phone. Called numerous times. In each email I said repeatedly to them: You did not answer my question: WHAT I WOULD STILL LIKE TO HAVE FROM YOU IS AN ETA ON DELIVERY OF THE OIL I ORDERED FROM YOU. PLEASE DON'T TELL ME THIS IS A DUPLICATE MESSAGE - SIMPLY ALLOW ME THE COURTESY OF A RESPONSE IN TERMS OF WHEN MY ORDER WILL SHIP. JUST A REMINDER - THE ORDER WAS MADE ON JANUARY 5TH. THAT WAS OVER 3 WEEKS AGO. On Feb 28/24 ( yesterday) I sent 2 messages through their contact page on line - still no response. Ordered an axe and grind stone in late december 2023. Its now late february 2024, and ive sent the company at least 4 email inquiries (as their phone line isnt operational) over the past two months. On 2023-10-10 I placed and order (#******) for a ******* ***** ****** ****** **** Freeze Dryer and an Oil Free pump. The website seemed to indicate the items were in stock. So I expected to receive them within a few weeks. Later on 2023-12-08 I got an e-mail from Martin M****** the CEO of Good2GoCo my order was delayed and he assured me it would ship the week of January 15 2024. January 15th came and went and I began trying to contact Good2GoCo. First I tried to e-mail Martin M****** by directly responding to his email multiple times. No response. Next I tried calling the company many times but there was never an answer . Finally I emailed the company's info address and got an auto generated response saying the company was so busy that I would not receive a response for another 3-7 days. However I did not get an answer. I now want a full refund of my money
