      Our order was confirmed (******) for a *** ******* ***** Freeze Dryer Nov 29th, 2023. A shipping delay until the week of Jan 8 by Jaquie & CEO Martin M****** was emailed. On Jan 11 I asked if there was any update as we had heard nothing. That same day Ashley told me a request was put in to update me. Jan 15 I emailed. Ashley apologized and spoke of staff shortages. She would remind her co-workers to update me. Jan 16 I expressed my worry. We had purchased packaging & a printer for our ** business & started work on a commercial kitchen for me to produce goods to sell. Also my time to cancel this purchase on my cc was soon to be up (Jan 30) I would then be liable for the purchase regardless of receiving it or not. I needed to know that this was legit. Jan 17 Ashley assured me that (Good2GoCo) had an outstanding relationship with ** & she encouraged high confidence & that they use private trucks for delivery to keep the machines flawless. She expressed excitement to hear about our business plan & asked me to keep in touch. I trusted her & chose to be patient. THIS WAS THE LAST CONTACT WE HAD. Calling, emailing & ** msg with 0 response now for almost 6 weeks. We contacted **, they confirmed a good relationship with Good2GoCo. but told us currently there were no orders from Good2GoCo. ** reached out to them & encouraged us to try to communicate, which I did. Shortly after ** recommended that I cancel with my credit company, however it was over the 60 days we had to do so. At this point we have lost supplies & interest to the total of approx $5500 with nothing to show for it. My husband is dealing with a life t**eatening illness. This was going to be my source of income from home while I cared for him & my family. Trusting this company & the staff that communicated with us has cost us more than they can ever imagine. All we want is our Freeze Dryer or our $ back so we can order one elsewhere. The ****** are involved, next is a lawyer, we are hoping to avoid that.

      On December 11, 2023, I placed an order for freeze dried goods through Good2Go's website (Order #******). My credit card was charged for the amount of the order and I received a confirmation email, itemizing the items on the order and confirming payment. I have placed 2-3 orders in the past, following the same process, receiving a confirming email of the order place and in each case, I received the order within 2-3 weeks of placing it. Sometimes there was a delay in receiving the full order (it came in batches), but I always received the order in full. This time, nothing. I have followed up by email on three occasions and each time, I received a pro forma email response, advising that Good2Go are experiencing staffing issues, asking for my patience, saying a response will come in 3-7 days, and asking that I not sent further emails about the same order and not to call. ****** *** **** ******* ********** **** ********** I have given up that I will ever get the order and I have asked for a refund today. The only response received is a similar pro forma email reply that I received in the past. I want a refund. I believe that I have been more than patient and was willing to give Good2Go a chance, understanding many companies are suffering staffing issues, but the unreliability of their service, lack of responsive reply is completely unacceptable, particularly when they are continuing to accept orders and payment from customers, who will likely find themselves in the same predicament.

      My order #is ****** confirmed on December 16,2023 in the amount of $88.07 for a washboard including $19.99 for shipping, paid with my ****.To date I have not received my order. I have made repeated attempts to phone the company and they say to send an e-mail and then they hang up. I have sent repeated e-mails and only get a form letter back saying they are busy and will contact me within 3 to 7 days. No one to date has tried to contact me at all and I cant get any reason for not receiving my package. Have they gone out of business? Please help me find the status of my order or what is going on.

      I bought it january 16 2024. I paid 241.00$. The order is not shipped yet. I tried contacting them 3 times, no anwser. The compagny did not try to help me. The order number is #******. I do not have a tracking number.

      I purchased a Pressure Canner and a Cheese Press. The Pressure Canner was sent immediately. I expected the cheese press was on back order, so I was patient. After several months, I wanted to connect with the company. Ive been unable to connect. The company does not take phone calls. The company does not take messages. The emails that they send me all request that we be patient and wait 2-5 days. It has been months of this now.       I ordered a freeze dryer and a few smaller items Sept 27, 2023. The order was $4851.76. The ordered was placed September and was contacted that it would be delayed until October. Then in October I was contacted again saying it would be November. This continued all the way until Jan 2024. Once January came there was no Items delivered. I tried contacting the company through phone and email to find out what was going on and have not got any response.

      We ordered a ******* ***** pump from Good to Go Co in December 2023, and never received our pump. We have tried to contact them through phone, email, and even *********. They responded on ********* simply saying to email and they will respond through email. They never did. It put our production so far behind during the Christmas crunch season and truly hurt our business and reputation. We have yet to get a response (their phone inbox is full apparently), a refund, or our pump.

      On January 5th 2024 I placed an order of $149.89 for 3 cans of freeze dried fruit. I have yet to receive the items. On January 31st, 2024, I emailed Good2Goco's customer service to enquire about my order. I was told I would receive a response within a week. On February 19th, 2024, I emailed customer service again as I still had not received a response. Today, February 23rd, 2024, I have still yet to hear from either enquiries.

      Have placed orders thru this company before without issue however my latest order placed Jan 16t/24 seems to be going nowhere. Email Jan 29/24 and received the standard boiler plate with no reply or follow up . Called again Feb 02/24 - nothing but ********* - Asked **** to do a follow up - ** ****** **** ***** ** ***** ** **** ***** - Placed a complaint with ******* about the ********* **** website.

      Purchased online a chicken warming pad and incubator on November 4. The company charged my **** on day of ordering. No way of contacting company but by email. Received multiple emails stating the items are still on back order. It is now feb 20 and no correspondence and when you send email it takes weeks to respond.
