      I ordered a freeze dryer in August 2023. Was never told they were on back order until I emailed to find out when I should expect my delivery. On Jan 2 **** I was told they would refund my $8000.00. As of Jan 29 **** I haven't received my refund and all emails and calls go unanswered.

      I ordered a washboard on December 16,2023 and to date Ive not gotten it. I started inquiring and called and was directed to send an email January 17,2024. Ive just gotten a form letter back saying they will get in touch with me within 3 to 7 days. Heard nothing. I sent another e mail got same form letter. Ive already paid my credit card bill. Is this company still in business? The least they could do is update and answer email.and let me know if order is out of stock or delayed or they dont intend to send my order!!!!

      This is actually a zero star rating. An order was placed on December 10th and the credit card was charged on the 11th. It's now January 23rd and I have not received any notification of shipment. Several emails have been sent and I've received the template response saying that my inquiry will be responded to within three business day. What a joke. I've also tried calling so many times and have waited on hold for literal hours and never spoken with anyone. I'll be initiating a charge back on my credit card and hopefully recovering the $800 that this company has taken from me. Wish I had done my research and seen these reviews before I made the purchase.

      I ordered my items back in September 2023 and have been promised to have them by the middle of every month afterwards. They won't answer the phones, and take for ever to get an email reply. Only then do they ask for my patience and they will be receiving their order soon. They took my money almost instantly though. What ***** me the most is I could have bought my items directly from their supplier months ago. I wanted to be a good ******** and support a ******** company. To add further insult I probably get two emails a day on average with every promise under the sun to buy more of their seemingly nonexistent products. Buyer beware with these people.

      I have purchased a few smaller things like mylar bags, survival shovels etc with no problems. My first large order was placed on Dec 12 2023. I recieved a thank you for your order. I then 3 days later ordered another 41qt canner for $1100.00 and recieved the confirmation that it was on the way the next day, I did recieve the second canner. But after calls that go no where and emails that go unanswered I am here writing this. I have had to dispute the transaction through my credit card company. We will see how that goes. I will never purchase from them again. Horrible customer service.

      The rating is actually ZERO. I purchased an item in early December 2023 which they identified on their site as being in stock. They are supposedly in Kelowna B.C. and I am in Alberta, yet I have not heard anything or seen any product since the purchase I made. I have called their 1-833 number number several times and it's always the same message of a staff shortage and sorry and please email us ---- but I've never received an email back from several emails now, not one. ** ******* ******** **** * ***** *** *** ** *** *** ** **** ** *** *** **** **** *********** They should be ashamed of themselves, People need to avoid this company. I am placing an order with a competitor's company and do not know if I will ever hear back or receive a refund from them (the product has never been shipped to me / not yet arrived as of this writing).

      I agree with others here, stay away!. Put a $200+ dollar order in and well over a month now and nothing. 2 emails sent because they do not answer their phones, and all I get is is an automated email them saying they have a staff shortage (which seems to be going on for a year now) I have since asked for a refund. Also told them that their company would be a good one for ******************* on ******** ********

      I ordered a sausage stuffer November 23, **** as a Christmas gift. Got confirmation of the order immediately and my **** card was charged. I was told I would get an email when shipped which I have never received. I have emailed my concern several times and get an automated response saying they are backlogged and phones turned off. I called the telephone number and you are not able to leave a voicemail. There is no way to cancel my order and I have no product to show for it, just a charge to my ****

      Run as far and as fast as you can from this company. Waiting months on an order without resolution, ignored request for refund and then unhappy when a dispute claim was filed. Lots of excuses, blaming staff shortages or supplier issues when in reality from the complaints online it seems this is their normal means of operation. I've since placed an identical order with their competitor and it shipped within 24 hrs (there was no product shortage). They should be ashamed of themselves, People need to avoid this company.

      Zero stars - theyre happy to take your money and then they do not deliver on products ordered. Zero customer support. I was told that theyd provide a refund for cancelled products and have not seen any credit applied.
