On both September 27 & 29, 2023, I received parking tickets for parking a car in a private lot reserved for shoppers of ***** Grocery store in Fort ******* and allegedly leaving the premises. Since these claims were false as food was purchased from *****, I contacted *************** services to dispute the tickets. I shared my contact information with them to dispute this issue in good faith (dispute file #******-********.); however, I never heard back from them. Instead, they have taken my information and passed it on to Wiggins Adjustments Limited to attempt to extract the money. Their tackling of the matter is similar to the exorbitant cost of the ticket ($126. each) EXCESSIVE. The lack of attempt from ******* to even respond my dispute leads me to suspect the potential of ******* and ******* being in cahoots with one another in a very seeing shady scam that is apparently mutually beneficial financially. This needs to be investigated and put to rest. I am not interested in paying for something that is valid, correct, or fair.Business Response

Hello ****, what the enforcement officer observed was, yes, you shopped at the store but then you left the lot. If you leave you must take your car, even if it's just to go next door, if you don't then, in accordance with the posted signage, you will be issued a ticket. Your dispute was not accepted and that is why your account was forwarded to our office. There is no being in "cahoots" with any of our clients, quite simply, we work for them, on their behalf to collect unpaid fines, fees, and/or charges. Your information was obtained from **** based on your registered owner license plate. We cannot change the status of your accounts, we are only here to collect payments.

I am rejecting this response because: what the lot attendant claims to have observed is simply not true. In addition, my dispute was never even acknowledged - let alone given a chance to be heard. This whole process has been unfair and absent of due process. The tickets were falsely issued (as the driver did NOT leave the premises) and It is unjust to pressure people to pay for things out of a sense of fear. I want these tickets/fine absolved and all communications with Wiggins Adjustments Limited to cease effective immediately thereafter.

Hello ****, it makes no difference that you reject my explanation. We did not issue either of the 2 citations. We are merely tasked with the collection of the unpaid fines. Because you owe more than one unpaid ticket, you are now eligible for having your vehicle towed and impounded by *** if you are caught in any *** controlled parking lot, so be aware of where you are parking going forward. I closed your accounts as disputed after responding to your first complaint.

Collection is being attempted on a variety of parking tickets made to vehicles with no actual license plate. These vehicles do not require licensing to begin with, and the plate on the back refers to either the manufacturing company name ("*****"), or that they are an electric bicycle ("******"). Collector provided pictures showing either than ticket involved a non-insured electric bike, or that the brand name of the vehicle involved was an electric bike maker - ******.I did not receive these tickets, nor have I driven the vehicles pictured. None of the vehicles ticketed required licensing, and the comical nature of the obvious problem at ticket inception that it was not a real license plate is obvious.Remedy sought to remove negative, erroneous credit report from ********** and other credit agencies.Business Response

and yet it was your choice to go to municipal court and present your case, and you chose not to ,,,,,, ****, you were convicted of the offence for which you were cited. The city does not put an account in collections that has not first gone through adjudication. You want relief from the court judgment, you will need to go to the source, there is nothing I can do to change your conviction and subsequent fine.

I am rejecting this response because:The pictures provided as proof are not license plates; they are name plates attached by the owner of the bicycles. ******s do not require registration nor licensing, and these decorative plates are only for marketing purposes - not to identify the owner of the vehicle.
Kindly consult with your clients as these are not valid license plates in **. Reversal of each of these citations is required.

I am rejecting this response because:This collection agency is seeking to correct from the wrong person. Multiple instances of the same behavior with other bicycles is obvious with the growing number of citations collection is being made for.
To recap, I do not need to present my case to any city as I have not been charged with any parking infractions in any city. The municipal court did not convict me, as I did not own nor drive the bicycle involved.
Bicycles do not require license plates, yet there is belief that a company name on the back of a bicycle is a valid license plate. You have provided pictures of offending vehicles as proof, while these pictures prove the exact opposite - these citations were invalid from the time they were written. I have attached copies of pictures you have previously provided in this matter with the hope that the error will be obvious.

your name was provided by all my clients based on the plate. The ************************** writes "adjudication bylaw notices", that means you are given a set time frame to dispute the matter. If you choose not to fight the citation, you are found "guilty by expiry" thereby being convicted of the offence, exactly like a speeding ticket, so you WERE convicted then the city reversed the charge, cancelled the ticket, and we in turn removed the matter from your credit bureau. I hope this answers all your concerns.

I am rejecting this response because:Wiggins Adjustments has failed to address the causal issue, instead repeating no less than five times in their most recent response that I was the responsible for debts they are attempting to collect.
To wit:
you are given a set time frame to dispute the matter.
you choose not to fight the citation,
you are found "guilty by expiry"
you choose not to fight the citation
you WERE convicted
The previous rejection of their response on Feb 10th made just four assignments of my responsibility:
you who must present your case to the cities
municipal court of ********* has CONVICTED YOU
you were cited
you will need to petition the Municipal Court
And five times again on Feb 9th:
your choice to go to municipal court
present your case,
you were convicted of the offence
You want relief from the court judgment
you will need to go to the source
The original complaint has not been responded to. Their continued accusations of my involvement, my fault, my lack of defense and my debt are false.

Hi there,
Hope you are well, I am writing this mail about my credit score and collection account on my credit report, The wiggins adjustment claimed a debit of a parking ticket on my name I told them before i did not get any notice on my address beacause i moved from my previous address , when i came to know about it I fully paid the ticket or debit to the wiggins adjustment. They promissed me to remove collection account from my credit report and ***************** score but my credit score still low and collection account is still on my credit report.

I relocated from **************** in February 2018 and do not have any outstanding debts with ***************** Gas. I have contacted ***************** Gas on January 3rd 2023 and they have confirmed that they do not have any record of debt owing. This is currently being reviewed by their management as of January 5th 2023. Furthermore Wiggins Collections or ***************** Gas did not contact me between 2018 and 2023 about any debts owing. I am requesting that Wiggins Adjustment kindly remove the collections entry on my credit report. Thank you.

You can pay by **** or Mastercard by phone, or email (please include card number, expiry date, and CVV from the back of the card), referring to your 7 digit account number *******, or, if you deal with a major ******** bank or ************* you can pay thru online banking like you would pay a regular bill by selecting Wiggins Adjustments *** from the list of payees and using your 7 digit account number.
If you bank at a ************ or *********** you can send payment via E-Transfer, thru Online banking, by sending the transfer to *************************************** and using your 7 digit account number as the security question, and ********************** as the answer.
Or, you may make your certified cheque / money order PAYABLE to Wiggins Adj ***, and mail it to my address (seen below) with attention to your 7 digit account number.
