It is an absolute pleasure to share our experience with Costal Energy since they installed our 2 heat pumps about 2 years ago. Customer service has been first class but the beauty of this new heating or cooling system is that the units have worked absolutely flawlessly. Heat in the winter and cool in the summer!! I had Coastal Energy install a new hot water tank and furnace. Corey, who is one of the owners, came to give me a quote. It was a very tight space and, instead of just saying let the installers figure it out like my first quote, Corey called another installer and, after a lot of measuring etc., they figured out how they would do it. Corey sent me a quote and it was quite a bit better than the first one. The crew who did the install were polite and kept me informed on their progress. They left the work area very clean and answered all of my questions. They even registered my warranty for the water tank. The next day, I believe it was Corey, came by to check on the job and see if I was happy with the work. I also received a call from Paul to check that I was happy with the crew and overall job. I usually get three quotes but I was impressed with their customer service and went with two. I would definitely recommend them.Coastal Energy Ltd.

Coastal and Angelo knocked it outta the park. Didn’t even get another quote as I deal with the retail public daily in the tire business. Was great to be looked after the same way I have helped others for 40 years. They helped us get away from an oil furnace as insurance was becoming a big problem. It is a company we trust and they make things easy for their clients. The staff is efficient and courteous. The technicians are professional and prompt. We love our gas furnace and air conditioner (installed several years ago). Our electricity bill has gone down significantly, the furnace runs quietly and efficiently and every room in the house is cozy. The air conditioner was used quite a bit this summer. We will continue on with the yearly maintenance program.Coastal Energy Ltd.

The team was hard working and very efficient. They arrived promptly and did a great clean up at the end of the job. They were all very friendly, and professional. I feel the difference in regard to heating my home already.

From the get-go everybody I dealt with has been great. Angelo has been fantastic and always willing to help when I have extra issues or questions. Today on the service call, Scott, who has worked with Angelo for years, was knowledgeable and also answered a couple of questions I had. There is no question, I will always recommend Coastal Energy because of the people you have in the company.

Coastal Energy installed our new furnace.
Angelo, the rep, was knowledgeable and cordial. He promised that, “You will be completely happy with the product and installation. It will be a pro job,” I remember him saying.
He was right! Jake and Cameron installed the unit for us. They were polite, knowledgeable, and considerate of the surroundings and tight working space.
The furnace performed wonderfully for the next month. Then the temperature dropped, and it began cycling. This is where we were most glad we chose Coastal Energy. We phoned and Jake returned quickly and spent the time necessary to get the unit adjusted to prevent the cycling. We kept telling him how grateful we were for the time he was spending, and he kept reassuring us that, “This is all part of the service.”
Anyone reading this knows that kind of service is not commonplace today.
We’re grateful we chose Coastal Energy for their hassle-free service in a time when many businesses only care about making sales.
And how cool is it that Paul, the owner, followed up with a phone call to see if everything was still working well. Joe and CathyCoastal Energy Ltd.

I am very happy with my new Fujitsu heat pump from Coastal Energy. From Angelo who answered my many questions to the service techs Cameron and Jake and the Den Mar electrician Al. They arrived on time, and everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Competitive pricing. I'm happy I chose Coastal Energy and highly recommend them.Coastal Energy Ltd.

Chris and Santiago make the perfect team. I swear they are brothers from another mother (LOL). They know their job inside and out. Their work was impeccable and made sure we were happy with everything. But what intrigued me the most was how happy they are to work together - to hear one singing (I think Santi) and laughing throughout the day, all while working in horrible weather conditions. They never complained once. Their energy lit up every room they entered. It was so enjoyable to have them here. My husband Pius was outside with them quite a bit, watching and asking questions and they had all the answers. Don't ever separate them if at all possible. They would work well with anyone but the magic would not be the same. I know what I'm talking about. At 65 I've worked and traveled to many countries and have met many thousands of people.
