Outstanding service and professionalism! We have already enjoyed five years of seasonal comfort since Coastal Energy upgraded our aging, forced-air gas furnace and added central air. But maintenance is also important, so we just had our heating and cooling system, plus our tankless hot water system, inspected and serviced. A very thorough, professional, and friendly service call has ensured us of continued reliability and safety. We highly recommend Coastal Energy for all your HVAC needs.

Amazing service. Within two weeks our heat pump was replaced by a gas furnace and an air conditioner. Technicians arrived at 8:00 am as promised and the entire job was completed before 4:00 pm. All questions were answered, space was clean and the technicians could not have been more professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Coastal Energy to anyone!Coastal Energy Ltd.

We called and they were able to fit us in for an estimate that day! They also fit us in for our installation day sooner than they originally quoted.
The install guys showed up on time, they were all super nice and worked hard to get the job done efficiently.
Wonderful service! I highly recommend Coastal Energy to anyone needing a new furnace, water tank and or AC Unit!Coastal Energy Ltd.

This is a very good company.
They came to the house in a reasonable amount of time and are quick to answer any follow-up questions that I have.
The people who are sent to the house are friendly, professional, and helpful. They do the work and clean up after themselves. They explain what they have done before they leave.
I would highly recommend Coastal Energy to anyone.

We moved into our new home with a heat pump that wasn't working. We had never owned a heat pump before and calling Coastal Energy was the best move we made. We found out that they had installed this unit and still had all the particulars of installation and maintenance. Very quick to respond and diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. Even showed us how it worked for optimum performance. We are very grateful and would highly recommend Coastal Energy.Coastal Energy Ltd.

They upgraded my heat pump at no cost because of shipping during COVID and have serviced it every year. The staff that they have is second to none, they are experts in all the phases and explain it all in a simple language that the layman can understand.
