We had a problem with our tankless hot water heater on a Friday. Jay came and looked at the problem that day and discovered it was a plumbing issue not the heater. Coastal found a plumber for us at 4pm on a long weekend Friday. The plumber was great and fixed everything for us in a hour. We’ve used Coastal for our A/C as well and they are always amazing. Thank you!

I have been very impressed with this company. Right from the initial estimate from Angelo. He is helpful and listened to my concerns and came up with solutions. The installation crew was efficient, informative, and they appeared to enjoy their work, their fellow workers.
They were patient with my questions, and they were extremely clean. You wouldn’t even know they had been here retro fitting for my application.
I appreciated the follow-up call as to my customer satisfaction. I hope their work ethic continues as they do annual maintenance in the years ahead. I would highly recommend Angelo and his team at Coastal Energy.

This is an excellent company!
Right from the secretarial staff, the estimator, the installers, the electrician, to the owner himself, you can see how professional and experienced this company is, and they deliver a truly awesome product.
The mini-split heat pump works flawlessly as promised. It is a very energy efficient and reliable model that is easy to use and maintain. It uses up to date technology, which allows for smart appliance connectivity. It simply works great and gives you please of mind that it does what it is supposed to do when required. It also comes with a great warranty!
The cost for the unit and installation is very reasonable and competitive and came in right on estimate!
The great follow-up call from the owner shows that he not only cares for his business and employees, but the people buying his products, their satisfaction, and their future service needs.
This is the company you want to install your heat pump and the other reviews will confirm this!! I highly recommend this company and its products!! (A+) (5 STARS!!!!!)Coastal Energy Ltd.

Overall, very impressed with the professionalism of the whole team! From the knowledgeable and friendly salesperson (Angelo), through to the efficient team-work of the electricians and installers. Coastal Energy installed our new heat pump and furnace in a timely manner, provided us with a comprehensive overview on how to run and maintain the system, and left the worksite clean and tidy. I just had an AC installed on our furnace by Coastal Energy and great service was done by all the guys. Angelo was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend CECoastal Energy Ltd.

I was impressed with Coastal from start to finish. Angelo provided great information during the quote and gave me insight into the grant process. I was impressed how quickly I was scheduled in for installation. The service technicians were great guys, so professional, super friendly and installation went smoothly. They cleaned up as they went and you wouldn’t know they had been here when done. Was also super impressed with *** *** ******** who worked with Coastal to install my heat pump.Coastal Energy Ltd.

We had a new furnace and central air installed a year ago and just had our first maintenance call. Right from the start, we trusted the man who came to give us our estimate. He actually presented some great facts about our original thoughts, which turned out to be true (after some investigation on my part) and ended up costing us less. Obviously not out for a quick buck or up-sale.
The installation went smoothly, although our basement floor was a little worse for wear after, despite them putting down cardboard to save on mess. In all fairness, it was a wet day in February, so I have to cut them some slack.
Our one year maintenance was quick and the tech was courteous and prompt. The company always makes sure we know the name of the person coming to the house, and is prompt with all invoices and estimates. I would recommend them to anyone and, in fact, have. We went with them after the recommendation of a friend.Coastal Energy Ltd.
