I had annual service to our eat pump. Service provider was excellent, and explanations concerning maintenance were explained. Would highly recommend Coastal Energy.

Scott was very professional, but friendly. He asked me questions in the beginning and actually listened. He was able to adjust the thermostat, so the heat pump ran longer in its cycle to provide better heating, and thanks to Angelo for finding me the best heat pump.Coastal Energy Ltd.

I’m consistently impressed with the quality and excellence in service. Jay is polite, considerate and knowledgeable. Reception is always pleasant too. I love my heat pump system and am confident it is in great hands, with annual check-ups from the Coastal Energy Team :)Coastal Energy Ltd.

Everyone we have dealt with from phone calls to install and service have been fantastic. From Angelo's initial estimate and visit to Chris and Cameron's installation, and now to Scott doing our annual checkup, we have nothing but praise for Coastal Energy. Really happy with this company! They do my annual maintenance on my furnace, and recently installed a new hot water tank and an AC add-on for my furnace. Their technicians are friendly and professional. Their advice is appropriate and I've never felt like they are upselling/pressuring me. They have always stayed within their quoted price. The person giving me the estimate for the heat pump, Angelo, was knowledgeable, very professional and listened to my concerns. The installation crew were equally professional, obviously capable, courteous and friendly, cleaned up after themselves and very efficient - they were finished in about 4 hours. The quality of the work is excellent, there was little disruption to my life and overall, it was a good experience that went smoothly. In my opinion Coastal Energy values the relationship with their customers and will make every effort to fulfill their needs. I am happy with my purchase and the installation. I would definitely recommend Coastal Energy. I myself was referred to Coastal Energy by my neighbours who had heat pumps installed.Coastal Energy Ltd.
