Amazing company to work with from installing our new furnace to maintenance/checkups. Friendly, courteous staff, who are all very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service every time. Professional and knowledgeable and friendly and always on time. Jay provides wonderful maintenance and always offers tips on how to keep everything running in great condition. Always a pleasure to deal with Coastal Energy. I am very pleased that I chose them many years ago to purchase our gas furnace and central A/C systems and have stayed with them!Coastal Energy Ltd.

Wonderful experience getting a heat pump installed. During the consult, we were provided with multiple options at varying price points. Everything was explained upfront and there weren't any surprises. The guys who did the install were super friendly and helpful, walking us through the work they did and all the options available on the thermostat. Highly recommend.Coastal Energy Ltd.

Great service. Technician did a thorough job and explained everything well. Particularly liked that he explained available products/upgrades but did not get into the painful upsell routine. This was just an annual maintenance inspection but handled very professionally.Coastal Energy Ltd.
