      Company should be investigated for theft, a corrupt deceptive company with shady business practices.This needs to be investigated and company needs to be closed and charged with theft.

      NEGATIVE FIVE STARS!!They supposedly dropped off my package at the wrong house AGAIN (I have a ring camera for the front of our home, they were never here, the picture they sent me of the front door isnt even the same color ******** dont have the stained glass with red roses as my door). The picture of the mailbox they sent to confirm the address, was a ****** pic (yeah I looked up the pic) from over four years ago as I have ***laced my mailbox to a totally different style.I am beginning to believe, because this is not the first time theyve lost my package or delivered it to the wrong address They are keeping the packages themselves. The picture of the door they sent me doesnt even belong to a door in my neighborhood. When I ***orted the package missing, they told me to go out and look for it myself, and if I couldnt find it, then they file a ticket. I went out and looked, on my own time, through my whole freaking neighborhood for a mistake that this company made. I find it ***ulsive that a customer service *** would even suggest that it was my responsibility to check in my neighborhood myself before filing a ticket.Customer service was rude and unwilling to do anything. Not very Canadian of them!!! I went onto ************************** filed a complaint. Got an email that said due to it being peak holiday season it normally takes us 72 hours to respond, but due to the high demand, it could take longer. Same response I got for the other two packages that turned-up missing.I have also filed a complaint with the company that I purchased the merchandise through & my state ***resentative to look into their practices. I urge anyone that has had the same experience to file a claim with UniUni & the company you purchased from. Leave a ****** review, yelp review etc.

      Horrible delivery service. Can't guarantee I'll actually get my package and if I will, when it will actually show up. **************** is a joke that you can never get a hold of. Can't seem to deliver properly to the same address twice. If you have a package being delivered from uniuni, good luck, you may or may not see your package.

      As an update I never heard back from UniUni Leadership, and even though UniUni claimed my package was "going out for redelivery", they chose to "return it to the vendor" instead. Such incompetence is unbelievable. There needs to be an investigation into UniUni for fraud and false business practices.

      I'm rating it a 1 only because there is no zero.A week ago I received an email stating that my package could not be delivered because the house number was missing and was being returned to warehouse.Ironically, my full and correct street address was listed on the email received.I don't live in the *****. My house is a one minute drive to the downtown core of a city of ****** people.I called UniUni support and was told it would be re-delivered in a couple of days. No delivery attemp was made. I called them back and was told that it would be scheduled for delivery in a week. A week has gone by and still no delivery attempt.I hope this company goes bankrupt, so that it no longer messes up people's deliveries and tries to cover up by lying.

      Delivery driver does not attempt to call or enter the door code that is on the package to put the package inside. I live in an apartment building and by the delivery driver leaving it outside, it is so easy to get stolen since there's a lot of foot traffic outside of my apartment building. I have reached out to uni uni customer service several times but they seem like they don't care. I even have a big sign reminding the delivery driver to put the package inside. I have video evidence. The delivery driver does not even attempt to and to the code that is on the package or call the phone number that is on the package for me to come get it

      NEGATIVE STARS!I recently had a VERY disappointing experience with UniUni. The customer service was abysmalsubpar would be putting it mildly. The representatives I spoke with were not just unhelpful, but downright rude. I was shocked by their lack of professionalism and their reluctance to assist with my issue.Not only did my parcel arrive late, but trying to get any clear answers about its whereabouts was like pulling teeth. Their tracking system is nonexistence. They can not track packages, drivers, anything. The driver tried to deliver the package to a business at 9p! It was a school!!! The entire ordeal left me incredibly frustrated. For the hassle and poor treatment I received, I wouldn't recommend UniUni to anyone. They seriously need to overhaul their customer service approach, as well as their whole business concept.

      Poorly run company! ZERO customer service. The pacific number has the message system on a loop, so you never get to speak with anyone, the chat box provides lip service with no actual support provided and the 'Customer Support' form always FAILS to create a ticket. When you call the Atlantic number expect wait times of over 30 minutes and expect to have your call dropped at least once during your attempt. They attempted to deliver parcels to a business that is closed on weekends with no secondary attempt made. After 3 promises of delivery I finally spoke with someone who told me my parcels (yes, multiple parcels) were lost in their 'warehouse'. Absolutely a horrible company and has no business being in business!

      I would rate them a 0 if I could. After over a month, a dozen phone calls with promises to deliver it soon, and 0 delivery attempts, they sent my parcels back to the vendor. They were Christmas presents that I cannot reorder at the same price point I paid and a lot are out of stock. The closest they got were in a city two hours away from where I live. They said that the postal code was wrong, even though it wasnt. They said I was outside their service area, but my friend a block away had her parcels delivered. So many failed promises and I was told a manager would contact me within a few hours, several days ago and I have heard nothing. UniUni is listed as a **************** on here (they have two profiles rated a+ which is suspicious) but when I tried to submit a complaint I was told that it was a Massachusetts based company.

      Several people within the same town I am in, received their parcels as they were passed off with ***********. Which I was assured would happen with mine. I cannot be outside of the delivery address if other people here are not. I also tried giving an alternate address within 20km of the warehouse but had the same issues with it. Your company and representatives were committed to lying and not delivering my parcels. Not one attempt was made. My father in fact got a parcel today through your company diverted to ****** post, and he lives in an even smaller town fifteen km further than mine from the local warehouse.
