1 starI have attempted several times now to get into contact with them regarding my package and they have sent nothing but automated responses that don't even answer what I asked. They haven't updated the tracking information of my package either, despite the seller I bought from notifying me that UniUni was in possession of the package. 1 starThis UniUni delivery company doesnt care where they deliver your packages to: just as long as they can claim its delivered. They go out of their way to deliver to wrong addresses and I feel they should be financially liable. The worst delivery company that I have encountered in my life!Review fromJason L

1 starUniUni was the shipping delivery partner TikTok mailed my package through. They gave my package to some random man on the street, which I have photo proof of. As they took a picture of the man they gave my package to as proof of delivery. When I contacted customer support they told me I need to contact the vendor absolving themselves of responsibility. ******** customer service!Review fromAlijah A

1 starThis has been the worst experience I've ever had with any shipping company. I've been waiting MONTHS for my package. Yes plural, more than one. I don't understand how the delivery keeps failing, my house doesn't move. I even offer to meet the driver, or pick it up from the warehouse, but they tell me I can't. They really should be shut down. 1 starThey are f****** horrible. They need to be shut the f*** down their delivery drivers are a waste of f****** time. They had the nerve to take a picture of my package inside their car. Take a picture of my package on the porch and the driver took my package with him Saying he delivered it but little do he know my ring camera caught him taking it back and now I cant get a hold of anybody. 1 starThis is my 1st and last time using them! I hate being uncertain of a service I PAID FOR. The money for the services are paid immediately but, but I have gotten more hassle then ever. I order from ***** all the time, and for whatever reason. This particular time, they chose this service to deliver with. They have horrible communication, customer service does not exist. 1 starUniuni abandond my order in lobby .iv tryd making complaints with ******* uniuni and the BBB . I am sick of these ppl taking our canadian pride and sandards from us .doing nothing but making things worse .Im really disaponited with walard uniuni and the BBB. 1 starThis uni uni is a SCAM, as of today still haven't received my order, you call them then you're on hold for 20 to 30 minutes if not more. They will tell you anything but the truth! They hang up on you like it's nothing, I don't see why a company would use them as a delivery service. The only reason I gave them 1 star is hoping I still receive my order. 1 starUniUni said my package was delivered, however I never received it. After back and forth emails asking for a photo of where my package was delivered to in mid March 2025, I finally was advised how to retrieve a photo on there web site. Yes, my package was delivered to the correct address however left OUTSIDE of our condo building that is located on a very busy street and has a bus stop right in front of our building. Its very apparent if I did not receive my package someone else did. I cant believe for a second that a driver in his tight mind would think that its ok and or safe to leave a customers paid purchase outside a condo building!!! Wow wow wow! I would highly suggest and highly recommended that one does not order from any company that uses UniUni as their deliver company! I was very lucky to receive a full refund from the company I purchased my items from however many have not been as lucky.
