      Stayed home all day,made sure I could see the driveway. Not a person showed up, soon as I went to the bathroom and came back. Got a text saying that they missing me. Guess I'll just be chalking this one up as a loss and a learnable experience. This mail service *****. They should be shut down immediately.

      Very frustrating experience with the website and with customer service. The tracking has been showing 'parcel delay' for the past 10 days and I couldn't get Uniuni to contact me after using the online ticketing/ chatbot. So I finally had to call and the wait was 45 mins. She kept saying there was a parcel delay but couldn't provide further explanation (e.g. freight container? warehouse? etc.). She asked for my email to open a ticket for me and will have someone respond to me in ***** hours, which I responded I created one couple days ago but still gave her my email. She hung up before I finished providing my ******** last parcel in Jan was more or less in the same situation. Online ticketing was useless, so I had to get through human agent. Instead of the promised *****hours, they responded after 2 weeks and saying that they lost my package. Uniuni provided me a letter of lost parcel, which was a big joke. I couldn't get my money back because the vendor was not ***** or Temu or other big ************ this point I would avoid it at all cost, too bad vendors kept partnering with them. I would pay extra to ship with another shipping company or just not pay the item if I know Uniuni is shipping my package.

      Issue is that Uniuni declared that my parcel as lost and was unwilling to provide any compensation. You simply issued me a letter of lost parcel and brushed me off to the vendor, as I have explained multiple times on the email and here again, there is not vendor that I can relay to because I already own the items before having them shipped.Regardless of the resolution, Uniuni have lost 2 of my packages since 2025 (writing this in April 2025). Not by choice you shipped me about 6 packages in 2025 so that's a 33% lost rate.

      I made a purchase March21st, 2025 andwas promised delivery in no more than 7 days, an up-charge shipping fee applied and i was then connected with ******* as a third party delivery driver- from then on i have had late or no tracking communications. Friday, March 28th the package made it to the destination city but could not deliver- this is odd as delivery information is on the door and an agent is on premises at all times. Still, I submitted a support ticket reiterating access needs and what to do with the call box, called and spoke with a ******* employee, he let me know since i did the ticket it was no more to do... Sunday March 30th, they emailed and said they were out for delivery- i waited all day, no delivery was made, then today Monday March31st I get an email saying i was inaccessible, even though every directive was in my support ticket and none of them were followed. I still have yet to get my package. I have been on hold now for 25 minutes and am not hopeful that we will have success- had i known this was the chosen delivery partner and the issues the company has i would not have bothered ordering.

      4/4 times times now they have delivered my package to the same street address in the neighbor city (as per "proof of delivery" photos compared with ****** maps). THEY DONT BOTHER TO READ WHAT CITY TO DELIVER TO! Incredible! I can't shop on aliexpress any more because I can't get my packages delivered to **** don't know how they manage to get any contracts. I've never seen such consistent incompetence.Also, their "submit a ticket" on their website is just for show. It will not actually submit anything. There's got to be some legal way to take down these scammers.

      This delivery company cannot find my the entrance to my building. They say it is inaccessible. I have l8ve in my building for 10 years and never had a problem from ***, *****, or ******. And their coustmer service is very rude. I hope I get my package before next year. This is insane with GPS you should be able to find the front entrance to my building.

      Id honestly give 0 stars if I could. Yesterday a package was out for delivery all day. Then all the sudden it said delivery failed, returning to warehouse and youll received a full refund when the order is recovered. Excuse me? I have a ring doorbell and no one even attempted to deliver my package all day. Tiktok switched mailing services it seems and then I find out this company has a literal 1 star rating on here and it makes sense why. I submitted a ticket yesterday night and am filing a complaint here and with tik tok that will hopefully resolve the issue but if not they deserve the poor rating for poor service.

      I appreciate your follow up. I ordered on tik tok and that is where it said it was being returned but I actually ended up getting the package the next day so you can mark this as resolved. I had read a lot of negative reviews and jumped the g** on filing a complaint. I really do appreciate the follow up.

      I ordered a package from the Light in the ************ The driver left the package in a visible spot from the corner where I live. No attempt to hide the package behind one of the potted plants and/or the bench. The package was taken within one hour of its delivery. I went on a short walk. It was delivered a few minutes after I left and it was not there upon my return. Yet, the driver must have been very self-satisfied given the photo showing it lying visibly in site. Delivering something doesn't mean its been received. The driver lacked common sense in not trying to hide the package. Light in the Box has not taken responsibility for instructing drivers. This delivery service has been a hassle to work with. I should not have to contact multiple companies. I have decided to never order from Light in the Box again as they use Uniuni.

      In this case, the parcel was with the assigned driver for an extended period of time without tracking updates, which is not in line with our service expectations. Weve flagged this incident and have alerted the drivers manager so appropriate corrective action can be taken.
      Additionally, weve identified that the delivery address provided is a P.O. Box, which UniUni is unable to deliver to under our current delivery policies and procedures. As a result, the parcel is being returned to our warehouse.
      This particular order was placed through Temu, and currently, Temu does not support direct rebooking for second delivery attempts through our system. If you would like the parcel to be delivered again, we recommend reaching out to ****'s customer support to request a second delivery. Should they approve it, Temu will initiate the rebooking with UniUni on your behalf.
      We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the experience for all customers.

      This delivery service has dishonest people working for their company. I had a package that was to be delivered on 3/24/25. Received notification that it was delivered however when I got to the door it was not there. They took pictures and sent them from there car and then on my front stoop. I believe they took the picture and immediately took it back to their car. They wont refund my money and said once its delivered its out of their hands. I have packages delivered daily and never had this issue. I will never order from anyone that uses this company for delivery service. I dont even want to give a star at all.

      this company is running a scam! The **************** number is disconnected. They claim they need a signature to leave the package and refuse to deliver anything. Chinese companies use this "service" and they are all scamming us! Request a refund from your credit card immediately when you see an email saying they cant deliver your item.
