      The **************** is Non Existent. In all the years I've lived where i do i have never had issues with any deliveries. The delivery instructions to get inside the apartment are VERY VERY Simple that even a young child who knows how to read would have no problem figuring it out, Not to mention the instructions are posted right on the front door of the building as well. The first package it shows the delivery was "attempted" which I find hard to believe due to the simplicity of the instructions. They then attempted again to deliver and I was advised the delivery driver could not get in and my shipment was being returned however when i look at the cameras, no one ever even showed up!!! I than called customer service and was waiting on hold for an Hour, Once the person answered and i began to explain my problem they then hung up immediately. Fast forward 2 weeks i have the company i bought the original product from sending me a reshipment and what do you know, SAME PROBLEM!! I call customer service again, This time on hold for one and a half hours only to be hung up on again!! The customer service is one of the worst I've ever delt with in my entire life. The drivers either are too lazy to follow VERY basic instructions or just have no care in the world to actually do there job. Very frustrating situation over something that should be so simple!

      UUS.5.3.3.0.7.3.2.9.8.1.1.2.9.0.6.6.I am writing to formally report an issue with my recent package delivery. According to the tracking information, my package was marked as delivered to my address, which is the local post office. However, when I went to pick it up, I found nothing at the post office.After further inquiry, I discovered that the delivery was attempted after the post office had already closed. Instead of making a proper redelivery attempt or leaving the package in a secure location, the courier apparently left it in the grass near the post office. As a result, the package is now missing.This is completely unacceptable, as it has caused unnecessary inconvenience and potential loss of my order. I kindly request an immediate investigation into this matter and appropriate action to either locate my package or compensate me for the loss.Please let me know how you plan to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

      Absolutely one of the worst delivery companies as far as tracking updates and customer service replies. Delivery drivers are even worse. All the cheap online shopping companies use them, **** etc., and its to save money but its just not worth it when you lose the quality of a good shipping company. I had received multiple delivery failed, contact failed or inaccessible when no one tried contacting me at all and I left in the notes to leave in our lobby. After 1 failed attempt on Sunday, I finally got my package on FRIDAY.

      Did not receive my package. Escalation did nothing. Told that an attempt was made to deliver but the business was closed. This is my home, not a business and I was home.

      Where is the Zero 0 Stars option? I have items shipped to my office because of porch pirates. They (UniUni) attempted a delivery on a Saturday and so it was undeliverable and taken back to the "warehouse". Uni Uni site states that they will retry delivery in ***** hours, nope. Called the super long wait time customer support line, and was told they would re-deliver on Wed the 12th. It is now the 14th and tracking still shows "out for delivery" There has been no further attempt to deliver. They have all my contact information if needed. Today, 3rd call, I was told..if it doesn't deliver today, call back and we will escalate it. To which I said, it's been almost a week since the first attempt, I want to escalate it NOW. No...let's see if it delivers today, if not, call back and we will escalate. What the actual funk!?Give me an option to go pick it up myself and I will. I hope Temu and others stop using this company is all I can say.

      Im actually starting to wonder if this is a real delivery service after reading many of the exact same complaints as mine. Attempted deliveries that were never attempted (we have a doorbell cam). I have reached out several times to triple confirm my address and delivery instructions and again more attempted deliveries that were not ever attempted. They will not allow you to simply pick up the package after being returned to warehouse several times. The tracking information and emails are not congruent. I received an email saying the package was now delivered to which it has not been yet the tracking number says its still out for delivery. There are no photos of proof of delivery as stated and Ive accepted the fact I will never receive this package. I have ordered from ***** many times and never had this issue. Unfortunately I cannot choose the carrier they use and this has been a terrible experience and waste of money. I dont know how this business even operates and that people actually use them.

      Driver drove over lawn! We have a wide driveway where large trucks like *** have no problem delivering. This company uses regular cars. The guy drove into driveway, dropped package and then drove over lawn instead of turning around in driveway. This was after a rain so he wrecked my lawn. We saw him do it and filed a complaint with UniUni. They never responded. I have pictures of the damage. Their phone # does not respond and their online system only give genaric reply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

      **************** is so rude on over the phone!!! After being on hold for almost 30 minutes they literally hang up on you! ?? They dont deliver packages and reroute them back to the supplier on the basis of wrong address I order from somewhere that uses them as a supplier literally every week, they send you several emails telling you to contact customer service to resolve your issue before they send them back to the supplier, even though you already have! I called to make sure the packages will in fact be delivered to the my house. He finally answered and acted like I was bothering him. Rude from the start, clearly hates his job, had a HUGE attitude, no customer service skills, no thank you or please or Im sorry or let me see what happened. Just tracking number? Says you already filed a ticket I say ya, but you keep emailing me to resolve this issue, got an email 10 minutes ago saying contact uniuniIm just confirming that they will be delivered? he says yes and hangs up! I wasnt done! I had other issues related separate from this. So Im currently on hold again (27 minutes) to find out the name of the disrespectful, rude, unprofessional man. UNIUNI he needs to be fired!! DO BETTER!!!

      After many years of dealing with various delivery services from the ************** to *****, This is the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I ordered a very important medical device that the company chose to use *** to deliver. I got a message that there was a problem, that they were not able to deliver it on January 27th (during business hours!) and had returned it to their local warehouse. They added that if they couldn't deliver it in 10 days, it would go back to the sender. I sent multiple emails to them, and they kept responding with apologies, and promises to expedite my case, asking for my delivery address details (which they already had), yet they never made another attempt to redeliver it. After 19 days of inaction, they said they sent it back! I think this is part of a bigger scam where the sender made some type of agreement to make sure it's not delivered so they can keep the money and the product... if there ever was a product in the first place. Their previous reviews speak for themselves: Incompetence. They are a Canadian based company that I hope stays out of the **.

      My package was never delivered. I tracked it and they claimed they tried to make the delivery twice on a Saturday and Sunday night at around 8pm-8:30pm to a 9am-5pm, Mon-Friday business. I had to contacted them about making the third delivery, I did and they responded. I had to verify my address, tell them our business hours and they told me it would be delivered in 10 business days. After 13 business days passed. I never received the package. I contacted them again and they told me I'd be contacted within 24 hours. It's now been 4 business days and no one has contacted me after where my package is.
